Find 2-Star Hotels in Lyon

The third time in this hotel. It is minimalist in comfort (no teapots, refrigerators in the rooms), but very good location, friendly staff. The room is warm, clean, view from the window to beautiful houses. Around the shops and cafes, the metro is nearby.

Hotel Vabec is in a fantastic location, right by the river. It's very close to both bus and metro stations, and the surrounding area is quiet and feels very safe. Getting to various attractions and restaurants from the hotel is also incredibly convenient. The rooms are a bit small, but the overall vibe is very cozy. The front desk staff are warm, friendly, and professional. My only minor regret is that there's no mini-fridge in the room, which makes it inconvenient for storing cold food, and there's no kettle either.

This hotel was good for short stay with all basic needs such as shower, bed, sink, kettle and mini-shove, just no hair drier. Hotel staff was nice and friendly. However, it is worth to mention that there is no suitcase storage in the hotel. In terms of location, although this hotel is sitting next to an education Center and the main road with busy traffic, evening was quiet enough for some quality sleep. When considering it is just 5 min walk from Gorge Dr Loup Station, the location is ok.

It was what I had expected. The receptionist in the morning, a young lady , I dont know her name but she was super helpful with my itinerary of the day. Thank you.

I've been going there for more than a year when I passed on Lyon, but this time we stayed for a week. I didn't like it. The room was very clean and the room was very clean and the room was very clean. At the level of household women, I know the profession, my mother is household woman. Great location, 5min walk to the station, there’s a nice restaurant next door as well as a small shop to buy any last minute toiletries or snacks and drinks. The room itself was good, small bathroom but the beds were comfy and it just does the job. Would stay again if I visit Lyon again.

Although the room is very small, it's enough to sleep. I personally feel very warm. But the bathroom is very poor. .... I wrote that there is a hair dryer, but there is no room, so ㅜ staff Friendly and elevator

Old - No issue for me, for spending one night is okay No aircond - With fan, open your windows then problem is solved. Appreciate the receptionist - helpful guy The only negative comment: If you are solo traveller, becareful with the surrounding. Could be dangerous at night. Really surprised to witness an accident.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Decent breakfast. The room is nice and clean. It has everything you need. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the metro.

Staff was super friendly and this is the only hostel I stay where the staff walk me up to the room and explain everything. If you have research where the location of this hostel, you will know the hostel is located on the top of hill. So definitely a battle if you have big luggage..the selling point of this hostel would be enjoying the view from the terrace. Overall the place is clean just the facility bit old for the toilet. I think they really should be doing some upgrading and some tlc for the room.(Some of the curtain are already wear and tear) The location up the hill I think a plus point for me as I take it as an exercise after having stuff myself with so much foods and with rewarding views.
