GGuest Userthe bathroom, toilet and basins are all in the same room space as the bed. so you will be hearing noises when people open and close the door, or when using the basin. i got up at 7am when the staff went in to tidy up the bed below me, and changing the bed sheets. i was wondering why she can't do it after 12pm, then the check out time is due. staff outside doing the laundry in the early morning were talking loudly. the walls here are very thin, so don't expect a deep sleep with with all these distractions

CcjpamatianThey were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 1PM. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

GGuest UserIt was good,the room was spacious and the bed was super comfy . But if you are a picky kind of guest pls don't come here it's not for you really. It was different from what I expected but kuya Jojo the man at the front desk changed everything he was so friendly and hospitable. The TV is in the Chinese language and they can't change it I hope they will also reconsider putting English speaking movies or at least English subtitles .

GGuest UserThe only icks that I had experienced was the location, it is so far from the food access hehe as a filipino traveler that’s on a budget trip carenderia/eatery is life indeed. Also it’s very far from the highway and no GRAB or JOYRIDE would pickup if youll book a ride from RedDoorz Alpina Heights. Pls be careful with the tricycle drivers there because they would charge too much instead of 13 pesos they’ll charge you 50 pesos. And they will bring u to the nearest taxi that will not use meter theyll fine you a fixed rate of 500 pesos even if it’s too near! So be wise and dont rode with those type of drivers. Secondly, is the toilet, Im nớt sure if there is a leak because it smells so mapanghi even if no one peed on the bathroom floor. I even splash the floor with lots of water already because the smell is so annoying but the smell didn’t come off. Make sure to check the linens first if there are stains to protect yourselves from being charge because they have diff charges for different kind of stains they’ll charge u 1000 pesos

BbusabossThe room is clean and comfortable, but it is difficult to get water because there is a supply and the host is easy to talk to because sometimes the money is delayed, but when you ask for even a little while to extend for another day, the host doesn't complain anymore as long as he updates.
