"Excellent hotel, far exceeded my expectations this stay, definitely a five-star review! The front desk staff were gentle and polite, check-in was quick and efficient, and they even proactively shared tips on local transportation and dining routes, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was spotless, with no dust or odd smells in the corners or bathroom. The wet-and-dry separation in the bathroom was very practical, and hot water was instantly available. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, and the blackout curtains provided excellent sound insulation, ensuring a full night's peaceful sleep. The location is super convenient for catching a taxi or exploring the shopping district. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!"

"This B&B is so comfortable. It not only has a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a projector, but also a full-length mirror, and a table and chair for eating and working. The owner also arranged green plants, so the air is extra fresh. The layout is even warmer than home. There are also extra-large windows through which you can clearly see the scenery outside. The air conditioning effect is also very good, and the hygiene is also very clean. It is very comfortable to stay here. The owner is very enthusiastic and even upgraded the room type."

"I booked this hotel because it's close to the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center, making it convenient to walk back after watching a concert. The hotel lobby and rooms are quite spacious, and the bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas with glass partitions. The room has two large beds, a sofa chair, and a tea maker, but no refrigerator. Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy, and the price is reasonable. There are also fast food restaurants and small shops next door. EdanurThe location was excellent, and the staff were always kind and helpful throughout my stay.
However, there were two issues that affected my experience.
First, I had requested a room close to the elevator because I was traveling with several heavy bags and a musical instrument. Unfortunately, my room was quite far from the elevator. Most of the hallway was covered with thick carpet, which made it very difficult to roll my suitcase and carry my instrument.
Second, although I specifically requested a non-smoking room, the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The odor seemed to have soaked into the room and was quite unpleasant during my stay.
Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

The room was really spacious, and they even had a driver pick me up from the subway station when I arrived. In the morning, they also provided a driver to take me to the airport for my flight, which was super convenient. The owner is incredibly nice, and the remote-controlled curtains were a cool, smart touch. I highly recommend this place; the service is excellent.

Anonymous UserService: The hotel is located in a park. The door is relatively hidden and the security factor is okay. You have to swipe your room card to take the elevator. The pick-up and drop-off from the airport is very fast, you don’t have to wait, just contact the hotel staff. This is much more convenient than in other cities, and the staff’s service attitude is very good and very enthusiastic.
Facilities: The room is large in size, with facilities and equipment including a small refrigerator. It is difficult not to score points for having such facilities at this price and star rating.
Hygiene: I found a disposable toothbrush used by the previous guest in the bathroom and confiscated it. I contacted the front desk, but there was no explanation... Finally, when I came to the room, I just threw it in the trash can in my bathroom and left.

The front desk was friendly and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they even provided local guides, making it a truly homely experience. The room was warm and elegant, with soft, comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities were comprehensive, including a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom and reliable hot water.
The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of nearby attractions and shopping. The well-equipped gym offers a great place to relax and exercise during your free time. The housekeeping staff was also very dedicated, ensuring the room was spotlessly clean daily. This will definitely be my top choice for your next trip, and I highly recommend it to all travelers!

Guest UserMy flight arrived at 3 AM, and everyone really came to pick me up! I called the hotel, and the driver arrived at the designated location in just a few minutes. It was snowing and cold in Changsha, but the air conditioning was already on in the room, and it felt very warm when I entered. My first impression was that it was excellent value for money. I didn't have high hopes for the price, but the room was very nice, the environment was great, and it was very clean. The blankets were soft, and the airport pickup staff were very helpful. The heating was also excellent. The receptionist was very welcoming, and they even provided disposable bath towels and face towels. The water pressure was also very good. One of the receptionists even offered to take us to the subway station when she heard I had blisters on my feet. They were incredibly kind. Choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision.

The room was very clean and decorated. It was very comfortable to live in. The sun came in in the morning and I was very happy. I didn't inform the front desk of the drop-off time I made before the flight was rescheduled in the early morning. They personally drove a car to take me to the airport. The service was very good. I could call them before checking in to inform them of the pick-up. machine
