"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. I especially appreciated Patty making lots of delicious crispy bacon and going above and beyond brightening our mornings. Patty made sure the buffet was well stocked and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Paige at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we were attempting to extend our stay and help that process to go smoothly. Dionne made sure our stay went smoothly."
"Thumbs up! This hotel is unexpectedly good! The facilities are complete, the service is thoughtful, the front desk service is gentle and meticulous, and the details are also warm. There are food nearby, and they will take you to the airport for free, which only takes about 6 minutes. It is convenient and warm."

"The environment is OK, the speed of the network is unstable, the pillow is a bit too small, a bit high, not very comfortable to sleep, other things are good, breakfast is not experienced, it should be quite ordinary!"
"Best hotel since we’ve traveled over the holidays. This was a good midway stop for us to take a rest before heading home. Staff was super nice, breakfast was included even if they originally said it wasn’t, parking was free/available (no extra surcharge), hotel was super clean and layout was nice, they provide Starbucks coffee in your room (for those coffee lovers) and they have a good coffee machine as complimentary that you can grab at anytime. They have a vending machine for you to grab any snacks if needed on your floor. The price was worth it. I would 100% stay here again! Springfield also introduced me to a few fun activities around the area as well so it’s definitely a place to go visit and if so I recommend this hotel!"
"The town is quiet, although the hotel is at the crossroads on the roadside, but it is not noisy at night, there is no car sound, the room is clean and clean
The disadvantage is that the air conditioner, the fan speed cannot be adjusted, and the sound is loud"

Great
GGuest UserClean, cool and comfortable! I was impressed with this hotel's cleanliness. One drawback was the interstate noise. Although the a/c fan helped, I would request an EVEN numbered room next time. Would definitely stay here again!
JJINHUANThe service attitude of the young lady at the front desk is very good. There are two good cafes around, and there are many hotels around. It is safe to walk around. The city is not big, it is very convenient to go to downtown
GGuest UserOn the plus side the room was very clean as was the building. The decorating is atypical, which I liked. In addition, the cost of the room was reasonable.
However the room was very small. It felt claustrophobic. We had a king size bed and it took up almost the entire room. I had to exercise in the bathroom as it
was the place with the most space! This is the first hotel that I have stayed that there are no closets. You could only hang up clothes on a rack that stuck out
in the room or on hooks that were a wall. I didn't check if there were drawers for clothes because everything that I had was hung up. However based on how small the room was and a sign stating that clothes could be stored under the bed, I am betting there was not.
Unfortunately due to how cramped the room was I will not be staying there again.
KKristieMercy hospital was right across the street, so excellent location for us. Grandchild was born! Some street noise early one morning, but not consistent. Room was clean, staff friendly and breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay here again, even if the hospital wasn’t needed.
AAngeldustStaff was wonderful. Hotel was clean. Bed was very comfortable, especially their pillows. They allow pets so next time we may even travel with our pup :). They have a pool. It looked fun and clean, but we didn’t swim. For breakfast I had a bagel and cream cheese with coffee. My husband had biscuits n gravy, sausage links, and coffee. It was very tasty. They also offered cereal, toast, muffins, juice, I’m not even sure what else. I would definitely recommend staying here.
SSerenity CofferThe hotel staff tried there hardest to make ut hassle free but the trip.com is who we had a lot of trouble with it definitely wasnt just enjoy your stay it was 2 hours of waiting and then 2 different booking alot of confusion and very irritating and not worth the hassle
RRebeccaNice room ... it looked clean .. however, one of the dresser dwarves had the previous occupants bread, crackers, rice, and peanut butter... so apparently not cleaned great. Staff was friendly.. breakfast was ok. It was quiet and that was nice.
GGuest UserThe night staff was nice. When we arrived, it took a minute for anyone to realize we were standing at the desk, but once noticed, they were nice to deal with.
Breakfast was horrible. No sausage or bacon with the powdered eggs. Biscuits and gravy was terrible. No meat in the gravy, no flavor either. The biscuits were undercooked. No fresh fruit options. The bread items were a bit hard. Had to ask where the butter was. The coffee was so weak, it looked more like tea. Couldn’t drink it.
The morning staff, again, once I got their attention, was friendly.
The beds were a bit worse for the wear. My daughter and her husband had to fight rolling into the middle of the bed. My bed was comfortable, but I was able to sleep in the middle.
Overall, not terrible, but also won’t stay there again.
