Guest UserHighly Recommended, Especially for Families with a Special Needs Child
We have been visiting this place for several years—staying in both the chalet tent and the villa—and we truly love it.
All the staff are consistently kind, respectful, and very accommodating. As a family with a child with special needs, we deeply appreciate being treated equally, without any judgment or discrimination. That level of understanding and genuine care truly means so much to us.
From reception check-in to check-out, the service has always been warm and welcoming.
Breakfast was also a wonderful experience. Edward was very attentive and kind, making sure we were comfortable throughout. His thoughtfulness and professionalism made our morning even more enjoyable.
A special thank you as well to Resse from Reception for always accommodating our requests during every visit and stay. Your kindness and consistency keep us coming back.
Highly recommended, especially for families.

Park Hyatt Saadiyat Island is the perfect vacation spot. It boasts pristine white sand beaches and a crystal-clear turquoise sea. There's also a children's pool, great for kids to play in. Steak lovers can head to the Argentinian steakhouse, while seafood enthusiasts can enjoy the Italian restaurant. At breakfast, you might even be greeted by an Arabian falcon. After dinner, take a stroll through the bushes near the hotel, and if you're lucky, you might even snap a picture with an Arabian gazelle. Selfies, group photos, you name it!

Had a fantastic stay at The Abu Dhabi EDITION. The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern, luxurious feel. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, the atmosphere is calm and elegant, and the overall experience feels very premium. The staff were professional, warm, and attentive throughout the stay, which really made a difference. Highly recommended for both business and leisure visits.

Place is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

The hotel's biggest advantage is its location right on the Yas Marina Circuit. However, our room was on the second floor, and the large balcony obstructed the view of the track. If you want a good view of the circuit from your room, it's best to request a room on the third floor or higher. Check-in was very quick. During the Chinese New Year, there were many Chinese guests, and we even received special chocolate gifts. There are also many Indian guests at the hotel, and the breakfast offers a dedicated Indian section. Of course, there's Chinese food too, though not a huge variety. They had spring rolls, stir-fried rice noodles with Laoganma chili crisp and pickled mustard, and steamed fish which was decent. The pan-fried dumplings were the most popular; a fresh plate would be half-gone by the time I looked away. You can order eggs made to your liking; I had Eggs Benedict two days in a row. Breakfast gets very crowded, but you get a great view of a large section of the racetrack, which is fantastic. The shuttle service to the theme parks is very convenient and available at all times. However, to get to the actual racetrack, you'll need a taxi, which was reasonably priced at 12 dirhams.

Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

The room cleaning frequency isn't quite up to Dubai hotel standards. At mealtime, my friend joined us. Our room included two meals, while my friend's room only included breakfast. We wanted the free meals to be served as free, and the paid meals to be paid for normally. However, the Asian hostess who seated us showed an impatient expression before we even spoke, and immediately assumed we had exceeded the guest limit. That felt a bit offensive.
However, the hotel's pool, food, and kids' club (the staff even joined in the exercises!) were all pretty good.
The toilet in our room had a completely enclosed wooden door, which made the kids scared to use it alone, so an adult had to go with them every time.
We didn't take their shuttle bus to the theme park because it showed a 30-minute wait and another 30 minutes to get there. We just took a taxi instead, which wasn't too far, about 15 minutes by taxi. The taxi fare was a bit expensive, but the kids couldn't wait any longer.
The chocolate at this hotel is amazing!

After landing in Dubai, we took a private car to Abu Dhabi. First, we visited the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, then the Presidential Palace, and finally returned to our pre-selected hotel. I wanted to experience the Ritz-Carlton, and surprisingly, it was right opposite the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque! This allowed us to take another evening stroll to admire the Grand Mosque's night view later in our stay – it was so convenient and enjoyable. The Ritz-Carlton resort hotel has a spacious and grand lobby. My driver and I aren't fluent in English, but we managed to check in smoothly. Our room was on a good floor, cozy, with a sea-view balcony. The bed was dry and comfortable, and the turndown service was excellent; everything was just right. The restaurant service was also very attentive; after being shown to our table, they asked what coffee we'd like and brought it over promptly. The food selection was extensive, and the ingredients were high-quality. On a nice day, the outdoor dining area is a must-choose spot for comfortable sun and sea views, which was a key factor in selecting this hotel. The staff at the Arabic specialty counter were also incredibly lovely and enthusiastic. If I get the chance to visit again, I would definitely choose this place for a peaceful and leisurely holiday.

Guest UserFirstly, the YAS bus was unreliable and did not follow the schedule as indicated. The hotel staff led us to wait for the YAS bus at a bus stop which was no longer in operation and after waiting for 30 mins we gave up and took a Careem instead.
Stepping into the hotel, it felt like an extremely overpriced airport hotel. The amenities provided were just a vanity kit and a shower cap. No other amenities. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in Dubai which provided mouthwash, loofah, shaving kit etc. The room itself was small, no rain shower in the toilet and the bulb in the toilet light kept flashing.
The hotel breakfast selection was limited, the only saving grace was the eggs benedict. Hotel gym is also small, we went during dinner where there was nobody and had a great workout there but can't imagine if there's more than 5 people in the gym due to the size of the gym. Steam room wasn't working by 7pm.
Hotel came with 2 parks access for 2 days but still did not justify the price and the amenities in the room. The only thing I had no complains about was the service from the staff which was impeccable. The WhatsApp service from the concierge was also great as they responded almost immediately to help me with my things.
For this price point I expected alot more which this hotel did not provide. I've stayed in motels with better amenities and really does not justify the $700 SGD per night price point.

dxbinmyheartI booked a package that explicitly advertised a room upgrade opportunity. When I noticed that no upgrade had been provided, I asked about it at the front desk. I was immediately told that upgrades were “subject to availability” and it is unavailable...
After I pointed out that Abu Dhabi hotels are nowhere near full at the moment, she still said it is nearly full because it's weekend. Well lets check out the 'full occupancy' photos i attached.... :)
Only after I firmly pushed back did she reluctantly offer an alternative, a garden-view room. Since I wasn't interested in a garden view, I requested what should have been my original category preference: an unblocked city view. The alternative she eventually offered was a higher-floor, but with a twin room with even more side-facing view. Having no better option, I accepted it and ended up spending my honeymoon in a twin-bed room.
If the hotel is unwilling to provide upgrades, then it should stop promoting packages that create expectations in the first place.
There were several other shortcomings on the part of the front desk and the guest relations, but I will leave them out of this review.
What ultimately saved this stay and turned it into a memorable experience were Umar, who warmly introduced us to the room, and John from the Butler Department, whose kindness and genuine care left a lasting impression.
These two gentlemen genuinely understand what true hospitality means and are among the brightest representatives of Emirates Palace. The hotel management should recognize and take good care of them, because they are the people who make guests want to return.
