GGuest UserWe stayed at their suite for 2 nights. Absolutely worth every penny we paid. Very large room with a small kitchen enough to cook a light meal for a small family. Beds are comfy. Location is quiet. We drove around the city so cannot comment on public transport. They have a carpark in the building. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast room are both up to par. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would recommend, and we plan to try out other hotels in the same brand in the future!

GGuest UserIt was beyond my expectation. The exterior is simple and the interior is trendy. The snacks in the lobby lounge are available 24 hours a day, which is very considerate. The hotel meals are also of high standard. Our child had stomach discomfort for 2 days and ate in the hotel, which made us feel more at ease. The bedding is linen and very comfortable. The river view room has a beautiful view, and you can see the Fourvière Hilltop Church in the distance. If you want to check out late, you can pay extra.

GGuest UserThis place has everything nearby: restaurants, a train station, bakeries, and a supermarket. There's a staff member at the lobby downstairs 24/7, and the room itself was, needless to say, perfect. I also loved being able to see the sky when I opened the window, and the unobstructed view was absolutely perfect.

KKiah SophiaI had a great stay, and will definitely be back! The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself was clean and tastefully decorated, and I had quite possibly the best cocktails of my life at their bar. Very well located with the train just in front of the property that can take you anywhere you need to go, and is only a few stops away from the central station to catch your train out of the city. Also dog friendly! Highly recommend.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel, nothing to complain about the room or the hygiene. The underground parking with valet service is handy (at a correct price). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the fact that despite an earlier email and the extra specific on the day of our arrival in advance by telephone that we requested a room with 2 beds, this was not taken into account when we arrived at the hotel and we got a room with one ”large” bed. The next day we did get the requested room with 2 beds. For the rest everything was actually perfect!

GGuest UserThe cleanliness was not satisfactory — I found dirty shoe prints and someone else’s hair in the bathtub. I reported the issue to the front desk and requested a room change, but they told me there were no available rooms that night and asked me to handle it myself. The location is average, not very close to the city center. The positive side is that the hotel is very quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the gym is quite good.

GGuest UserPoints positifs : grande chambre agréable, chambre très bien insonorisée, restaurant cuisine maison un peu cher. Points négatifs : prix du parking excessif et accès compliqué, l'ensemble du personnel semble être en formation et ne prend que peu de pincette pour les clients (trop familiers), le sourire serait un plus pour eux. l'ascenseur du parking est très très lent. Formalités de check in plutôt longues.
