Spa Hotels in Xi'an

Definitely worth every penny. Will absolutely recommend to anyone planning a relaxing day at Huaqing (and/or intending to visit the Terracotta Warriors). Regrettably we did not spend enough time (only an overnight stay). To truly appreciate the hot spring, would suggest 2 nights if time permits, so as to really make full use of the hotel facilities. We visited on the last day of the performance for the outdoor show - The Song of Everlasting Sorrow (长恨歌). Tickets were organized through the hotel concierge. Best to ask for middle section to the back so you have full view of the huge stage (including the actual mountain as the backdrop). The hotel organizes meet-up and then a slow stroll into the garden and then back to the hotel. If you plan to use the public hot spring, bring a swimsuit. Stunning hotel. Just do it.

Our experience at the hotel was very satisfactory and especially the comfort. We had a photography session offered by the hotel. The photography session went really well with a very helpful team who listened to our expectations. The photos are very professional. The photographer was kind. The photo editing team knew how to make us happy. A big thank you to the team of photographers that I highly recommend and especially the hotel for the welcome and hospitality. This stay will be unforgettable for us because we were like on a cloud. We recommend it 100% for the passage to Xi'an there is no better!

The room is large, but the corridor is poorly soundproofed. The voices of people passing by the door are very obvious. There is no smart toilet, and the shower head and spray are not clearly marked. I didn't intend to wash my hair every day. My hair got wet the first time I used it, so I had to blow dry it. The quality of the hair dryer is not very good. After drying, my hair was very frizzy. The free tea bags are also the most ordinary chain hotel ones. I can't believe this is the Hyatt mini bar. The lion dance on the morning of the first day of the new year is barely a plus.

While the service, on occasion, may not have been flawless, I commend the hotel’s proactive approach in swiftly addressing feedback, demonstrating a genuine commitment to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction. The presence of a well-stocked Mini Bar in the room further elevated my stay, providing a range of snacks and beverages that added convenience and comfort to my leisure moments. I must take this opportunity to commend the three dedicated butlers, Eric, Mandy, and Flora. Their professionalism and warm hospitality redefine the concept of “home away from home.” Always greeted with a smile, they patiently attended to my inquiries, even offering invaluable travel insights that enriched my exploration of the city. In summary, the Sofitel Legend Hotel in Xi’an has left an indelible mark on my memory, crafting an unforgettable experience. As a seasoned connoisseur of luxury accommodations, I confidently place this hotel among the finest I’ve encountered. Its charming French-inspired façade, harmonious garden landscape, and unforgettable culinary journey have etched a profound impression in my heart. This is a journey I will cherish for years to come.

Perfect location in the city center, close to the subway station, and convenient to various attractions The room is large and clean, newly decorated, and very comfortable. The hotel is thoughtful and even has two types of pillows, high and low, so I, who don't like high pillows, can have a good sleep on the trip The front desk service attitude is very good, and they understand that we have to catch a flight back from the attractions and let us check out later

We loved this hotel. It was truly elegant and the room was FANTASTIC. One thing that bothered me was that one of the reasons I booked this place was because of the health center and when we arrived there was a sign that said it was closed due to renovations, that should be informed at the moment of booking so we the guests could make a better choice… not at the moment of arriving. They did have a great Chinese bathhouse next door so it was a good trade. I will book again here next time in Xi’an

我家小孩非常喜歡這家酒店，酒店裝修大氣，服務很周到，房間設施設備都挺智能的，距離火車站跟進，我打算年後來還住這家，去哪裡都挺方便的，房間淋浴間的水温也合適，最怕住酒店洗澡水不熱，我這個人怕冷，整體來説，真不錯

We spent two nights in this fantastic hotel. It is very close to the city centre and about 200m from a metro station. The breakfast is pleasantly varied with several chefs who can cook whatever you like. The room has a fantastic view large windows and there are several services included such as spa, pool and an entertainment room. We had no problem communicating with the staff in English. We also tried the dinner with raw fish, meat, chinese cousine but not limited to. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Facilities: The room facilities were generally good. It would be better if the toilet seat could be heated. Service: The service was very nice. The service group set up by the housekeeper responded to any questions in a timely manner. Everyone responded to us actively. For any questions that might arise, they would inform us in advance in the group, which gave me a very good experience! Master Chang from the concierge department sent us to the underground garage next to our car and helped us move our luggage into the car one by one. We didn't have to go to the front desk to check out. The efficiency was too high! Management brings benefits. The hotel manager should be very experienced and have a great sense of management! I also like the breakfast of the hotel. It is worthy of the name of the breakfast of a five-star hotel. The coffee machine is fully functional, with timely milk addition and cleaning. All coffee types in the function menu can be produced. This is very reflective of the management level of the catering department. It's great! There are many types of food. Personally, I think Roujiamo is the best in the whole venue.
