TThe BackpackerWe had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the room wasn't massive, the size was perfectly adequate for two people and it was spotlessly clean. You can't beat the location if you're a traveler—it's a stone's throw from the main bus station and just a short walk to Al Wahdah Mall.
The service truly stood out. The Filipina receptionist on duty was incredibly accommodating and friendly, allowing us to check in smoothly upon our arrival at noon. Breakfast was also a highlight, particularly for health-conscious guests, as the salad bar was fresh and had plenty of variety.

MM287621****Overall, my stay was great and I'd definitely recommend it.
**Location:** The hotel is centrally located, right by a subway entrance, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions and shopping areas.
**Facilities:** The room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept really well. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was plenty of hot water.
**Service:** The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in was efficient. They were also quick to respond whenever I had an issue.
**A small suggestion:** It would be perfect if the in-room Wi-Fi signal were a bit stronger. I would consider staying here again!

HHaniya’sA pleasant surprise. Service was good. Location is good, Lulu freshfood and few other shops couple of minutes away. The hotel is undergoing renovation and we had new modern design rooms. I can warmly recommend this hotel. Location is good, next to a park and quiet location. I will book again when I visit in Abu Dhabi. Extremely clean. I found nothing that I could complain about!

The rooms are modern, spacious, and kept exceptionally clean.
Staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient.
The hotel provides good amenities and a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
Housekeeping and maintenance teams are attentive and professional.
Overall, it’s great value for money and perfect for both short and long stays.

GGuest UserI made a last-minute booking for a one-night stay, arriving late, so I was a bit worried since there wasn't much information about the accommodation. However, the manager on the first floor was very kind and helpful. The room itself was quite spacious and clean. It was convenient having restaurants and supermarkets open late nearby, and being on a main road, there were always people around. There's even an ATM right across the street. After checking out, I asked if I could store my luggage, and they kindly let me leave it in an empty room in the middle of the building, which was a huge relief and allowed me to explore freely. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a short stay!

XXiaoyuer5555The room is large and the facilities are old. The exhaust fan is on 24 hours a day and can't be turned off, which is quite noisy. The location is good, and there are supermarkets and restaurants around. The waiter delivered the wrong things twice in the middle of the night, which was a bit speechless.

MMokeguaganluoCtrip's service level is really a mess. The address given was wrong, and it is still wrong now. At first, I took a taxi to a local villa area, but there was no such store. Later, I checked the address provided by the agoda platform and took a taxi again. It took a long time to find it. There was no front desk, just an administrator. It took me half a day to communicate with him before I got the room card. The room was quite new, but the apartment was newly opened and many equipment were not ready. The room was still good!
