The hotel looked old overall; the hallway carpets and elevators were dirty. The room size was okay. The elevator was shared with other guests upstairs, making it quite messy. My booking included breakfast, but upon arrival I was told it was closed for the Chinese New Year holiday and therefore breakfast was not provided, with no compensation. They later said they could offer simple bread and yogurt, which they gave me the next day (two plates of bread and yogurt). The staff were responsive and answered my questions, but couldn't offer much more help. Overall, it wasn't a good experience, and I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again.

You can get whatever you want. It is buffet style. When you check out in the morning, you can get a small gift for leaving the store. There is free coffee and milk when you check in. The front desk is small when you leave. My sister was very enthusiastic and even helped us borrow two cups for us to take away. All in all, their service is great and their staff training is in place. Moreover, the needs I put forward to them will be responded to and solved in a timely manner, which makes me feel that the check-in experience is very good. It is great. At first I didn't want to book Four Seasons Hotel, but my friend strongly recommended it to me. I went there and it lived up to my expectations. The room was upgraded for us. The hygiene and environment are excellent. It is Chinese style and very stylish. Breakfast is included. There are noodles, rice noodles, stir-fried dishes, and many varieties. The service is worth mentioning. Because I brought my baby, the baby's clothes needed to be washed. After I washed them, I hung them in the bathroom. When I was cleaning the next day, Zhang Qin also helped me dry the clothes. I am really grateful and very attentive. I look forward to staying here next time😋
