I woke up early, opened the balcony door, and saw the sunrise! It was perfectly positioned on the roller coaster track.
My English isn't great, and I arrived in the evening, but thankfully the building security guard was smiling, patient, and friendly throughout. He even called a colleague to help with communication. He helped me speak with the manager on the phone, personally guided me through opening the door, escorted me upstairs, and showed me how to enter the key and get the password. The landlord kept in touch via text message afterwards, and everything went very smoothly. The landlord was very patient and attentive!
The room was fully equipped!
The complex is a 10-minute walk from Warner Bros. (left), WaterWorld is just across the street (middle), and Ferrari World is a 20-minute walk (right). There's a coffee shop and an Italian restaurant downstairs. There's also a branch of this restaurant near Mamsha Beach on Satyarte Island, and it always has a queue.

Guest UserThe stay was decent considering the price, but I believe there are better options available in the same range. The rooms were noticeably small, especially if you are traveling with multiple bags or planning a longer stay. One thing that was disappointing was the lack of luggage assistance service, which would have been helpful during check-in and check-out.
On the positive side, the location is convenient, with plenty of markets, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food and basic necessities. The pool area was good and well-maintained, but it was quite crowded because of the holiday season, so it was difficult to fully relax and enjoy the facilities.
Another downside was that basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided in the room. When we requested them, the staff informed us that they were available only at an extra charge, which was unexpected for a hotel stay. Overall, the experience was average not bad, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of service and room comfort.

The amenities are quite comprehensive: a fridge, TV, microwave, washing machine, and even pots and pans. However, for a hotel, there are too few power outlets, and they're quite hidden. If you want to charge your laptop while sitting at the desk, you have to move the TV stand, which is very inconvenient. Also, induction cookers aren't a necessity, but slippers and a toothbrush with toothpaste definitely are. Why doesn't the hotel provide them?

The BackpackerWe had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the room wasn't massive, the size was perfectly adequate for two people and it was spotlessly clean. You can't beat the location if you're a traveler—it's a stone's throw from the main bus station and just a short walk to Al Wahdah Mall.
The service truly stood out. The Filipina receptionist on duty was incredibly accommodating and friendly, allowing us to check in smoothly upon our arrival at noon. Breakfast was also a highlight, particularly for health-conscious guests, as the salad bar was fresh and had plenty of variety.

Kids were very excited to wake up with a view to the animals. Staff was very helpful and respectful.
Nearby food court connected to the zoo was helpful.
Rooms were clean and spacious. Only drawback was the Bathrooms, small and no bathtubs available.
Its nearby to Yaa Island amusement parks. Mini mall is nearby too. Transport is easily available at the hotel.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally, the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room .
To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet, didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding, the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean, the room had an unpleasant smell
The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well.
The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained.
Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice, just go to the basement you will see your car, that was very strange however I continued to do that, that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant.
I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival .
It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.

Guest UserBreakfast was an additional 50 AED, which was great value for money. The room was standard. The location is relatively close to the Grand Mosque. It's very convenient to get a taxi from the hotel, as there's always a row of taxis waiting right outside the entrance.

Arrived at late night hour and left early, so it is hard to say I had a complete staying experience in the hotel. However, I would still recommend the hotel since I find nothing to complain about during my short staying. The front desk is helpful since it did not take long to check in (I do not know why I always spend over 5 minutes checking in in other hotels), and the facility looked nice. I did not hear noise at night, which is satisfying enough for me.

Guest UserThe location is great, about a 20-minute taxi ride to both the Louvre and the Grand Mosque. It's also right next to Abu Dhabi's main bus station, which is convenient for trips to Dubai. The room was a good size – not too big, not too small. Although the facilities are a bit dated, they were clean, and the area around the hotel was quite quiet. The restaurant downstairs serves delicious food, so if you don't want to venture far, you can just eat there. Just a heads-up: you need to turn on a switch for the hot water, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers or toothbrushes, so remember to bring your own.
