Only important thing to mention is that there's a deposit of 100£ which i did not know about and wasn't prepared."

The room is located on the top floor. It has a small balcony where you can enjoy the sea breeze. The room is not big and is different from the booked room type. I made a special note of the required room type before! It’s a pity that I didn’t stay in the room type I wanted this time, but the hotel is in a good location.

The design of the hotel is very retro and modern. The bathroom is clean, the shower water flow is normal, and the view outside the window is beautiful. When you check in, they will help you send your luggage to the room. When you check out, you need to take your luggage downstairs by yourself. The stairs are narrow and steep, so elderly guests should pay attention.

HSW00000123We only managed to get a side view room, but the view was still spectacular and we got to see a large part of the ocean. The room was very clean and spacious. Location is right opposite to the 360 attraction, probably a one-minute walk. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and also Odeon cinema. Quite close to Palace Pier and Churchill Square Mall too. Parking is really convenient too.

the location is great - near the sea! The weather was great, so we are satisfied. We did not expect more amenities from the hotel, because everything was appropriate for the old city. The owner of the hotel was friendly, even allowed to leave things until the evening. we recommend!

Easy to book via Trip.com, reasonable price for room with ensuite in great location. I liked the decor and the bathroom. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, good wifi, password clearly indicated, useful blackout blind, HOWEVER, the lights were falling out of the ceiling, bedside lamps were sort of attached to the wall, very wobbly and dusty and the bed was cobbled together from two mismatched divans so that there was a downhill slope towards the head end of several inches. I have never seen anything like it. I slept for an hour or two using the pillows to prop me up, but still woke with all the blood gone to my head so I had to sleep upside down on top of the bed. A bed to sleep in is THE basic requirement for a hotel room, so really guys, install an actual bed!!!!!!

The room was not large, but it felt modern and clean, just like the picture! The location was good, but it was disappointing for a place where 4 people went and paid 80,000 won per person. There was no elevator and the bathroom was shared... ㅠ But I think that date was a bit expensive. I looked up other dates and it was just a little cheaper. I would have been 99% satisfied! The bathroom was clean, but there was no shampoo. They gave us one towel each.

Guest UserDecent family-run hotel, not dissimilar to other boutique hotels situated in historical buildings in Brighton. Shower took a while to heat up, the air dryer wasn’t working, and the room also had a lingering smell of cigarettes which I believe would have been hard to get rid of if someone smoked there previously, but the sea view was lovely and staff were friendly. Basic amenities available and adequate for the short stay. Instructions were clear and though not always right away, staff were reachable.
