Overall, this is a great hotel with friendly, helpful staff and a convenient location near local amenities and the pedestrian street. However, my main issue was their strict policy of issuing only one key card per room. Because my wife and I frequently went out separately, this created a major inconvenience—one of us either had to wait in the lobby or stay in the room just to let the other in. We tried to reason with the staff, but they refused to provide a second card. If key card accessibility is important to you, keep this limitation in mind before booking.

My family and I recently spent a weekend at the Kenmore Art Hotel Residence, and it was, in a word, exceptional. We were looking for a place that offered more space and character than a standard hotel, and this property delivered beyond our hopes. Our Two-Bedroom Residence was impeccably designed—spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The separate living area gave us room to spread out, and the well-equipped kitchenette was ideal for preparing small meals. But the absolute showstopper was the master bathroom. The deep, freestanding tub positioned by the floor-to-ceiling window, offering panoramic city views, was a daily luxury we all adored. It transformed a simple bath into a serene, memorable experience.

The hotel's luggage storage service was really good. After checking out, we stored our luggage at the front desk and took our child out to play for the entire day. When we came back to leave, our child had already fallen asleep, and the taxi we called arrived just as we did. My child gets cranky when woken up, and I was especially worried that the noise of moving luggage would wake him, potentially leading to crying. The front desk staff saw our situation and proactively offered to help, moving all our luggage and the stroller into the taxi. This allowed me to focus on carrying my sleeping child into the car without having to worry about moving things myself. On the way home, my child woke up just as we arrived, and he was in a good mood after a full day of playing. Our overall experience during this stay was excellent. There were no fancy, unnecessary services, but they genuinely helped us solve a difficult situation at that moment, which was incredibly heartwarming.

This hotel boasts an excellent location – it's tucked away in a quiet spot but still close to all the action. You've got Panyu Wanda Plaza, Sihai City, and Tianhe City right nearby, and getting around is super convenient. The metro station is less than a 15-minute walk away! It was lovely to take a stroll around the area after dinner each night. The hotel is located in a separate apartment building, and from the high floors, you can enjoy views of the commercial district below. The only downside is that the internet signal was really poor, whether for screen mirroring or the TV. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help!

The property is perfect in terms of quality but accessibility it not convenient as you need to walk up several sets of stairs to enter the complex. Not ideal if you have heavy, cumbersome luggage. Having the facility to wash your clothes on site if a massive bonus and made it very convenient. Especially during my stay when it was hot, humid and severely raining. Overall I couldn’t not fault the location. Central to everything you want to see and do in Guangzhou. I highly recommend it if you on a budget or you don’t like busy crowds or you want to have a feel for local cuisine and lifestyle.

The room was perfect, I had a great stay, and I'll definitely come back next time. It was a very comfortable experience returning to China from abroad to travel.

Facilities: Absolutely fantastic! The hotel's facilities and amenities far exceed those of a typical three-star hotel – a pleasant surprise indeed! They also offer stylish and elegant complimentary tea rooms, both large and small, for guests to relax and enjoy tea. The room's lights, air conditioning, curtains, and bathroom are all smart and very convenient to use. Cleanliness: If there's one outstanding feature of Huiyuan, besides its beauty and tastefulness, it has to be its impeccable cleanliness! It's the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. I stayed here for an exam at Huazhong Agricultural University, and despite the rainy weather, my second-floor room didn't feel damp or unclean at all. From the lobby to the room, everything was exceptionally spotless. Robot vacuums and cleaning staff were all diligently at work, meticulously cleaning the stairs and corridors. There wasn't a speck of dust in the room, no strange odors, and the solid wood furniture also had no unpleasant smell – very comforting! Environment: It's like a beautiful garden villa. The podocarpus trees, hydrangeas, lemon trees, orchids, ponds, and koi fish – all the plants and animals are so well-cared for. There are also several tea rooms on the first floor with a wonderful ambiance... Sitting there sipping tea and practicing calligraphy is one of life's true pleasures. The hotel owner truly has great taste and vision. Service: All the hotel staff are very gentle and approachable, making you feel right at home. On the first day, when I was checking in and about to go upstairs, the owner proactively helped me with my luggage. When I wanted to throw away some trash after lunch, the cleaning uncle told me to just give it to him. While I was exploring the courtyard, the room cleaning staff were also very enthusiastic and provided excellent service. The owner heard we were here for an exam and even offered to drive us there; all we had to do was tell the front desk the time. The next morning, on the day of the exam, the owner punctually drove us. He said he does this for all guests taking exams, as long as they inform him in advance. Summary: This is truly a wonderfully comfortable hotel. The facilities and amenities are excellent, very stylish and high-class. If you have any problems or needs, the hotel will help resolve them. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with my stay at Guangzhou Wansheng Hotel. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to public transport and plenty of food options nearby. Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, Dafo Temple and the Pearl River at Tianzi Wharf are all within easy reach, making it a great base for exploring Guangzhou. The room was comfortable, the overall stay was pleasant, and I would happily stay here again. 这次入住广州万盛酒店的体验非常不错。酒店位置很方便，附近交通便利，也有很多餐厅和美食选择。前往北京路步行街、大佛寺和珠江边的天字码头都很方便，非常适合作为游览广州的落脚点。房间住得很舒适，整体入住体验很愉快，下次来广州我还会考虑入住这里。

I was in different parts of China and stayed in different hotels and this was the worst. You notice the decay from the front desk. The staff were friend but I guess they weren't paid enough to buy new uniforms. The rooms and breakfast restaurant were old and dirty. The dirts are very obvious from the elevator through the hallway to the rooms...look at rhe dusty glasses and walls. The management of this hotel is atrocious. This is my first time writing an unimpressive review and they deserve less mark than I have given them.

The hotel's location is convenient, very close to the subway station, and there's a Dim Sum restaurant right downstairs. The staff were friendly and actively helped resolve any issues. A satisfying stay overall.
