We stayed here about a week and it was the best choice. The apartment is modern, clean, nicely furnished, has two toilets, seperate rooms with comfy beds, cosy living room. Every day we were happy to come back and relax after a long day of walking around the city. Though it is a bit far from the beach, it surrounded by lots of beautiful parks and interesting locations. The personal is friendly and very helpful. We will definitely come back here again

The room is very clean, the housekeeper service is very good, and the environment is great. The only problem is that the hotel's hot and cold water needs to be adjusted, but the housekeeper's service attitude is very good and he is always very enthusiastic to solve various problems. This B&B is really great! As soon as I entered the hotel, I was attracted by the decoration of the hotel. The water quality of the public swimming pool on the first floor is very clean. I saw that the staff cleaned and disinfected it every day. The lady at the front desk also upgraded our room type for free. We stayed in a poolside waterfront king-size bed room. As soon as we opened the window, we could enter the swimming pool. The holiday feeling was full. I will stay here next time!

Great hotel! We stayed here for 6days it was a blessing. They change towels every day, clean the room and restock amenities.We asked them several times to take us to the beach in a different time from usual schedule and they took us there with pleasure. You can do your laundry for free, swim at pool till late hours. When you check in they give you coupons for discounts at hotel’s cafe. They even offered a taxi pick up from the airport for free. Lovely staff that tries to speak English and be helpful. The breakfast has a sandwich with fries and unlimited coffee. The hotel itself is stylish and trendy. If I ever come to Sanya I’ll prefer staying here. The distance from food/beach is about 5 min walking. Wi-Fi works perfectly!

Sitting on the sofa in front of the window, you can overlook the beautiful street view. It is very comfortable. Although the hotel does not have restaurants, it is not far from the hotel. It is the street of Jinjiling. Dining and shopping are very convenient, even at night. It was very lively. When you call at the entrance of the community, he will come out directly to answer the phone. After checking in, the room facing the road feels a bit noisy, and the room is adjusted as soon as possible. The balcony room is also upgraded for free, which is a good experience. When I left, some luggage was pulled onto the electric car on the side of the road (yes, it's so outrageous), and the boss hurried down to help me find it and then called a car to send it to the airport. The boss doesn't talk much but responds very promptly, which is quite reliable. He really runs his homestay very carefully. The interior decoration of the room is simple and elegant, very clean. There were basically no mosquitoes during our stay. The kitchen supplies are all available, and the dryer is also very convenient. There is no need to worry about clothes not drying in Sanya on a cloudy day. If you rent a car, you can charge it directly downstairs in the community, and the parking fee is also very cheap. My mother also fell in love with this place after moving in, and plans to stay here next time. In short, it was a particularly wonderful trip to Sanya.

The location is perfect – right by the sea, and the beach is just a 3-minute walk away! Waking up to that ocean view felt like a dream. The cleanliness was top-notch. Everything was tidy and fresh, and the room was super comfortable. What really stood out to me was the staff – incredibly kind and helpful. Even though I speak very little Chinese, they went out of their way to assist me, using translation apps or gestures, always with a smile and great attitude. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, good service, and a beautiful seaside escape – even if it’s just for a short stay. Totally worth it!
