The location was excellent, and the staff were always kind and helpful throughout my stay. However, there were two issues that affected my experience. First, I had requested a room close to the elevator because I was traveling with several heavy bags and a musical instrument. Unfortunately, my room was quite far from the elevator. Most of the hallway was covered with thick carpet, which made it very difficult to roll my suitcase and carry my instrument. Second, although I specifically requested a non-smoking room, the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The odor seemed to have soaked into the room and was quite unpleasant during my stay. Overall, the hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

The room was quite spacious and newly renovated, yet there were no strange odors. It was very comfortable to stay in. The front desk staff had an excellent attitude and went out of their way to meet guests' various requests. The room also had a mini-fridge, which is perfect for chilling your own fruits and drinks, especially with summer coming.

There are many hotels in this area, and an all-season hotel is even in the same building. I chose this one because it offers better value for money and a more reasonable price! The room was relatively clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. It was convenient to control the room with the XiaoDu smart speaker. The room was also spacious, and the bed wasn't too hard! The only downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, so no cold drinks in summer… I really liked the showerhead; the water pressure was great, making for a comfortable shower! Another reason I chose this hotel was that my Ctrip member booking included a complimentary buffet lunch and a late checkout until 4 PM. However, the front desk wasn't clear about these benefits during check-in, and I had to confirm them repeatedly. It seems there's a disconnect between the hotel and the platform regarding their partnership! Also, regarding the complimentary buffet lunch, the front desk said the dining hall was closed, but they could deliver meals to the room, which was good service. However, they sent two identical meal boxes, and the variety was very limited… If there's no buffet lunch, shouldn't this be communicated in advance when booking the hotel?

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and satisfying this time. The room's environment and hygiene were well-maintained, with no unpleasant odors. The room facilities were in excellent condition, and the toiletries were of good quality. The staff were enthusiastic and polite, and any requests were handled promptly. The hotel room was very clean and tidy. They offer a free and very prompt airport pick-up service; we just called them upon arrival at the airport and a car was dispatched immediately. The staff were also very efficient with the check-in process. The hotel provides breakfast, which starts early, making it perfect for those catching early flights. It's a standalone hotel, and the room facilities and amenities are quite complete.

Highly recommend booking a lake view room at this hotel. The panoramic view was breathtaking — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxing. What really stood out to me was the room itself — it was exceptionally spacious, which is rare to find. The decor felt clean, modern, and upscale, with great attention to detail. Everything from the bedding to the bathroom was spotlessly clean and well maintained. There's a real sense of quality and comfort here. I left feeling completely refreshed. It was my first time to stay here and I found that the facilities were very complete and new. It gave me a pleasant surprise. Parking was also convenient. The venue is large and the rooms are clean and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend it and will stay here again next time.

The breakfast hours are great! I had an early competition and needed to be there by 7 AM, so I was really happy that the breakfast opened at 6:30 AM. It saved me from having to buy food elsewhere. It's also super close to the exhibition center, just a 3-minute taxi ride.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is super convenient, right across from Florentia Village. The front desk staff were all smiles and check-in was quick. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfy. There's a desk and a window in every room, and I slept soundly all night. The soundproofing is excellent, it was really quiet. Breakfast had a great variety, and the Changsha rice noodles were authentic and delicious. It's really great value for money, perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, I truly recommend it to everyone! Satisfied.
