Best St. Wolfgang Hotels

The White Horse Hotel on Lake Wolfgang is well-deserved and the hotel is almost an attraction. It is located in the heart of the town, next to the town’s church, the hotel’s swimming pool and Wolfgang Lake are close to each other and can be conveniently located at the lake. I really recommend this hotel. The owner is very warm and hospitable. Because the supermarket closes at 5pm, the owner saw that there was not much time and even drove me there to go shopping. The owner was about to leave at that time, and he showed me my room in person, and then introduced me to various delicious and fun projects around St. Wolfgang. It felt very warm and I would choose to stay here again next time I come.

The address marked on this house is the actual address. The front desk address in the town is markt74, where there is a horse logo. No one told me. Fortunately, I met other kind guests who didn't speak English and called someone who could speak English. The front desk can check in many B&Bs here. This is not good, but everything else is ok.

A very delicate and elegant hotel in the mountains. The hotel service and restaurant are unexpectedly professional. The breakfast and dinner are good. The scenery outside the hotel is very good, even better than the scenery of the most beautiful town in Hallstatt. The room is not soundproofed, and I was shocked by the white lady next door at night.

Facing the lake, the room did not have air conditioning. We stayed in late September at about 27 degrees during the day. The room was very stuffy. If there was no air conditioning in summer, it would be too uncomfortable. At night, the window could not be opened to open the balcony door, and the mosquitoes flew in and made us unable to sleep. Toiletries are two in one, or bring them yourself. The landlord’s English was very poor and the communication was very tired. He also pointed us to the wrong time to sail. Villa alma is the best accommodation for a trip to St. Gilgen. This accommodation is very clean, stylish and well-managed .There is an outdoor space where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Wolfgang River, where you can enjoy a dry sauna. The dock to get to SchafbergBahn is within walking distance and very convenient for sightseeing. The delicious breakfast was also provided, so I had a happy time.
