I chose this hotel by accident and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and promptness of the hotel staff. Check-in was completed quickly and a breakfast voucher was provided. The hotel is located right at the subway entrance, very convenient for travel! There is also a large shopping mall, MixC, next to it! If you need to travel on business, you can choose Doranda!

I came to Changsha for a business trip, and this hotel happened to be near my client. The front desk is on the 30th floor, but the elevator is basically direct. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There's also a free laundry room. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Plus, being on a high floor meant it was quiet, so I had a really pleasant stay. The only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and the noodles were just okay, but it's great value for money overall. I'm very satisfied!

We picked up our luggage and called at 11 PM. The airport shuttle picked us up very quickly, unlike some hotels that make you wait for a scheduled time. I was especially touched by the hot soy milk at breakfast—it was much warmer and better than the one at Ji Hotel. The only thing I didn't understand was the bath towels and face towels; they were disposable and felt like paper when used. It was my first time ever experiencing this. Disposable towels are not eco-friendly, so I suggest the hotel could offer regular towels as an option for guests. Also, for environmental reasons, many hotels no longer put disposable toothbrushes in the rooms, but provide them upon request.

The hotel is very neat and clean, and the space is quite spacious. The owners (husband and wife) are extremely friendly — whenever we had any difficulties, even though they didn’t speak English, they used a translation app and helped us a lot. They enjoy chatting, and we truly appreciate all the kindness they showed during our stay. An additional note: We checked in at midnight and were welcomed warmly. We came here just before winter, and having hot water for showering was extremely helpful. There is a washing machine and a dryer available, and both are free to use. We chose this hotel because it is close to our child’s campus. There are many street food stalls around the hotel with delicious and affordable options. There is also a supermarket and a traditional market nearby. If you come with a vehicle, the parking area is spacious as well. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay again in this hotel on the next visit!

We booked two rooms and they upgraded us to the top floor, rooms 1216 and 1212. Unfortunately, one of the window handles was broken and hadn't been repaired, so the window couldn't be closed properly all night. This building houses many apartments and hotels, so there's no soundproofing at all – earplugs are a must. It's an acceptable option for a one-night layover, though.

It was my first time to stay here and I found that the facilities were very complete and new. It gave me a pleasant surprise. The front desk of the hotel was also very good and the service was thoughtful and attentive. They also upgraded the room type for free. There were also free snacks at the front desk. Parking was also convenient. The venue is large and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hot water supply was ample, and the WiFi was fast. The facilities were comprehensive. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, offering excellent service with a smile. The hotel's location is fantastic; the Shanshan Outlets is just across the road, making it convenient for both transportation and dining. It offers great value for money and a generally cozy and pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Very satisfied.

A huge room with electric curtains and comfortable bed. I arrived late and had just arrived in China without any meals being served on the plane. They offered to order food for me on a food APP and had it delivered to the front desk and then brought it up to my room. Very kind, helpful people working there. The first time it might be a little tricky to find the hotel as it is inside a building near another hotel, but all the locals know the place and just ask anyone and they’ll lead you there. The next morning enjoyed a free shuttle to the airport to catch the Maglev to the South in Station. Everything about the hotel experience was great.

The room was spotless. The hairdryer, air conditioning, and water pressure were all excellent, and it was equipped with all the necessary amenities. Although the soundproofing wasn't perfect, we still felt very comfortable and secure throughout our stay. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, and never felt intrusive. For this price, it offers truly unbeatable value.
