Very nice and helpful people. Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.

The first day of my honeymoon in Italy! Milan ～ lived here, the overall feeling is still good 😄, all aspects are quite satisfactory, hee hee, opposite is Sforza Castle 🏰 very good! It is also very safe at night ～ On the first day, we arrived at 10 o'clock and there was no problem. We told us the password in the email in advance ～

The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, ingredients, fruits, condiments, and snacks. The staff generously share food. There are indoor and outdoor common areas, and free drinks are available. Self-service luggage storage is on the first basement floor. The price is moderate. In the women's dorm, disposable toiletries, tampons, and sanitary pads are provided. However, there are no curtains, so privacy is almost nonexistent.

Guys! I seriously can't recommend this place enough!!! This was originally just supposed to be a regular overnight layover in Milan, and I was planning on just making do, but I unexpectedly ended up staying in my dream accommodation 😂 First off, the location is excellent. It's only about two or three hundred meters from the metro station, which was super convenient even with luggage. Secondly, it was a room for four people, and it seems like it was recently renovated. The space was plenty big enough, and everything, especially the bathroom, was incredibly clean. It might just be the cleanest hostel bathroom I've ever seen! Even though it's a semi-basement space, the air conditioning was strong, and there was good air circulation, so it didn't feel stuffy at all! Most importantly, the service was fantastic! I arrived at 11 PM, and I'd informed the front desk in advance about my late check-in, which wasn't an issue at all. The next morning, there was a free breakfast provided, and the croissants were delicious! The staff member (a gentleman) even specifically asked if I wanted coffee, snacks, or drinks – he was incredibly warm and welcoming!! It really made me want to stay an extra night in Milan 😂

The hygiene was acceptable. However, the amenities could use an upgrade; the toothbrush was awful, and the bath towel shed lint everywhere. The towel rack was poorly placed, making it easy for towels to fall into the bidet. Opening the window at night let in small bugs. Some of the front desk staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Getting to the S1 and S3 lines takes about a ten-minute walk, and that station is quite run-down. A shuttle bus is only available in the afternoon and evening.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Milano Centrale Station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout my stay. What impressed me most was the range of complimentary provided. The hotel offered free dinners, entertainment events, and even complimentary food items for guests. These thoughtful touches created a warm, community-oriented atmosphere and reflected an exceptional level of hospitality. The only disappointing aspect was not the hotel itself, but some of the guests. Unfortunately, a few people did not seem to appreciate the hotel's generosity. I often noticed dirty plates and glasses left behind and the shared kitchen left untidy. I would encourage future guests to help keep the common areas clean and show respect for the hotel's efforts to provide such outstanding service. As for the hotel, my suggestion would be to install privacy curtains on each bunk bed. This would provide guests with more privacy and help reduce disturbances from light and movement, especially when someone checks in or returns late at night or in the early hours of the morning while others are sleeping. The other one is to improve the elevator, as it could be more comfortable and reliable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.

The transportation is more convenient as it is close to the subway station, and everything is relatively good. The environmental sanitation is in place. The service attitude with the store is okay, and there is no communication barrier. It is not bad. Overall, I will come again if I have the opportunity.

Great spot for a solo trip, though it was over 200 for a bed due to the Winter Olympics. Note that it's just a bed, no toiletries are provided. There's a small restaurant at the front desk with a lovely atmosphere where locals gather and chat. The transportation is decent; it's about a 15-minute walk from Bovisa station on the airport line, or you can take a direct bus to Milan Central Station.

A very central hostel, 20min walk to the central station and 20 min walk to the dueomo, quiet area, where it is nice to have a walk, and discover the streets. Nice park nearby. The place is decent, and nice, had a bed in a 2 person dorm which is good and comfortable, and the big bathroom is in side the room. The employees are nice and friendly. Very good experience.

If you’re wondering why this place has got such a low rating, I’m wondering too. I stayed one night here for transit and this hostel is huge as though they transformed a school complex into a hostel. My room was on the 3rd floor and things there are nicely renovated. The mattress and duvet cover they offer you are odourless, not the cleanest but acceptable. Inside the room everything seem decent. They have a large common room and you can see some people there working at night. If you are staying in Milan and is on budget, this place is worth the “risk” if that low rating bothers you alot. Just saying it because I am fine with anyplace as long as i can have a good night sleep. Hope this helps.
