GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a great location and an elegant atmosphere. It's about a 30-minute walk from the train station, or just 4 bus stops away. You can pay for the bus with a credit card. The room was spacious and bright, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and a variety of seasonings. Breakfast was excellent, offering freshly squeezed orange juice and even a small juicer for making carrot and apple juice. There was also a pancake machine. They had salmon, Spanish ham, and a wide array of fruits like kiwi, apples, peaches, bananas, and apricots. All the hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were incredibly warm and friendly. They were very quick to address guests' requests. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lyon.

AacfadThe hotel is in a very good location, located in the heart of the old town of Lyon. The streets of the old town are very retro and medieval. You can visit the film museum, order a cup of coffee and sit on the street for an afternoon. There is a wood-fired pizza shop next to the hotel. The boss is very happy to bake pizza to the rhythm of music, and the pizza is also delicious. In front of the hotel is the Saone River. Across the bridge are various museums, churches, town halls and other landmarks. Behind the hotel is Fourvière Hill. There is a hiking trail next to the hotel to the top of the mountain in 20 minutes to overlook the entire city of Lyon. You can visit the Basilica of Notre Dame de Fourvière, the ancient Roman theater and museums, and sit in the mountaintop coffee shop for a while. Half a day's work is over. The hotel room is quite large, clean and tidy. The three-person family room has the Saone River outside the window. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration is simple and the details are exquisite, the hygiene is without dead corners, and the bathroom has a massage bathtub. The front desk service is also very good. There is a Chinese service sister who is very enthusiastic, which is very suitable for families with Chinese needs. There is also a foreign brother at the front desk who looks sunny and handsome. The service is warm and warm. Give 5 stars⭐ praise. It is suitable for a family trip for a short stay of 2-3 days. If I go to Lyon again in the future, I will stay there again.

GGuest UserExcellent! The room was spacious, and the two beds were very comfortable. The bath amenities were Clarins, and the breakfast was quite extensive. It's right next to the train station, with many bus stops nearby, and the metro station is just a 5-minute walk away.

От остановки до отеля 3-4 минуты пешком, но внимательно смотрите карту, чтобы не заблудиться, так как это вокзал, из него куча выходов на разные стороны. Возле отеля есть парочка кафе. В одном из них сидит толпой молодежь, второе для людей посолиднее, французская кухня. Отель старенький, дизайну наверное лет 20 - не меньше. Тесные коридоры на этажах с номерами. Номер небольшой, по сути дела столик и кровать- если день другой переночевать - то ок, на дольше - не советую, тесновато. Душевая в санузле тоже крошечная, не представляю, как там помыться крупному человеку. Завтрак до 10 утра, небогатый шведский стол: 3-4 горячих закуски на выбор - омлет, жареный бекон, овощи; сыр и мясные нарезки, немного выпечки. Но в целом позавтракать достаточно. Сотрудники говорят на английском, дружелюбные. В целом, для своей цены за 120-130 евро неплохо, но не вау. Расположение отличное, номер неплохой, сам отель несколько устаревший

GGuest UserStaying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment. The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very noisy in the morning. Here is the list of things that were missing compared to a standard hotel experience: - no kettle (had to be asked for) - just two paper/plastic cups in the bathroom, no ceramic mugs in the room - no tea, coffee or anything really to have a snack with - no safe in the room (common one at the reception) - no fridge (seriously?) - no slippers (and they don’t provide them) - no towel heaters or radiators in the room - just 3 towels for two people, no hand towels - no bath robes - no bide or hygienic shower - no toilet brush (are you for real?) - one trash can (without a bag) - extremely small rooms, no adequate space for two luggage bags On the positive side, the breakfast was decent, though nothing to write home about. Hot and protein-rich options were definitely limited. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, upon check-in, I was charged 60EUR as a damage deposit which was not stated when I booked a room. I’m yet to have it returned. The hotel/network drives this alleged “eco-friendly” agenda but in reality it’s just extreme economy and penny-pinching at the guests’ expense. Very disappointing. 1/5.

DDouziKAILocation: The location is excellent, right across from the Pelasch train station. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station. Room: The room is spacious, with a separate area near the entrance that can fit three suitcases (one 28-inch, one 26-inch, and one 20-inch). There's a 150cm double bed, a sofa bed next to it, a small round table, and a sofa stool, with plenty of space left over. The bathroom is also very spacious, and the toiletries are branded, I really liked the scent. The mini-fridge in the room provides a complimentary can of Coke, apple juice, and mixed fruit juice every day, which is a thoughtful touch. The free tea bags are also branded and taste great. Food: The breakfast selection is rich and varied. If you have a good breakfast, you might not even need lunch. All the breads, hams, and cheeses are quite delicious. The dinner menu also offers excellent choices, the food tastes good, and the portions are generous. Most importantly, the prices are not expensive, so dining at the hotel restaurant for dinner is a great option. I stayed for 3 nights, and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and it offers superb value for money! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend.

CCecilia FrenchThis hôtel is over rated. The reception area is minuscule, the overall layout is complicated with multiple small corridors and more doors than I have ever seen! The cleanliness was ok but it was very dated in the room. I had to cover The bedside table with a towel iPad the wood was chipped. The cushions also do not seem to be changed between customers. The shower was ok but not amazing as the water temperature kept changing on its own (most likely when someone in another room was using hit water). The soap dispenser in the shower contained a good quality soap, but it was almost empty so I couldn’t use it on day 2. I wouldn’t stay there again. The staff were however super helpful and friendly.

AAnonymous UserThe facilities are good. However, they are not taking care of the important aspects. $200 was stolen from me. Don't try to absolve the hostel of responsibility just because you sell locks. I’ve rarely seen a hostel without built-in locking mechanisms; places like that are nothing more than factories—and at this scale, it really is a factory—run by profiteers who care nothing for guest comfort or trust and view everything solely in terms of money. I was truly grateful to a man who seemed to be a manager, as he was constantly moving around and looking after guests. Now, however, I’m even starting to suspect that he might be the thief.
