GGuest UserWe chose this Inn due to the room size and it’s able to accompany my whole family with 2 big beds. Upon checking in we were amazed at the level of cleanliness and the excellent condition of the room. Room was very comfortable and the heating function was excellent. Host Mr Yu was very nice and we enjoyed their served meals at restaurant quality. They also can help you with itineraries and tour planning if you are not sure where to visit and help arrange reliable transportation. The place is also very near to the famous Yangtian Lake (Mini Switzerland), just a 10min drive further up hill. Overall experience was great, thanks to the host Mr Yu and team.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, the living was very comfortable, the proprietress was very good, the cooking was very delicious, the farm food tasted very good, I bought the boss’s homemade bacon and I liked it very much. The family ate it and it was endless. Come back next time and forget to take photos.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, new and really worth the price. If you come with friends/ driving i would recommend the hotel thou. Otherwise It's in the middle of nowhere so make sure you stock up your snacks before coming. Its 22km from the train station which cost me 70rmb taxi to get here, 10km from the lake area.
The owners were friendly and kind, offer to help bring my luggage up and down stair, also offer me free noodle for breakfast.
walking distanct is less the 1km but you will need to cross the road into the other side first before walking. I didnt understand the owner's explaination so ended up walk 2km, just found that out taking the taxi back😂.
overall that was a nice experience.

The problem of mosquitoes, the merchant has improved, after all, it is on the mountain, the merchant installed screen windows in the room, and ordered mosquito repellent before we checked in. A simple breakfast is provided, 15 yuan a copy. The merchant no longer buys tickets on behalf of the merchant. It is recommended that you have a discount on group purchase tickets. 2025.10.02 During the National Day holiday, we landed at Zhangzhou Station on the first day and rented a car to stay in this villa at night. There are a lot of parking spaces in the villa for free parking. The next day, we got up at 7 o'clock and walked for a few minutes to the west gate of Gaoyiling to enter the scenic spot. Finally, we climbed to the top and went out of the scenic spot at the north gate. It took 3 hours, all the essence sections, saving time and effort. The north gate scenic spot called the online car about 16 yuan and returned to this villa. You can also take a bath and change clothes and eat at the villa at noon. If you have dinner, the price of the farm is normal (not expensive, not cheap, not cost-effective), and you can order your own meals. Check out after lunch and drive to the bamboo raft in the Feitian Mountain Scenic Area in the afternoon. This is a very suitable route. A lot of physical strength is consumed in the morning. In the afternoon, the bamboo raft can be repaired without any effort. The mountaineering weather in the morning is not so hot, relatively cool, not afraid of heatstroke, the sun is too big in the afternoon, the sun is just right, and it is blocked.

KKenny K.Pros-No far from Chenzhou train station, two bus stops by public buses and walked about 350 metre to reach the hotel. We arrived at Chenzhou West High Speed Train station (which is far away from the city centre) from Guangzhou and there is regular public bus plying the route between the two train stations. So transportion in between is easy and cheap with two Yuan bus fare per person. If you do not have the bus apps for digital payment, prepared One dollar Chinese Yuan note or coins before hand to pay in cash.
Cons-No lift and registration for the stay may take longer for foreigners as the computer system is not updated for the latest Visa free countries.

A friendly and adorable tabby cat named Xiaohu will fill your heart's content! 🤣😍 The lovely young lady owner of the guesthouse provides impeccable service. We stayed here for four nights and thoroughly explored Mangshan's East and West Gates and the surrounding area.
The guesthouse is clean, with plenty of hot water and air conditioning that's both warm and cool. The price is reasonable, and it's close to the scenic area entrance with many delicious restaurants nearby.
Tips:
1. There's a great Tujia restaurant about 50 meters away with large bowls of dishes. The Yao ethnic minority owner is very friendly and the portions are generous.
Recommended dishes: Chicken hotpot, bighead carp hotpot, fern root rice cakes, dry-pot cauliflower, and various stir-fries are all excellent.
2. The guesthouse doesn't have an elevator, so you'll have to carry large luggage. There's no refrigerator.
A microwave is provided for simple food heating. 3. There's a pretty good breakfast place next door that makes ”pig-killing noodles,” or you can turn right at the alley in front of the Liangxin B&B and find a local breakfast shop with good steamed dumplings and rice noodle rolls.
4. The ticket for entering through the West Gate is for two days. Remember, if you want to explore the General's Village scenic area, you must go counter-clockwise… If you don't believe it, you can try going clockwise 🤣
5. If it's cold, after one person finishes showering, the next person should wait a bit, otherwise there might not be enough hot water.
