One of the highlights of our stay was the temperature controlled swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it! We spent hours splashing and playing in the crystal-clear water. The added bonus of having a sauna right by the pool was a treat for us adults. We were able to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The amenities at this hotel were outstanding. From the well-equipped fitness center to the elegant dining options, everything was top-notch. We were thoroughly impressed by the variety and quality of the facilities provided. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were always readily available to assist with any queries or requests, providing us with recommendations for local attractions and even arranging transportation for us. We decided to book the hotel because of the name of the 5-star hotel that will be renovated in 2024. This time, we were a group of 10 adults and booked 3 twin rooms in Edinburgh and 2 double rooms. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable and the environment was quiet. Other shortcomings have been posted in the order of 3 twin rooms in Edinburgh, so I will not comment on them anymore. We still want to keep the happiness when traveling. We had tea in the Chinese restaurant in the morning, especially the Napoleon dessert. When paying the bill, I asked the waiter if it would be more favorable to buy a coupon. The waiter was very enthusiastic to teach me how to buy the coupon. Thank them. But if they actively reminded us how to get the discount, I think it would be more considerate. These are just my personal opinions.

Hotel location is very good, the room is very comfortable and clean, the service staff is very warm and thoughtful. We set a family room. There were two breakfasts. Our group was 3 adults. We told the front desk that we would add a copy immediately. We felt very happy. We will choose here next time we have the opportunity to come to Huizhou!

Very Good location just across west lake. Hotel also very kind to let us check in early when we reach hotel early the morning around 8+ am. The bed is super big and comfortable. Love this hotel even we didn’t get to try their breakfast but overall is Good.

I have stayed at the hotel for the second time, and a lot of new projects have been added. The guest experience is getting better and better. I will book this one in the future.

Noble Badge Hotel was intentionally the first stop in my travels to China this year. Having lived near it when I was little, this particular stay was a highly anticipated highlight of my trip. It did not disappoint and surpassed my expectations in terms of the warmth and hospitality that was shown to me by the entire staff. I stayed at one of the renovated rooms towards the upper levels, and the amenities are more than sufficient for my needs. The fact that after more than two decades, the hotel facilities are still in excellent condition really reflects the high quality construction and build of the hotel. The food was delicious - both at the breakfast buffet and at the Fortuna Chinese Restaurant on the third floor. However, what was truly outstanding was the service. Everyone who greeted me, especially the 大堂经理许亚敏先生 and 钟显梅女士, showed me the utmost respect and attention to detail, going above and beyond to take care of my needs when I was in a time crunch. They even gave me a tour of the hotel and highlighted the major upgrades to the hotel over the years. The glass elevators up to the top is essentially a free observatory with great views of the city. My stay here was beyond satisfactory and I will highly recommend it to others.
