I know this hotel where I go down regularly every year in their studios that are impeccable but I would like to draw attention to two significant shortcomings ; 1/ Low Wifi: It's been years that their Wifi is bad and nothing has been done to improve it. 2/ closed restaurant Sundays : a absurdity in a 4-star hotel !!

my booking is Suite with bed & sofa, but hotel recd info only classic room, they don't have our room for us, but they offer extra breakfast to cover the different, I think Novotel need more communication with agency to avoid this simple error

The parking lot is inconvenient, and it costs 12 euros. The overall room is clean. The restrooms are the same as other European hotels. They are prone to leaks. Breakfast is acceptable and there are fewer choices.
