The location is excellent, very close to several subway lines, making it convenient for getting around. It's about a 10-minute walk from the M60 airport express bus stop. There are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. You can cook in the communal kitchen, and there are also simple meals available for purchase on the first floor. This was my first time staying in a hostel, and I had a great experience. This one was much better than the same brand's hostel I stayed at later in Boston. The 6-bed dorm was much more spacious than the 8-bed dorm; I forgot to take photos of the 6-bed room.

The environment is excellent, the hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are quite spacious, which is a rarity in New York. The price is also acceptable. Among Western-style breakfasts, this one is quite rich. If you don't mind being a little further from Manhattan, it's actually a great choice. I had a nice stay at Hotel Bridge in New York. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the hotel felt basic but pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when changing my room, allowing a later checkout, and storing my luggage after checkout. Breakfast was basic, and more options would be nice. The breakfast area was also small, which sometimes made it feel rushed when other guests were waiting for tables. The location allows access to central areas of the city, but they are still a bit far from the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay for a basic hotel with helpful staff

This hotel is located in Midtown on 8th Avenue, not far from Penn Station, making it very convenient for transportation. It's an old building with no elevator. The hotel is on the top floor, so you'll need to climb 59 steps to reach the front desk. The staff are helpful and will even assist you with carrying luggage upstairs. The rooms are small, partitioned off from a larger open-plan space, about three square meters each. Your suitcase can only fit under the bed. The top of the room is open for ventilation, which means there's almost no soundproofing. It's a bit like Hong Kong's 'cage homes' – if one person talks, almost everyone in the other rooms can hear it. Because of this, the hotel repeatedly emphasizes maintaining quiet. They provide free drinking water, and there's a microwave and refrigerator available for use. Breakfast includes milk, bread, butter, coffee, juice, cake, cereal, fruit, and soy milk. The hotel's background seems to be Nepalese Hinduism, as they emphasize vegetarianism. No meat products are allowed into the hotel, not even eggs.

My stay and experience was excellent inclusive of location, customer service will recommend to anyone friendly and efficient staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere. They also offered amenities like a good breakfast

The location is very good, living far away from the elevator, not too noisy, but the soundproofing is just average, the price is really right. I attended my brother's graduation ceremony at the Manhattan School of Music, 5 kilometers away by taxi, very close and convenient, breakfast is also OK, there are a lot of Indians, Indians are really... I also filed a complaint through the booking platform, but received no response or follow-up whatsoever – customer service was virtually non-existent. The common areas and bathroom facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness in some areas was just average. Overall, it's only suitable for backpackers who prioritize location over sleep quality. Travelers who value quietness and good service should definitely look elsewhere.
