Five-star recommendation for W Hotel Xi'an! Our family of three, traveling with a child, had an overall stay experience that exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and clean, with a unique design that made it comfortable and not cramped. The service throughout our stay was exceptionally thoughtful; the staff were gentle, responded promptly to requests, and were very patient with our child. A special shout-out to the breakfast buffet – the variety was immense, with both Chinese and Western options, plus authentic Shaanxi local snacks. The freshly made biangbiang noodles tasted incredibly authentic, ensuring both adults and kids found something they loved. The location is convenient for getting around, and the ambiance is fantastic. We were extremely satisfied with our accommodation this trip and will prioritize choosing W Hotel Xi'an again on our next visit!

XingkongyikexingThe biggest surprise of this trip was meeting Jiajia. Her service was warm and thoughtful, and her responses were quick. She helped us coordinate our room and arranged dog-walking routes, which made everything so stress-free. Our child had an absolute blast; the craft activities were different every day, the indoor playground was clean, and the outdoor playground was spacious. The hot spring play area had slides and water features that kept them entertained for ages! Being able to bring our pet meant no one in the family was left out. Next time we visit, we'll definitely look for Jiajia again!

Overall, my stay at the hotel was great:
1. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Wenjing Road Station on Line 4. You can take a direct train to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and transfer to Line 2 at the next station to go to the Bell Tower and South Gate.
2. The room facilities are new and complete, with smart bathroom features and a bathtub.
3. The staff are all very friendly and responsive to any issues.
4. There's a shopping mall nearby, which makes ordering takeout quite convenient.
Having to switch elevators multiple times can be a bit much, but it's common for high-rise hotels with elevator control systems, so it's acceptable.
Areas for improvement:
1. The pillows weren't very comfortable for me over several nights, but I didn't notice any information about pillow replacement. I hope the front desk staff can proactively inform guests about this in the future.
2. The phone's dial buttons are actually on the handset, which should also be mentioned beforehand. It was quite confusing when I was in a hurry.
Finally, thanks to Lily for her assistance.
Overall, I recommend this hotel!

Guest UserOur trip to Xi'an was made extra special and warm, all thanks to Judy.
Before we even arrived, she proactively contacted us to confirm our needs. Hearing we had a child, she went ahead and prepared the sofa bed and even set out latex pillows. During our stay, her responses were always prompt, and she kindly helped us with a late check-out. These seemingly small gestures made us, being far from home, feel truly supported.
The hotel itself also added a lot to our experience – the high-floor views were superb, the Silk Road-inspired design was very photogenic, and the Roujiamo and Zenggao for breakfast were authentically delicious. But what truly stands out the most for me is Judy's genuine warmth and kindness. Thank you, Grand Hyatt Xi'an, and even more so, thank you, Judy, for making this ancient city feel so welcoming and memorable to us.

Decesiver~This was my first stay at the Ritz-Carlton Xi'an, and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel isn't particularly close to the main attractions, but there's a subway station right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. While the hotel facilities aren't brand new, they are exceptionally well-maintained and have a strong design aesthetic. I had some reservations before arriving due to a few online comments, but my actual experience was that the hotel service is excellent. When my wife wasn't feeling well, I called the front desk and they quickly brought up a kettle of hot water and some paper cups. The hotel breakfast was also quite good, with a decent variety that met the expected standards for a hotel of this caliber. As the hotel we stayed at for the last two days of our Xi'an trip, I give it a positive review!

Guest UserHighly recommended high-end hotel with excellent value for money. The decor is very new, and the rooms have high ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows, making them overall comfortable and tidy. The breakfast is abundant, and the restaurant is quiet and spacious. The service is enthusiastic, and parking is quite convenient with plenty of underground spaces. Nearby, there are malls, coffee shops, and convenience stores that cater to dining and shopping needs. There's also a fantastic dessert shop right outside the hotel that I highly recommend. I mainly stayed here for a self-driving trip, as it's convenient for daily excursions out of the city, with a 10-minute drive to the highway, saving a lot of travel time. The hotel is great overall, but I forgot to take photos of the room.

Anonymous UserI stayed for 4 nights to celebrate my birthday while traveling in Xi'an. I asked the hotel if they could arrange a birthday cake, and they readily agreed! Not only was the cake large, but it was also delicious – even better than ones you buy outside. I'm so grateful to the hotel for that. The breakfast was also very substantial. From the front desk to room service to the breakfast staff, everyone provided wonderfully comfortable and thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Xi'an. The only minor drawback was that the swimming pool had some floating lint when I checked in back in April, but it cleared up by the third day of my stay.

Guest UserStaying at this established five-star hotel, while showing its age, offered a full range of facilities and gym equipment that performed just as well as those in newer hotels. The front desk staff were well-trained; check-in and check-out were efficient and smooth, and their warm smiles and thoughtful inquiries made me feel very welcome. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the bedding was spotless, and the sleeping environment was excellent. Breakfast was the icing on the cake, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western buffet options. The freshly prepared beef noodles had a delicious broth, and there were several local specialty pastries, catering to different tastes. Overall, the hotel's long-standing heritage and service quality are still top-notch. I was very satisfied with this stay and would highly recommend it.

Guest UserThe Grand Hyatt Xi'an offers a truly commendable overall stay. Its location is excellent, right next to the Qujiangchi Ruins Park. An evening stroll along the lake after dinner, enjoying the lake views and the breeze, was incredibly pleasant.
The hotel's decor is grand and magnificent, and the public areas exude a luxurious and elegant feel. The guest rooms are well-equipped, and the lighting and comfort are spot on. The only minor drawback is that some room types are a bit of a walk from the elevators, which can be slightly inconvenient if you're carrying luggage.
Considering the environment, views, and location, it remains a high-quality hotel worth choosing in the Qujiang area. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.
