The scenery is good, the environment is very clean, the surrounding facilities are also very good, very convenient, the hotel is clean, and the location is not bad. The sea view is good on the 19th floor, the room is OK, but the owner has a weak sense of service. There are many buses to Shenzhen near the hotel, but he knew nothing about it, which made me plan for several days and wasted my time. There is a bus station to Shenzhen just 1 km away, with a bus every 30 minutes, but the owner knew nothing about it and had no sense of service.

Although it was written that smoking was allowed, I thought closing the windows would prevent it, but the room still filled with smoke, possibly from the bathroom exhaust duct. The room was good overall and matched the pictures, but the cleanliness was just okay. The location is convenient, situated above a plaza for essential purchases and close to famous sights. However, the actual location of the apartment was different from the address provided, but fortunately the owner was responsible enough to answer the phone. In addition, the lack of internal locks made me feel less safe. Overall, the best aspect for me was the service, because when there was a problem, the owner was quick to solve the problem.

I chose a bohemian-style apartment. You can drive directly to the innermost entrance of 5 and 6 buildings. The apartment is in 5 buildings. It is fast to check in. The room is spacious, bright and clean. There is also a separate kitchen. The transportation is convenient and the environment is very good. It is very close to the center of Jinshan Lake and Jinshan Lake Park.

Winter is a disaster...
1. The room is too big and not a good thing.. The air conditioner and heating have been on the same as nothing, and the door has always felt a little windy.
2. Everyone must adjust the expansion mode before taking a bath, otherwise the hot water will be gone in less than 10 minutes, especially girls! ! ! The conditioner water is starting to get cold, which is really miserable.
3. It coincides with the cooling of Guangdong, this quilt is thinner than my life... I really can't hold it, and I immediately ordered a warm water bag to be slightly better...

MMayank SainiThe place deserves the praise. I booked a family suite with 2 bedrooms. Whole apartment was neat and clean provided with all needed necessities. Sea beach is few steps away from building and was very convenient. There are several food options near hotel and some popular cafes and restaurants like Starbucks, Luckin, McD, Subways are at close proximity. We enjoyed our stay there, highly recommended 👍

GGuest UserThe host was a very kind and courteous gentleman trying his best to accommodate us in ways possible for him because we don't speak Mandarin and he doesn't speak English. He helped set up the address for food delivery app as well since the app works in Mandarin. That way we were able to order food on *******. The location is excellent offering excellent views of the sea front. The condominium has a direct access to the beach and we had a good time. It was extremely cold out of the blue for just those 3-4 days of December since an additional cold wave was sweeping across southern China during our stay at that place. The heater component of one of the ACs was not as efficient as the second AC but overall it was a great experience. Besides this small issue we had a great time. He was helpful enough to provide us with additional quilts as a result. We needed an extension for check out. It came at a reasonable cost and as a result we had more time and very happy with his services as well since it gave us some flexibility to check-out and head back to our destination more leisurely.

EElkabanyThis place is a hidden gem in China it is just like Hawaii but cheap. I took the second choice which is few dollars more but you get spectacular ocean view. The apartment is very clean I can say super clean and there is a daily room service from very nice lady, you get two large bed and small one for a child and kitchen, full size refrigerator and washer machine too. The view looking at the ocean from the balcony is astonishing. Many seafood restaurants around across the street. I have nothing to say but positive. In my future travel to china I will use it as my base and leave my luggage to be free to roam. There is a bus just front of the hotel goes to Shenzhen 7 AM and one come back at 6:30 PM. If you want to kick back and relax this is a place for you.

NNATASHA PRIMROSEThe hotel was so amazing and the staff were very friendly. The rooms are very specious and there are lots of shops close by to get stuff you need. Also the hotel is just a few minutes walk to the beach.
On arrival we were a little rushed for time because we had to meet other friends and the staff were so quick to help upgrade our room so we could freshen up before we left. I definitely recommend the hotel.
Something I really appreciated was the hanging line in the bathroom to help dry your clothes since there is so much water activity 10/10
All I can suggest you bring with you would be a cool cause there aren’t any fridges in the room but besides that you get disposable towels and can ask for more so you know you are clean and very friendly staff that help all hours of the night. Definitely going back

LLORENTCThis place is something special it's located on the 14th floor pretty big room about 80 plus square meters and in addition to the view going to the mountains and to the sea and addition to the view from bathroom as well from a bathtub is just gorgeous apart from that pretty standard hotel everything is on place and anything that you are need is provided. Good ratio you get for what you paid for. Breakfast is okay you can take it as well you can pick anything from a variety of seafood restaurants and places around.
View from the room mind boggling. Everything in the description for the hotel and the room itself is accurate so you got exactly what's written there. The location of the hotel is the prime spot. In order to get to this place you can either go by train to train station and from the train station you can take a taxi which will cost you around 50-70 RMB depending on the traffic or you can use a bus that will be a little bit longer but the price of that is going to be equal to less than 10 rmb. Going off season for a visit it feels almost like stealing the prices are absolutely affordable.

DDAVID PAULI was very impressed with the high quality room. It was new and had a feeling of five star luxury. The bedding the towels we're high quality. Also had a handy washing machine. TTanIt is our first time traveling and visiting Huizhou. We really would like to stay in a sea-view room. and this apartment is the cheapest and budget-friendly one that offers the sea view that we are looking for. The room, it's bigger than what we expected, and the balcony is superb with an ocean view. The room is clean and the staff cleans the room every day and changes the towels and brings toiletries every day. There's wifi access in the room. The room has an electric kettle for coffee which is nice. There are barbeque and seafood restaurants around, and it's accessible to taxis and didi. The down part of our stay is the shoreline was restricted because it was under construction at that time, there's a designated part of the beach where you can stay and enjoy the water that is more than one km. from the apartment. The building itself and the community is quiet. Our whole stay is very relaxing and comfortable. The manager of the apartment is very accommodating and can talk and understand English. We highly recommend this hotel apartment. They are foreigner friendly stay.
