Mmida mishaPleasant transit hotel recommendation in Changsa.. 1. we came on April 16, 2026 to stay overnight.. 2. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful.. 3. Politely offer to add wechat for communication if you need help.. 4. quickly and wholeheartedly search from many piles of goods, packages that we ordered on the taobao application.. 5. large room, clean with fun design.. 6. the front desk staff not only helps with hotel problems but even gives more help than expected for problems outside the hotel.. 7. with airport shuttle facilities 8. when we suddenly changed the shuttle schedule plan, the front desk officer kindly and sincerely rearranged it according to our new schedule.. MMario NugrohoThe hotel is very neat and clean, and the space is quite spacious. The owners (husband and wife) are extremely friendly — whenever we had any difficulties, even though they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app and helped us a lot. They enjoy chatting, and we truly appreciate all the kindness they showed during our stay. An additional note: We checked in at midnight and were welcomed warmly. We came here just before winter, and having hot water for showering was extremely helpful. There is a washing machine and a dryer available, and both are free to use. We chose this hotel because it is close to our child’s campus. There are many street food stalls around the hotel with delicious and affordable options. There is also a supermarket and a traditional market nearby. If you come with a vehicle, the parking area is spacious as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again in this hotel on the next visit!

GGuest UserA huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there. The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there. The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station. Everything about the hotel experience was great.

AAnonymous UserService: The hotel is located in a park. The door is relatively hidden and the security factor is okay. You have to swipe your room card to take the elevator. The pick-up and drop-off from the airport is very fast, you don’t have to wait, just contact the hotel staff. This is much more convenient than in other cities, and the staff’s service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic. Facilities: The room is large in size, with facilities and equipment including a small refrigerator. It is difficult not to score points for having such facilities at this price and star rating. Hygiene: I found a disposable toothbrush used by the previous guest in the bathroom and confiscated it. I contacted the front desk, but there was no explanation... Finally, when I came to the room, I just threw it in the trash can in my bathroom and left.

GGezishanThe boss has a pick-up service. He came to pick me up as soon as I called. It was so convenient. Check-in was a pleasant surprise. The room felt very bright. The price was really good value for money. The boss also asked if I wanted it delivered to the subway entrance the next day. It was so considerate. The facilities were complete and the towels were all disposable, which was convenient and clean. Except for the sound insulation, it didn't make much difference to sleep there for a few nights. This service was really good.

Facilities: Complete facilities. There are three vending machines in the lobby on the first floor. It is very convenient to buy things. Hygiene: Hygiene is very clean Parking here is very convenient. The sister at the front desk said that you can park for free when you check in, which is great. The breakfast tastes also very good. It must be praised.

XXiaoxiaoxiaolachangHonestly, I was touched when the front desk guy took the trouble to pick me up at the airport in the middle of the night. The hotel offers free airport pickup. However, I was also troubled by the harsh living conditions. There were no disposable slippers in the room, and the windows were full of bugs when the curtains were opened. Around 4 or 5 a.m., someone downstairs was talking loudly. Around 9 or 10 p.m., construction was underway upstairs. Arriving at the hotel in the middle of the night, I just wanted to get some rest, but I couldn't get a good night's sleep.

The upgrade was smooth and got a bigger room. i ddnt like the smell from the toilet. but despite everything i had a good stay. They dropped me at the airport. I will book again next time
