"Everything was great, and my mom and I had a wonderful stay. ① Location: It's about a 10-15 AED taxi ride from the Grand Mosque. There are taxis readily available downstairs, and the staff will help you hail one if you ask. I found these to be cheaper than ride-sharing apps like Uber. ② Room Facilities: Clean and tidy, with excellent hardware and software, including hot water. The hotel also has a private beach, and many people were sunbathing there. ③ Overall Service: Excellent. The front desk kindly upgraded our room and was very enthusiastic about explaining all the services the hotel offers. It's a shame we didn't have time to experience the abra (water taxi) for sightseeing."

SSam.TOur family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

It's right next to the large Al Wahda Mall, and there's a Lulu Hypermarket conveniently located downstairs, so you can find anything you need and dining options are plentiful. I booked a rate including breakfast, and it was incredibly rich and varied, with Chinese, Western, Indian, Pakistani, and Arabic options, all with Chinese names on the menu! The room was spacious, cleaned promptly, very tidy, and had a great view. I would definitely choose this place again if I have the chance.

Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. Ddm_sOverall, a very mediocre experience. The room assigned to me was on the west side, right above a construction site, which made getting to the beach inconvenient as I had to walk all the way around to the east side. The lobby was constantly bustling with groups of tourists during the day. The minibar cabinet was full, but only coffee and tea were complimentary; there was no price list for anything else. They even came to check the minibar before I had even checked out at noon. There were no special discounts for guests dining in the restaurant. Both during check-in and check-out, I wasn't informed about the extra bed charges, nor was I given a receipt. On the positive side, the security and housekeeping staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, which was a plus. Overall, I don't think it was worth the price.

MMollyAbsolutely amazing! Especially during New Year's when hotel prices typically skyrocket, this one barely increased its rates, and the location is fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommend! Seriously, no lies from a fellow Chinese traveler. **Amenities:** A bit dated, but everything is spotlessly clean. **Cleanliness:** Super clean! **Environment:** Downstairs, it's really close to Domino's, Tim Hortons, and Dunkin' Donuts! Plus, there are tons of small convenience stores.

GGuest UserThe stay was truly enjoyable, and my entire family was fully satisfied. The reception staff and housekeeping team were very polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. I would especially like to appreciate the restaurant staff during breakfast—they were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, which made our mornings even more pleasant. The ambiance and hospitality of the hotel were excellent, and we genuinely had a great time. The only concern we faced was with the bathroom drainage system. While using the bathtub, water tended to accumulate on the floor due to improper drainage, which caused some inconvenience. Apart from this minor issue, everything else was excellent. We had a lovely stay and would definitely consider visiting again.

The staff were wonderful and very approachable; when we asked if there were rooms with larger windows, they kindly arranged one with a great view and a huge window for us. It was a superb experience! We'll definitely be back.

GGuest UserBeautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great. The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient. Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip.com advertising with new pictures etc.

AAlleneThe hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside. The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.
