Politely offer to add wechat for communication if you need help.. 4. quickly and wholeheartedly search from many piles of goods, packages that we ordered on the taobao application.. 5. large room, clean with fun design.. 6. the front desk staff not only helps with hotel problems but even gives more help than expected for problems outside the hotel.. 7. with airport shuttle facilities 8. when we suddenly changed the shuttle schedule plan, the front desk officer kindly and sincerely rearranged it according to our new schedule.. GGuest UserTake the children to punch in the window of the world and the underwater world, specially chose this hotel directly opposite the scenic spot, staying for a full three days is too worry-free! A few minutes walk to the two major parks, no long-distance running. The high-rise panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows are facing the window of the world. Every night, you can watch the beautiful light show of the Ferris wheel in bed. The children lie by the window every evening to see the scenery. The room was cleaned very clean and tidy. The cleaning aunt changed the linen and supplemented the toiletries regularly every day. The front desk staff was very patient and helped in time. The dining and supermarket downstairs were complete. The price-performance ratio of the baby was directly full. Next time I brought my family to live here, it is recommended!

MMario NugrohoThe hotel is very neat and clean, and the space is quite spacious. The owners (husband and wife) are extremely friendly — whenever we had any difficulties, even though they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app and helped us a lot. They enjoy chatting, and we truly appreciate all the kindness they showed during our stay. An additional note: We checked in at midnight and were welcomed warmly. We came here just before winter, and having hot water for showering was extremely helpful. There is a washing machine and a dryer available, and both are free to use. We chose this hotel because it is close to our child’s campus. There are many street food stalls around the hotel with delicious and affordable options. There is also a supermarket and a traditional market nearby. If you come with a vehicle, the parking area is spacious as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again in this hotel on the next visit!

GGuest UserA huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there. The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there. The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station. Everything about the hotel experience was great.

AAnonymous UserService: The hotel is located in a park. The door is relatively hidden and the security factor is okay. You have to swipe your room card to take the elevator. The pick-up and drop-off from the airport is very fast, you don’t have to wait, just contact the hotel staff. This is much more convenient than in other cities, and the staff’s service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic. Facilities: The room is large in size, with facilities and equipment including a small refrigerator. It is difficult not to score points for having such facilities at this price and star rating. Hygiene: I found a disposable toothbrush used by the previous guest in the bathroom and confiscated it. I contacted the front desk, but there was no explanation... Finally, when I came to the room, I just threw it in the trash can in my bathroom and left.

GGezishanThe boss has a pick-up service. He came to pick me up as soon as I called. It was so convenient. Check-in was a pleasant surprise. The room felt very bright. The price was really good value for money. The boss also asked if I wanted it delivered to the subway entrance the next day. It was so considerate. The facilities were complete and the towels were all disposable, which was convenient and clean. Except for the sound insulation, it didn't make much difference to sleep there for a few nights. This service was really good.

AannehuaFacilities: The room had everything you need and was quite complete. Transfers to Huanghua Airport and nearby subway stations: Very good. They provide pick-up and drop-off services, and if you're taking the subway, they'll even drop you off at the subway entrance. Cleanliness: Very good, clean, and relatively new. Ambient: For an overnight stay at the airport, it's a good value and relatively quiet.
