Cleanliness: The room was quite clean. The king-size bed room could fit a family of four, haha, very good. Facilities: There's a water park, an infinity pool, a kids' pool, and a lazy river. Service: I originally booked a room with a bathtub, but then I saw a room with a lazy river and went to the front desk to ask if I could switch. Luckily, one was available, and they let me switch. The experience was really great, and the service was excellent. The kids had a fantastic time, and we adults also had a lot of fun. We even tried parasailing by the sea!

Thanks to the front desk, we got a free upgrade during the off-season. The room had an amazing view, basically over 270 degrees of ocean. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The facilities include a beach, hot springs, a kids' splash area, a swimming pool, and even cliffs and rocks for scenic views – more than enough for a two-day, one-night stay. Regarding the room, everything worked perfectly. The shower pressure was excellent, and the bedding was comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of waves made for a great night's sleep. We also received complimentary welcome fruits. The view allowed us to see the very long coastline of Shuangyue Bay perfectly. The room also had a minibar and a small fridge. As for the service, I needed to freeze breast milk, and both the front desk and concierge responded efficiently, and the process was very smooth. Other online concierges also enthusiastically asked if I needed anything, and their responses were very prompt. The breakfast buffet caters to everyone, from seniors to children, with both Chinese and Western options. I think it's quite good for a five-star hotel breakfast. The only minor drawbacks were that the sand on the beach was a bit coarse, which could be uncomfortable when walking in the surf or playing in the sand. While the interior decor might make the hotel appear a bit dated due to the material choices, the lighting throughout the hotel is specially designed and looks beautiful at night.

It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

2024/04/05-08 Park Plaza Hotel in Nankunshan in Guangdong The hotel's meals are truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in China! They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

My stay at the Ramada Huamei Hotel in Xunliao Bay was very satisfying! The front desk staff were attentive and enthusiastic. Check-in was efficient, and they even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free, which made us feel very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants just across the street. It's also only a 7-8 minute walk to Qunyi Fish Market. The on-site water park has slides and splash facilities, perfect for young children to play in. The restaurant environment was clean and comfortable, and the food variety was rich and diverse, offering many choices in a spacious setting. The taste was good, making for a great dining experience. Overall, the facilities are comprehensive, and it truly feels like a vacation. I highly recommend it for family trips. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come to Xunliao Bay next time!

Facilities: The hotel shows its age but is well-maintained. The room was clean and tidy, facing the sea directly. I stayed on the west side, right above the pool, with views of the greenway. The gym and pool are just downstairs, which is very convenient for sports lovers. Hygiene: The room's cleanliness was good, at least all the visible dust was wiped clean. When staying in a hotel, it's best not to be too picky about minor details; as long as it's acceptable, it's fine. Environment: The hotel is in a prime location in Xiaojing Bay, within walking distance to the commercial street. Although the hotel is a bit old, its beachfront location makes for a beautiful environment. Service: I checked in on a weekend, and there was a queue at the front desk, but I think it's normal for a resort hotel. I didn't wait long, about 3 minutes, and the room was ready. The front desk proactively upgraded my room. The package included mooncakes, which was nice. They also specifically introduced the hotel's evening ritual, which was quite appealing. Overall, it was a great experience. It's highly recommended for a relaxing holiday, and the experience would be even better if you avoid peak travel times.

After much selection, I decided to stay at this hotel. I looked at the map and found that it was convenient for transportation. The hotel service was good, the mattress was very comfortable, and I had a good sleep. I also liked that the room could connect to Bluetooth music. The breakfast was also good, with many styles, and there was free coffee in the lobby. Recommended!

Let me start with the check-in experience: As I arrived quite late and it wasn't peak season, Xiao Man upgraded me to a panoramic sea view room. Since it was my first time staying at Dan Yue and I wasn't familiar with the location, Xiao Man very thoughtfully gave me directions and even provided her own curated information on dining, attractions, and transportation around Shuangyue Bay. Although I'm quite familiar with the area, so this information wasn't really necessary for me (laughs), I still appreciated her effort. I could tell her guide would be very useful for first-time visitors. From check-in to check-out, Xiao Man was incredibly responsive to my late-night inquiries. I'm very grateful for her dedicated service. Now, about the facilities: 1. The guest room's sleeping area and vanity area were separated by a natural partition, protecting the privacy of the sleeping area. Many hotels have partitions, but usually only Mandarin Oriental, Park Hyatt, and Four Seasons do them well. This was the first positive impression Dan Yue gave me about its guest rooms. 2. Looking at the vanity, the integrated design, from color coordination to layout, fully utilized the spacious 67 square meters. The large mirror made the room feel even more expansive and bright. 3. There's a guest room walk-in closet by the entrance (Image 3), which features a sufficiently large luggage bench for placing luggage and sitting to change shoes. Many hotels only provide a small, movable stool for this purpose, which is often inadequate. These small stools not only take up space in the sleeping area but also detract from the visual neatness and aesthetics, and once used for clutter, they lose their function for changing shoes. Therefore, the large luggage bench in Dan Yue's walk-in closet provides a significant positive impact on both visual and practical user experience. 4. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Dry and wet separation is common in most hotels nowadays, so there's not much to say, but the overall cleanliness and facility maintenance were well done. 5. As it faces the sea, humidity can be an issue, but the room is equipped with a dehumidifier. This kept the room relatively dry, and combined with the air conditioning, I could confidently open the balcony door without worrying about the room becoming damp and sticky. 6. The balcony is very spacious, with two chairs for relaxing. This room type also includes a bathtub, which is large enough to comfortably fit an average-sized adult, and with the sea view, privacy is not a concern. 7. The balcony offers an unobstructed view of the sea. You can enjoy a great sunrise viewing and photo-taking experience without having to go down to the beach. Because it faces directly east, it gets excellent natural light without being overly exposed to the sun. The sea view is stunning on clear days. 8. The hotel's entertainment facilities are abundant, and both in-room and public area facilities are well-maintained. However, the elevator's scent is a critical issue that affects the overall guest experience. It's excessively strong and has a counterproductive effect. I suggest it needs to be changed. Overall, Dan Yue is one of the excellent hotels in the Shuangyue Bay area. There's a McDonald's downstairs, so if you're worried about being overcharged or don't want to eat at the hotel, McDonald's is a convenient option. Across the road, there are 7-Eleven and Meiyijia convenience stores. The location is easy to find, and the convenience is excellent.

We stayed for three days and had a butler named Xiao Hui who helped us with everything we needed, from dining to activities. The hotel has several restaurants, and the best one is called 'Dongshan Sea Chinese Restaurant.' Their set meals are very affordable; a set for two adults and one child was more than enough food. Our room was on a high floor with a sea view, no strange odors, and excellent hygiene. The facilities weren't old, and there was a small pool on the balcony. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and Aunt Xiu Yan always came to ask if I needed anything. She had a very kind smile and provided great service. There are many pools, but my favorite was the infinity pool, which overlooks the beach and the ocean – absolutely loved it, perfect for photos! The lobby has bubble blowing and a clown making balloons every afternoon, and there's a children's play area on the first floor. The hotel even has a KTV, but no massage services, unfortunately. Outside the hotel, there are many seafood restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, and milk tea shops nearby. If you don't want to walk, you can rent an electric scooter just outside the hotel for a reasonable price. When we left, a staff member named Sister Gao Li from the lobby helped us find our way to the hotel's afternoon tea and even gave us two small gifts. Our trip was so smooth and enjoyable because of all of you!

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and cozy, with very new and well-equipped facilities. The only minor issue is that it gets quite busy on weekends, especially the elevators and restaurants.
