Most of the decoration styles are exaggerated and I don't like it very much. The style of this house is a simple and elegant without fandai. I still want to go to this house. It is not too far from Huizhou College. It is a bit awkward before entering the room. I always feel that this price should be difficult to do as shown in the picture. The room itself is clean and tidy, with a simple yet cozy decor. Every bedroom has a sea-view window, so you can fall asleep to the sound of waves right from your bed – it's incredibly therapeutic. The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's super convenient to buy fresh and affordable seafood at the market nearby. You can bring it back and easily prepare a delicious feast right in your room. Plus, the coastal greenway is right next door. Rent a bike and leisurely cycle along, enjoying the endless mountain and sea scenery. Biking with the sea breeze is so comfortable, you won't want to go home. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The check-in instructions were clear, they answered all our questions, and even provided helpful recommendations for local attractions. I've definitely added this place to my 'stay again and again' list – I'll be back here next time I visit the coast!

We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade from the owner, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the space. It was my first experience with disposable bath and hand towels, which added an extra layer of hygiene that I truly appreciated. The room's interior and the surrounding area are beautifully designed in a traditional Chinese style, contributing to a serene atmosphere. Additionally, there's a waterfall nearby, which serves for great photos. When it comes to dining options, there are several restaurants within a short 5-minute walk. Alternatively, you can enjoy a meal at the restaurant located downstairs. If you're up for a little more exploration, simply take a left at the entrance and walk a bit further to discover a vibrant night market near the university. This market is filled with a variety of delicious snacks at very reasonable prices, making it a great option for a cost-effective meal.

Overall, the stay was great, and the view from the window was fantastic! Just a heads-up, the corners of the bed frame are quite sharp; I accidentally bumped into one and scraped my leg. The only downside during Chinese New Year was people setting off fireworks on the beach late at night, disturbing everyone. It was quite inconsiderate!

Extremely practical, with convenient transportation and beautiful surroundings. The room was impeccably clean, and the facilities were complete and functional. The service was incredibly responsive to all requests. We had a comfortable stay and a great time, exceeding our expectations!

The hotel was a little hard to find, but it was worth it - so close to the beach on one side, and a street full of shops and different restaurants on the other. The service was superb and our questions were responded to quickly. The pool had an entrance fee (it's part of the apartment complex), and was a little cold to stay in for too long. I was impressed by the cleanliness, as so close to the beach guests must be returning with sand, but there wasn't a trace in the room when we arrived.

The good thing about this hotel is the proximity to the beach. It's literally on your doorstep. Unfortunately that is where the positives end. I booked a sea view room only to be told at check in that the sea view was poor and that we would have to pay an extra 300rmb for a better view. When I questioned why this wasn't mentioned on the app the receptionist was unhelpful and claimed that the information on the app and the hotel is different. The room is dated and grubby with marks on the surfaces and glass. We had to take the bedding off the bed because they smelt damp and old. There is only one working elevator for the entire hotel which is also used by the cleaning staff so you must wait a long time to use it and, even when it arrives, it is often too full to enter. There was no obvious attempt at fixing the other elevator so I don't know how long it has been out of operation. There is an outdoor swimming pool but it was closed. This information should be made clear before checking in. There is a restaurant which offers breakfast for 50rmb but we were put off by the general cleanliness of the hotel so we didn't try it. The hotel is close to other amenities. If you're looking for a budget stay then this is okay but don't expect too much. We will not use this hotel again.

The breakfast was also good, with many styles, and there was free coffee in the lobby. Recommended!
