Politely offer to add wechat for communication if you need help.. 4. quickly and wholeheartedly search from many piles of goods, packages that we ordered on the taobao application.. 5. large room, clean with fun design.. 6. the front desk staff not only helps with hotel problems but even gives more help than expected for problems outside the hotel.. 7. with airport shuttle facilities 8. when we suddenly changed the shuttle schedule plan, the front desk officer kindly and sincerely rearranged it according to our new schedule.. Thank you.. best wishes..l

The hotel is located opposite the window of the world, with high-rise floor-to-ceiling windows facing the giant Ferris wheel. The lights change in turn when night falls. You can immersive view the light show without entering the scenic spot. The room is clean and odorless, the bedding is skin-friendly and comfortable, the air conditioning and cooling heating are balanced, the service staff is on call, the travel location is unique, and the night view of Changsha net red is full without leaving home.

MMario NugrohoThe hotel is very neat and clean, and the space is quite spacious. The owners (husband and wife) are extremely friendly — whenever we had any difficulties, even though they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app and helped us a lot. They enjoy chatting, and we truly appreciate all the kindness they showed during our stay. An additional note: We checked in at midnight and were welcomed warmly. We came here just before winter, and having hot water for showering was extremely helpful. There is a washing machine and a dryer available, and both are free to use. We chose this hotel because it is close to our child’s campus. There are many street food stalls around the hotel with delicious and affordable options. There is also a supermarket and a traditional market nearby. If you come with a vehicle, the parking area is spacious as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again in this hotel on the next visit!

GGuest UserThe room was nice, very clean and smart, and the airport transfer was also very good. However, there was a family staying opposite our room that night. They checked in at around 11pm and it was not quiet at all. After all, there were many people in the hotel catching early flights. They indulged their two children who were noisy over there, and the whole family was shouting and yelling. However, this was a problem with their personal quality. The hotel is still very good 👍🏻

GGuest User【U】Special car 24-hour pick-up service. My partner and I arrived at Changsha Airport at 4 a.m., and the driver came to pick us up within 5 minutes. Airport pick-up is very convenient. Facilities: The holy stones are very complete and the equipment is very new. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean and tidy. Service: The service provided by the lady at the front desk was very good and she helped me take my suitcase to the room.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and decorated. It was very comfortable to live in. The sun came in in the morning and I was very happy. I didn't inform the front desk of the drop-off time I made before the flight was rescheduled in the early morning. They personally drove a car to take me to the airport. The service was very good.
