"Some fittings were damaged in our room,  hair dryer and heater bar  inside toilet were out of order. Dirt on floor surface was observed. Check in time was 17:00, it was too late and unacceptable  and the room price was so high for such poor facility of hotel. We booked hotel after one day already and requested hotel to store our luggage until we should come back the hotel and check in after one day. But unfortunately , the hotels rejected our request and suggested us to store our luggage in train station. We were extremely disappointed for the poor hotel management and never to book this hotel again."

"it was a very bad experience in this hotel, the bathroom is flooding after taking shower since the water drain so slow. Even one night no hot water provide, and my boss room suddenely no electricity. there are few steps to the escalator in the lobby, it is not convenient to take the heavy luggage up the steps. the only one good thing is the breakfast, many choices. All of us dont think it is worth of this hotel. not recommand at all. very disappointed"

"I know this hotel well, staying regularly every year in their studios, which are impeccable, but I'd like to draw attention to two significant flaws: 1/ Weak Wi-Fi: Their Wi-Fi has been poor for years, and nothing has been done to improve it. 2/ The restaurant is closed on Sundays: an absurdity in a 4-star hotel!!"

"Check in was efficient and the room was excellent with all the usual facilities including nespresso coffee maker. The bathroom was large and clean and the bed comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and the staff were very nice and the food good. The location was a little far from anywhere in particular but perfect for us as business travellers. Breakfast was good with the usual choice. I would stay there again and was pleased with the choice."
