GGuest UserThe service is very thoughtful and every staff is enthusiastic. The hygiene is very good and the sea view room is very beautiful. The hotel is very large and it doesn't feel crowded. Breakfast is open until 1pm, which is very considerate. The Japanese restaurant next to the beach, the chef Nelson and the waiter Ros are very good. The beach of the hotel is very beautiful.

GGuest UserDuring the Christmas season, I spent several delightful days at the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, the very same Park Hyatt where Liu Yifei once stayed, and it turned out to be my favorite place where I lingered the longest during this trip. Coincidentally, the room number was the same as my birthday (a rare occurrence for someone born in January). *Highlights: The hotel boasts its own private beach, free from the hustle and bustle of tourists, offering a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere with a great vibe. *Relaxation: There are multiple swimming pools, restaurants, and a library, all exquisitely beautiful, and you can enjoy the sight of eagles during breakfast. *Activities: Morning yoga classes are available, along with tennis courts, a golf course, a gym, and a spa. *Service: The welcome gifts included a large box of chocolates and a fruit platter—the chocolates were absolutely delicious. The staff were all very warm and provided attentive service. *Amenities: The toiletries were from Le Labo, a brand that I adore. *Location: The Louvre is nearby, making it convenient to visit. *The rate during the Christmas season was approximately $1100 per night. *Drawback: It was so comfortable that I ended up staying in the hotel for several days without venturing out, missing many of Abu Dhabi's attractions.

GGuest UserThis hotel features a unique style with its sandy yellow architecture reminiscent of old Dubai, making it a very comfortable stay. The terrace rooms offer beautiful views of the hotel pool and beach, and from a distance, you can even see a mosque. April mornings are delightful for sunbathing on the beach. The seafood buffet for two at AED 390 is a great deal, though the taste is just average, and dining options nearby are limited, mostly consisting of hotels and upscale residences. It's a 15-minute drive to the mosque and 30 minutes to the Louvre Museum. After 11 AM, you can enjoy a small boat ride around the hotel, which can be a bit dull but adds to the activities available. The gym is separated by gender, which might be a slight inconvenience for couples. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Every team member I interacted with was attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing great service. A special mention goes to the chef and the culinary team—every meal was delicious, and their attention to detail really stood out. They were always willing to accommodate requests and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is warm and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. I truly appreciated the hospitality and professionalism throughout my visit. CC4chrissieCame back to EP after 3 years after Covid and I enjoyed my staying a lot. Staffs were helpful and friendly in general, but they were not those sweet sweet kind… just friendly, maybe some people would find them rude… Anyway, the package was super good and good value for the price. Many activities were included. Basically you could spend all day in the hotel without going out… I enjoyed their fine dinning restaurants: 1.Hakkasan-modern Asian fusion, if you like typical Chinese food, not the right one… 2.Broadway-western, American style… loved their cauliflower salad… steak was okay, maybe I ordered wrong one, should have tried the wellington… but staffs were super friendly… 3.Lebanese Terrace-somebody told me it was the best Lebanese restaurant in town, so I went have a try. It was so good… but the staffs were not friendly… 4. Vendome-the best breakfast buffet in town for me… (tried Park rotana, St Regis, Conrad, four seasons, rosewood, W hotel, Hilton… )still think it is the best one For someone who stays in the hotel like 300/365 days, this is the best hotel in abu danbi. I found it difficult for me to stay in any other hotels in Abu danbi 🥹

You always get more being friendly and polite, than rude and demanding. Very nice room and great views, especially, the sunset! Breakfast is very big and with a great range of options for all tastes. The swimming pool is great. We would recommend and hope to come back.

MM484852****The service throughout our stay was absolutely top-notch. We stayed in a villa and called for a buggy four or five times, and every single staff member was incredibly friendly and even chatted with our kids. The only exception was on our first night, when we were returning to the hotel from outside. A buggy driver didn't ask for our room number before setting off, and I just assumed he knew. After he dropped us off at reception, I told him we needed to go to our room and gave him the number. He responded with an incredibly rude tone, ”You didn't tell me, how could I know?” and then started driving like a ******. My children were terrified and almost got thrown off the buggy. I really regret not having cash to tip most of the kind drivers (definitely next time!), but that driver who almost threw my kids off deserves a terrible review!!

GGuest UserI booked the hotel one hour before arrival , I arrived but the did t find my booking and I had to wait and wait.. finally after 75 minutes I checked in , the room is nice and the view amazing , but quality of bed and sheets are average , shower darin Was blocked , but it’s only one night . So what :) Personal very nice and friendly , can’t complain about them

GGuest UserI think it’s simple when you stay in the 5-star hotel you can feel it. But this doesn’t work with Radisson Blue hotel and Resort. It’s only the name. Quickly: Rooms interior are modest. Wave pool is perfect for kids and adults. The buffet restaurant La Terrazza serves the seafood, meat and the local cuisine. There are also beach-front restaurant and a couple of bar lounges. Hotel offers in-room menu with breakfast for around 150-200 AED, 2 options of soup, quick bites 40-60AED, burger 70-80AED, pasta 80AED, 4 types of pizza 85AED, main course 100-140AED, beverages/drinks and kids menu. In a nutshell, the hotel is good with its perfect location at the corniche, unique view on the Gulf, Rixos marina and all that. We would’ve not shared our negative feedback but a couple of incidents had happened during our stay from April, 27 until May, 1. There was no rain or wind, but the beach had been closed all the time. I mean all the people come to hanging out on the beach. Ok, I accept that as the reason for this apparently was due to some sanitary issues after torrential rain and flooding in April in the UAE. The most disgusting thing is the room attendants. These guys have been knocking on our room door for 2 days in a row. Imagine, at 9am in the morning continuously and persistently knocking on the door to make up the bed. And then at the same day at 4 PM with desperate desire to clean the room. Next day the same story in the morning, knocked on the door and, now, attention, please, they just opened the door and got into the room. Yes, sir! Are you kidding me??!!! Of course, we reached out to receptionists and this super courteous staff offered us to send an email to investigate this case. Appreciate it. Hope this would be very useful and helpful for all who are looking for a place to stay in Abu Dhabi.
