GGuest UserSakurayuki is a very good accommodation for family and its location is quite convenient for taking a walk trough each scenic spot around Otaru Canal. Each staff therein is very amicable to the visitor who stay over night(s). To me, I will go and visit this place again and woild like to highly recommend any of visitors like me to stay over night(s) in this guesthouse.

SSw8816I really love this winkel village! It's just a short walk to Asarigawaonsen Ski Resort for skiing. We can enjoy BBQs even in winter and the private outdoor onsen right outside the room is a huge bonus for my family. Definitely planning to return! Great value for the money.
Note:
We took a taxi from Otaru Station to Winkel Village and it cost around 5,000 yen. The price was reasonable too.

GGuest UserThe address of the Youth Hostel is quite good. JR Station walks to the canal for about 5-10 minutes. It is also quite close to the canal. Welcome drinks are also sent. I will choose this Youth Hostel next time.

GGuest UserIt's about a 10-minute walk from Otaru Station, so it's easy to access, but there are bars and snacks nearby, so you can hear people talking and making noise even at night. The owner will be very kind and polite to explain the equipment. One thing you need to be careful about is that you don't have a bath towel, so you need to bring it with you. There is WiFi, but the connection was bad.
The room was very large so it was very easy to spend. Thank you very much.

It was really good to support wide 々.
Check-in without face-to-face, but it was very easy to understand how.
However, it was troublesome to translate all the contact emails for foreign tourists because they were in English.
Immediately from Otaru sightseeing spot! However, it is really difficult to reach while pulling the carry on a messy slope!
It's hard without Carrie!
I recommend a taxi.
