GGuest UserOur family trip to Changsha led us to choose the Crowne Plaza Changsha Sijing Square, and it turned out to be an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay, far exceeding our expectations. It was a perfect family accommodation experience.
The hotel boasts a convenient location, surrounded by malls, supermarkets, and a wide array of dining options, all within walking distance. This 'one-stop shop' for food, drinks, and entertainment was exceptionally convenient for traveling with seniors and children.
The lobby on the sixth floor is grand yet inviting, and the staff were warm and friendly. Every employee we encountered greeted us proactively. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous during check-in, even thoughtfully preparing a small gift for our child and arranging welcome toiletries. These little details made us feel incredibly warm and appreciated.
The guest rooms are spacious with excellent natural light, clean, and free of any odors. The layout, with its wet and dry separation, is ideal for families. The bedding was comfortable and soft, and the nights were exceptionally quiet, ensuring both our elders and children slept soundly. The bathroom and shower are also wet/dry separated, impeccably clean, and fully stocked with amenities. The large bathtub was a particular hit with our child, providing a super therapeutic soak in the evenings.
Room facilities are smart and convenient, with electric curtains and screen-casting TVs enhancing the overall comfort. There's ample storage space, allowing us to keep our luggage organized without feeling cluttered. The Hunan rice noodles at the mall's restaurants offered authentic local flavors, with different options daily, keeping both our child happy and our elders full of praise.
The hotel's amenities are comprehensive. The indoor heated pool is clean and clear, and our child wanted to swim every day. The gym is well-equipped, allowing adults to work out anytime. The public areas are adorned with greenery, creating an elegant environment perfect for a leisurely stroll.
Getting around from the hotel is easy. The subway provides direct access to city attractions, and taxis are readily available, making it simple to explore Changsha.
What truly impressed us was the warmth of the service. Any request was met with a quick response, and staff proactively helped solve problems, truly making us feel at home. The hotel's hygiene management is strict, with every corner spotless and high safety standards, giving us complete peace of mind when staying with family.
For a family outing or vacation, this hotel offers exceptional value for money. It's new, the service is excellent, and the environment is superb, perfectly balancing comfort and convenience. This stay created wonderful memories, and our whole family was extremely satisfied. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Changsha – we wholeheartedly recommend it!

There's a spacious parking lot there, easily accommodating many vehicles, whether you're driving a small sedan or a large SUV. This is incredibly convenient for guests arriving by car, eliminating parking worries for both business trips and leisure travel. Furthermore, the 6th floor features a fully equipped laundry room, a true boon for frequent travelers. The laundry equipment is complete and incredibly easy to use; even those less familiar with appliances can quickly get started. Even better, clothes can be dried immediately after washing, a seamless process that eliminates any worries about clothes not being completely dry – a truly thoughtful touch.

The driver was excellent, drove very steadily, and I managed to catch the car just in time. A special thanks to the driver; this hotel service is fantastic, and it's free – a real highlight!

The hotel is very clean and the food in the restaurant is good. The food delivery by the hotel robot is also very smart. Clothes are delivered and washed, and it is very convenient and fast to scan the QR code to place an order. It is recommended to stay. There is also free good night porridge and desserts.

GGuest UserOverall, it is worth recommending👍🏻Excellent value for money, apartment-style hotel, the service is very comprehensive, everything that needs to be informed is notified via WeChat, which is very good.
The most important:
The room was fresh and smell-free, and the bedding was very clean. The mattress is very comfortable. I don't know if it is latex that is more than 5cm thick on the mattress. I need a good rest after driving for a day. Don’t be too comfortable with three or four windows in a room.
Room facilities:
There are all the regular supplies. The shampoo and shower gel are very easy to use. My hair was smooth the next day. The towel was used to wipe hair. It smelled like a disinfectant cabinet. It must have been disinfected carefully. UV rays add a toasty flavor.
Disadvantages:
It's not easy to find. Although it is on the roadside, there is no obvious name brand. You can only see it from the inside of the building on the 13th floor.
The door cannot be locked from behind, and merchants should reinforce this point.
The toothbrush is a bit hard.

GGuest UserI didn't think of commenting until the last day of my stay. The hotel I booked for my colleagues during the exhibition received unanimous praise. The key point is that it is close to Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and is convenient for walking. The restaurants and subway stations next to it are nearby, which is convenient for eating. The breakfast is good, especially the Changsha rice noodles are delicious. The breakfast variety is also very complete and the taste is good. The facilities are complete, there is a self-service coffee machine at the front desk, and there are sofas and round tables in the lobby bar for us to meet guests and chat. The room is clean, the towels are very thick, the sound insulation is good and quiet, and the stay experience is very good.
