"Everything was perfect!"
Lyo Hôtel
"The location is excellent! I was able to walk to the main attractions, and there is a Christmas market, a train station, a metro station, and a bus station all within a 2-5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. Although the room was a bit small, it was sufficient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time."

Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Bioparc Lyon Est
"Simply, I could not sleep because the noisy boiler was inside the bedroom! We stayed in this hotel to recover from long driving then to carry the journey again in the morning, I really felt I did not recover but more tired. When I gave feedback at the checkout, they told me I am the first one to complain about it and he could do nothing about it."
Campanile PRIME - Lyon Centre Gare Part Dieu
"Great stay, super convenient especially if travelling my train. they let me check in early which was amazing."

Hôtel le Royal Lyon - MGallery
"My stay at the hotel left a positive impression. The rooms are spacious, the bed is soft, and high-quality hair products are provided. The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfasts were delicious, including freshly squeezed juices (orange, apple, grapefruit, lemon), a detox drink, and kombucha. Eggs were cooked to order in various styles. There was also a wide selection of desserts. The only thing I didn't notice when booking was the need for a deposit—300 euros for 3 days."
InterContinental Hotels LYON - HOTEL DIEU by IHG
"The breakfast was very great. The location is ok and they have their own parking area. However there are stairs in my room so I had to carry my luggage up to my space."
Sofitel Lyon Bellecour
"The hotel is a little tired but enjoyed our stay"
Boscolo Lyon Hotel & Spa
"Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lyon. From check-in to check-out almost everything was perfect. The only three things I would improve are: 1) the hotel bar didn't have stools 2) the Nespresso Machines didn't have single serve coffee-mate creamers or at least powder so you had to call down for cold milk for 5€. 3) like many hotels in Europe they didn't have wash cloths in the room (face cloths or serviettes carrés as they call them). What do Europeans wash with? The lobby was elegant and inviting. The Grand Salon was cinematic. The rooms albeit a little small were well designed, comfortable and had great AC and rain showers. The pool, sauna, steam room, tea and relaxation room in the basement were perfect after a hot day touring Lyon. The cocktails were prepared with love and attention and served in vintage glassware. However martinis and old fashioned's should have more than loz of alcohol. The breakfast buffet was complete and delicious and you could even order an avo toast, truffled omelette or œufs a plat a la carte. I highly suggest you book the bed and breakfast rate to not be shocked by the 39€pp charge if you didn’t. Their Italian restaurant, Angelo's, looked delicious, but was a little pricey so we ate out all three nights in the Capitale Gastronomique de la France. The staff were warm and accommodating and it's in my top 3 reasonably priced boutique hotels in Europe."
Fourvière Hôtel
"The hotel's interior decoration is simple. You can see the night view of Lyon from the hotel room. The breakfast is pure American style, with salmon, sausage, bread, and fruit. It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to Notre Dame de Fourvière. You will pass the ruins of the Roman Theater on the way. I encountered a thief while transferring to the Notre Dame subway, but fortunately I found it early."
Appart'hôtel Odalys City - Lyon Centre Confluence
"The location is good in the sense that it is close to the tram station. Unfortunately, there were a few homeless tents set up directly under the bridge between the tram station and the hotel, and we had to walk past them to get to the hotel. That part felt a bit unsafe. However, aside from the homeless tents located directly under the bridge, the surrounding area was very clean, and we didn’t see any graffiti at all. The bridge area was really the only part that felt uncomfortable. When we arrived around 1:00 PM, no one was at the front desk. There was a sign saying the staff member was in the breakfast area, but there was no indication of where that was. A phone number was provided, but no one answered when we called. We understood that check-in wasn’t until later, but we simply wanted to leave our luggage so we could start exploring the city. After waiting about 20 minutes, a staff member finally arrived and informed us that our room would not be ready until 5:00 PM, even though the stated check-in time is 3:00 PM. We came back around 6:00 PM to check in, and the ladies assisting us were really nice and welcoming, which helped improve the overall experience. We rented this place with another family, and they were able to place us on the same floor next to each other, which was super awesome and very much appreciated. Once we were checked in, we did like the hotel. We requested that the sofa be converted into a bed for our girls, and this was done promptly, which we really appreciated. We stayed for only two nights, and there was no housekeeping service during our stay. It’s unclear whether housekeeping would be provided for longer stays. We were expected to take out our own trash and keep the kitchen area clean. While I understand washing dishes and cleaning up after ourselves, having to dispose of trash ourselves was inconvenient and should have been clearly communicated on the website. It was also odd that guests are expected to clean, yet dish soap and sponges are not provided unless you specifically ask for them. Overall, I wouldn’t consider this an aparthotel, as it lacks many services typically provided by a hotel. It feels more like a furnished apartment rather than a hotel-style accommodation. That said, we paid less than $100 USD per night during New Year’s Eve, which is excellent pricing. I would stay here again for the price and the level of service provided, but it would be helpful if the self-service expectations and the surrounding walking conditions were clearly communicated beforehand—for guests who may be willing to pay more for less work or for those who are not comfortable walking past the homeless area."
Nemea Appart Hotel So Cloud Lyon Gare Part-Dieu
"Would use again. Safe didn’t work and staff could not resolve problem."
Hôtel Mercure Lyon Centre Saxe Lafayette
"The value for money was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well soundproofed. The breakfast was truly delicious. The small pool in the basement was more than enough to relax for a while. One small drawback is that the hotel is a little far from the tourist sites, but everything was still within walking distance. If I return to Lyon, I will definitely stay here again."
B&B HOME Lyon Centre Berthelot
A budget-friendly hotel near Lyon’s 7th arrondissement, offering simple rooms and easy access to local shops, cafés, and public transport—perfect for exploring the city’s markets and historic sites.
Hotel Carlton Lyon - MGallery Hotel Collection
"it was a very bad experience in this hotel, the bathroom is flooding after taking shower since the water drain so slow. Even one night no hot water provide, and my boss room suddenely no electricity. there are few steps to the escalator in the lobby, it is not convenient to take the heavy luggage up the steps. the only one good thing is the breakfast, many choices. All of us dont think it is worth of this hotel. not recommand at all. very disappointed"
Crowne Plaza LYON - CITE INTERNATIONALE by IHG
"The service here is really of no comparison . We were staying 2 nights with a public holiday and despite under staff and a few issues with the room, the hotel service counter lady Lea demonstrate great attention and deliver to our needs that allows us to stay comfortablely. The hotel location next to park is another plus ."
Lagrange Aparthotel Lyon Lumière
"Pretty good price/quality"
B&B Hotel Lyon Centre Part-Dieu Gambetta
"Room is big and location from metro is super near. Could be better if there’s water available to refill and room toilet can be improved, it always gets wet since there’s no split in areas."
OKKO Hotels Lyon Centre
"Staying and service was great."
Tribe Lyon Croix Rousse
"High cost performance."
Hôtel Silky by HappyCulture
"This hotel is very good in Lyon center."
