Upon arriving, I was greeted by very friendly staffs in the lobby. They helped us with golf bags and luggage and spoke very limited English. We asked for their names and they seemed do not understand English. Nevertheless, they have a big smile and extremely friendly and courteous. It was a very busy hotel lobby and it seems that there is a tournament going on. We were then greeted by a very presentable lady called Fiona. She spoke very limited English but her body gesture gave way that she is extremely pleasant. She proudly described that there is a tournament going on which is one of the over 300 tournaments they host every year. It is a very popular place for golf tournament. Fiona escorted us to the front desk for our check in which was very smooth. Once again, the front desk staff was extremely friendly. Fiona then droves us to our room in a look-like Rolls Royce replica, my wife loves it as it was the closest to the real thing that we had ever dreamed of. To cut the story short, our short stay was fantastic. The golf course was very good and the staff were extremely nice. The restaurant was small but cozy. We enjoyed the mini vacation very much and unreservedly recommend it to anyone who wants a mini golf vacation in China.

À nice and clean hotel with many facilities, the rooms are large quiet and bright. Breakfast is good as well. When we arrived the rooms were not ready but Erica managed to find a solution and help us get a room faster. She also found the stuff I forgot in the room and sent it quickly to our home. Thank you Erica and the team of the Hotel!

Our room was clean and well equipped. Hotel is linked to a huge mall. We would like to especially thank Becky Wang at the Front Desk for her expert help and organization.  The cleaning lady on the 55th floor was also very friendly. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Pullman Kaisa.

I chose Wanda M because of close proximity to the factory our company utilizes and of their experience in hotel and shopping mall management. Let me start by saying the location is excellent. It is only a ten minute walk to the Inner City train station which is next to a large shopping mall loaded with restaurants, stores and a Walmart. Check in by Séréna was superb and professional. She speaks English quite well. So, for any assistance for English speaking travelers she is your goto highly capable individual. The breakfast is a mixture of Western and Chinese foods well stocked. Serena is also there to greet and make sure you are satisfied with your breakfast. The hotel staff works diligently keeping the hotel clean throughout. The exercise room is adequate to keep us committed gym fanatics from fear of atrophy. My room was quite large came with a work table, plenty electrical outlets, a refrigerator, a smart toilet that flushes itself (pretty cool) night lights motion activated, very comfortable bed and pillows, great shower with strong water and hot. The AC works great if you like it cold. The curtains are powered and their control is at the nightstand. The floors are tiled which I prefer for cleanliness. There is also a large LCD if you like to watch television. Overall this is a fantastic hotel to stay. Once you enter you will know the choice was a good one. There is also complimentary coffees hot or cold at reception for guests.

Location is excellent, at the heart of Hui Cheng. with food street, eateries, pubs etc. just below or near the hotel. There is a lake just beside the hotel for nice leisurely stroll or cruise. Free parking for hotel guests. Just need to inform reception before leaving to waive parking fees. Rooms are nice, spacious, clean and well maintained. Reception is welcoming, helpful and service-oriented.
