A lovely modern hotel with a nice gym and food. I ate at the restaurant all three nights of my stay due to poor weather - but very tasty food! Beach and i360 and places are close walk and so is the train station ! My issue is with cleanliness… my room felt dusty - I could feel it n also see it - from dust bunnies creeping from under my bed to the bedside tables having crumbs in corners, I wiped the table under the TV/next to the mirror as I wished to put my skincare etc… there and the tissue was dirty! It’s clear that a male or someone with a beard cleaned my room as 2/3 days I had stubble/hair on my sink. Also, the shower had not been cleaned on the tiles as there was black gunk/mould coming off the grout when I simply pointed the shower head towards it. Rooms are also not sound proof as I could hear my neighbors go to the bathroom, wind noises and two days in I had to tell reception to ask my neighbour to not blast the TV at 7am! Despite that, staff are very friendly! I would order food just before 9.30pm n they wouldn’t mind - in the restaurant. I was also able to shorten my stay by one night due to not needing an extra day without issue - just reservations team needs to accept it once you do through Trip. Water bottles are provided - my last morning there was a full water outage in the morning… luckily I used my head and asked for extra bottles to allow me to get ready at least! Alternatively showers at Hilton Leisure Centre were possible for us to use until it was sorted.

Perfectly located hotel with spacious rooms and breathtaking beach views. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making the stay comfortable and memorable. With its ideal setting, modern amenities, and warm hospitality, this hotel is a great choice for a relaxing getaway by the sea.

The hostel is new and very good. I think they need to improve something,but they will get there. The location is the best thing for me,very close to the important places,like the pier, the aquarium,and the mall. I will be back if I have an opportunity!

The room itself was quite spacious and clean, though getting to it was a bit of a maze. It was hot and there was no air conditioning, but thankfully they provided a fan. The first half of the night was a bit warm; I had to sleep with the fan on and the window open, but the window was quite narrow and didn't open very wide. It got much more comfortable in the latter half of the night.

Amazing hotel, staff were really lovely and very helpful with any questions we had. We were even able to leave our bags at reception while we spent a few extra hours in town when our train was cancelled. Room was very clean and provided everything we could've needed (towels, kettle, iron, hand/shower gel, hangers). The only minor inconvenience we experiences was that our room was looking onto some equipment on the roof (vents?) which were slightly loud when the window was opened, however the hotel room was equipped with soft foam earplugs which were very effective. All in all a wonderful experience and memory in Brighton, would recommend and would love to go back again!

My third time staying here! Every time I visit Brighton, this is my go-to hotel. Excellent location with beautiful sea views, close to the beach, and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The price is very reasonable too. The only issue this time was the AC being upgraded during a heatwave. They provided a fan, but it was still quite hot. Still, I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

On the pricey end of hotels in Brighton, the room very simple and old fashioned. No real complaints staff are very friendly. Getting the bags to the room is difficulty so I wouldn't recommend to someone with reduced mobility. But overall great view and nice staff.

Welcoming and friendly Reception from Abba. Check in was easy and offered the QR Code for wi-fi. The location was excellent and room was comfortable. Some of the negative reviews are a bit harsh as it is a old hotel but the price reflects some moderation which would be nice to have if you are looking for reasonable rate with clean and great location and a comfortable bed and enough facilities - a iron, kettle and even a fan this is a great choice. We had a nice experience in this hotel ..The location is a calm and serene area opposite to the park ..Hence it can be used for a stroll..Incase you are not using a car ,bus connectivity is very good to beach and near by attractions..The room is spacious and we got 3 beds for a family of four and the heater was also provided ..Tehe morning buffet was sumptuous with many options to chose from. Only drawback I felt is with respect to the bathroom ,wish they would have provided a set of shampoos in addition to the shower gel..Also the lock of bathroom was not working properly ,wish they correct it soon..Overall would definitely come back in future ...
