"I saw this hotel had low ratings before, but it actually turned out to be pretty good. The rooms are spacious and even have a walk-in closet. The view from the room is beautiful. The front desk staff are very welcoming, and the $35 daily credit can be used for breakfast at the cafe, which offers a good selection. They also offer luggage storage, and the doorman is very friendly. The hotel's location in Midtown, right next to the UN, feels safe and offers a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area. Chinese visitors should note that there's no kettle for boiling water, but most US hotels don't provide them. Overall, I'm quite satisfied."
