The service staff was very enthusiastic. The hotel provides free laundry service, which is very considerate for travelers. There is a No. 4 bus at the door of the hotel, and it is only a 10-minute taxi ride to Tuancheng. Special thanks to the hotel's manager Zhao for personally sending us to the station on the day of check-out, helping us with our luggage, and even sending us to the ticket hall. The hotel service is worthy of praise. This is a very loving hotel that deserves every guest to stay.

The hotel is located on a street corner, with a spacious area in front and plenty of parking spaces. All facilities are of high quality, with a smooth and refined feel. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of options, and the dining environment is warm and comfortable. However, I must complain again about the network issue. The login process is cumbersome and inconvenient; even if you successfully log in, it's just a temporary connection without actual internet access. I hope the hotel can truly improve this from the customer's perspective, minimizing the hassle for guests. In fact, other hotels have much simpler login procedures; you just need to click on your network name and perhaps enter a password consisting of eight 8s.

It is right at the Tuanjie Square, which is very convenient. There are all kinds of food around, and there is a shopping mall opposite. The room is also very clean and comfortable. The bed was also very soft.

I stayed at the Orange Hotel in Yarkand, and also chose the Orange Hotel when I arrived in Hotan. The business twin room was larger and more comfortable. We thought our stay was quite good, so we decided to stay another night, but the same room type was no longer available, so we booked a double bed room. The front desk service was warm and attentive. After we walked around and returned to the hotel, our luggage was already delivered to our extended room. Parking is convenient and entry and exit are free. recommend!

I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch. The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way.

It feels like it's a bit hidden from the road but it's entrance is actually in very good location. The night market is very close and other restaurants and stores are near. The sound from the elementary school next to it was also a plus point for me. It becomes quiet in the evening. The hotel's name means ”of jade” and the whole city is quite serious about jade. You can actually find one at the river!

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the service staff is very good! The lady at the front desk is very beautiful! Great attitude too! I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Hotan!

The most spacious house I have lived in this week🏠I love it so much! There are 2 night markets in Hotan: The new night market is on the edge of Kunlun Lake Park. It is air-conditioned and has more foreign tourists. We chose the old night market, which is at the south gate of Yuquan Lake Park. It is more authentic but has no air conditioning. It is not far from the hotel. We dropped our luggage and went to find something to eat right away!

The room was very clean. The waiter at the front desk was very attentive. I was a separate room for two days. Because the itinerary had changed, I stayed for one day and left. I didn't refund the room the next day. Thanks to the waiter who took the initiative to remind me, otherwise it would be impossible to refund after the cancellation time. I am very satisfied with their service and I will come back here later.

The room was old but large and bed comfortable. Bathroom was old but water was hot. Breakfast was substantial and food value. Receptionist who checked me in on Oct 4 evening and Oct 7 noon was pleasant and competent. The other staff I encountered were sullen and unhelpful.
