Luxury Hotels in Abu Dhabi

Good afternoon I would like to share my impressions of my stay at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. I am very glad that I chose this one out of all the variety of hotels on Saadiyat. A year ago I was here in St. Regis, so the choice of location was absolutely conscious. Since I live in a metropolis, for me harmony with the environment and the absence of high-rise buildings was a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel is truly luxurious, from the reception to the service on the beach. An exceptionally professional team of managers and service staff makes you feel like a special, long-awaited guest from the first minute of your stay. My experience at the hotel is 100% positive. I had problems with the aggregator through which I booked the hotel, because the service that was specified during booking and payment did not match what the hotel was able to confirm upon check-in. But, thanks to the very sensitive, responsive and wonderful Inessa Ivleeva, the problem that arose was resolved as quickly as possible. I literally fell in love with the Amouage bath line presented at the hotel. This is a brand that fully corresponds to the high class premium level of the hotel. You can purchase any accessory for personal use. Now the magical scent of Amouage will remind me of the unforgettable moments spent in Jumeirah. Just during my stay, the SAL restaurant opened on site - the second project implemented in the UAE. The first restaurant of the same name is located in Dubai, in Burj Al Arab. Well, what can I say? Fantastic place! Absolutely 100% release into the a**osphere. The aesthetically impeccable, elegant, refined design of the hotel and the surrounding magical nature of the Saadiyat coast are absolutely harmoniously integrated with the pleasure that can be obtained from haute cuisine. In conclusion, it is worth saying that there are not many places that attract attention or amaze the imagination, and this is one of them. You may also want to come to Saadiat someday in order to find yourself in a fairy tale from the Arabian Nights. Happy travels to you!

What a memorable stay! Our family stayed from 13-15 Feb. It was our first stay at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and everything surpassed our expectation. We were greeted with a welcoming drink while we were getting checked in. Next thing we know was we got an upgrade to a family suite on 17th floor, with a huge living room and open kitchen. It was late night when we checked-in, so it was until the next morning that we got jaw dropped by the stunning sea view from our room. Equipment in the room is premium, large screen TV, BOSE sound bar, coffee capsule machine, to list a few. And in the kitchen you could have all the utensils and tools needed to cook a dinner or even bake a cake. The room was generously stocked with bottled water, tea bags and coffee capsules. One thing I could not understand was that they provided travel-sized bottles of shampoo and body lotion in our bathrooms but no body wash. We had brought it with us so it was not a problem. However if the room had fixed pumping bottles of body cleansing and skincare, it would be more environmental friendly as well as providing convenience for guests. All staff we met were always pleasant, efficient and helpful. In our first morning, the breakfast restaurant was so full that the line queuing to get in was becoming long. Staff immediately arranged guests to sit at the restaurant next to it. As soon as we got our table, we got served. We were impressed by how nice and smooth things were handled by the team. Breakfast offered a wide range of food choices, from pastries to Asian noodles, from Indian curry to Lebanese cold mezz. I couldn't remember one that was not delicious. For me, make-to-order fresh juice station was the highlight. You can choose your fruit combination and staff get your drink ready within seconds! And don't miss out Observation Deck at 300! It was just steps away from the hotel. And it's free for hotel guest! You can get a 360 degree view of Abu Dhabi from 72th floor up high. The floor to ceiling spotless windows allow you to take great pictures. Please don't to be mistaken, windows in the hotel room are very clear, just not comparable to the Observation Deck. If there is a second time I travel to Abu Dhabi, Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers would definitely be my choice of stay. Conrad team, keep up the nice work!

Long time since I have been impressed with an hotel. From the architecture of the building , the rooms design , the details in the rooms - feather mattress soft top , the HK touches , the special smell of the AC and soap bar , the bidet towel , etc etc but above all the well trained staff all over the hotel , from all staff at the concierge , Julia at Oak , the library SA lady , the doormen , the pool attendant , Zahara etc . Chapeau all for a good job done ! My only negative experience was having many kids at the pool running and shouting breaking the peaceful atmosphere but that’s more a parent issue than the hotels . Maybe the hotel should consider being Adults Only :) And missing an executive lounge which would be perfect at the 1st floor where the wading pond is located Thanks All !

Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. Currently staying here in room 550 (beautiful room and view) and we are Abu Dhabi converts. Came here to visit family and they recommended this hotel in Saadiyat and it has exceeded our expectations. Whilst we have noticed standards slipping around the world, St Regis Saadiyat pays attention to the aspects of a resort stay that make all the difference. Service is friendly, warm, efficient and attentive without being over the top. Food is delicious, beach is beautiful and despite the heat service is wonderful. Things like ice lolly’s and cold fruit are offered regularly. Water with ice and towels come efficiently which has not been happening in other top resorts as it used to. The hotel is conveniently located but Abu Dhabi itself is very easy to get around and do as little or as much as you’d like to do with ease. A fairly big resort but walkable so no buggies needed to get around (much to my sons disappointment!) Breakfast has changed now from 1pm to 11am so be aware. The spread is plentiful and beautiful as you’d expect. Special shout out to Kyle and Anuradh and all the friendly staff. Kids club has a fun little splash pool area. Kids can have fun for a couple of hours easily. Would be nice to see a few more planned activities but staff again are friendly and fun. We will be sure to return and have already recommended it to friends. Already planning to return next year! We hope the standards will remain. We were choosing between Jumeirah Saadiyat and Rixos but glad we chose here. Hope to see you again next year ❤️

Came back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

Me and my wife stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights to escape the hustle and bustle in Dubai. From the moment we crossed the entrance to the time we left we felt completely cocooned and pampered by the team and by the silence of the place. In fairness , you do get better experiences of a Desert Hotel in the UAE but for the short drive it was fine. Your views from the villa with pool are not really unobstructed as you will see one or the other shelter or building in the close distance but it is okay. However the desert around the edge of the villa wasn’t the cleanest and our short proximity to the horse stalls meant that we had a good time of smelling the same which was not really nice. On top of that the pool was quite the treat for all kinds of birds , especially pigeons. And not only are they drinking from the water but also do their business in the water which can be disgusting, but they are cleaning the pools every morning to minimize this. However we wish to have used the pool longer time. I know it’s nature but compared to other hotels of this kind it is not as bad as here. The Spa is fantastic and the treatments have been wonderful and well done. Also the facilities have been great to use including their snow cave which was a change from the norm. The food at the breakfast and at the in room dining where absolutely exquisit and well balanced. We did not visit any restaurant also because most of them were closed due to limited amount of guest which is reasonable. But in room dining was as good as being in the restaurant. On top of all the team made our stay complete. All staff were super helpful , always a smile and came up with suggestions we did not had in mind but ended up using. E.g in villa breakfast which we ordered by WhatsApp with our butler Jaouad. Jaouad was great and always there if you need him even on his day off. For us the staff made up for most of the flaws we encountered and we wish to come back asap.

It’s not a very pleasant experience. When I made the reservation, I said it was the first day’s dinner plus the second day’s breakfast and lunch. When I checked in at more than three o’clock, I said it was the first day’s lunch and dinner. The second day only had breakfast. Check in The procedure is very slow, lunch must be used up before four o'clock, there is no way to eat. When the swimming pool was booked, it was said that it would open at 7:00, but I was caught up to swim at 8:45. Only suitable for children to play

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s likely one of the most affordable Four Season properties - yet the service is absolutely incredible and five stars! We stayed for two nights in layover on route to our baby moon. The room had a treat and acknowledgment of our babymoon. I had a massage at the spa which was great. The pool was nice and had good service (staff immediately brought some cold water in a cooler and there is sun screen available for guests). We are at the steak house one night which was also lovely. Overall I can say all of the staff were so helpful, friendly and professional and we felt so well taken care of. We liked the location as the hotel is attached to a nice mall. We were able to take regular taxi to some Tourist sites and that was easy and decent prices. I would certainly recommend this hotel!
