__M1381821****The setting is superb, right within the Huaqing Palace scenic area. We didn't set out to explore the park specifically; instead, we booked the complimentary photoshoot offered by the hotel. This allowed us to tour the grounds with the photographer while capturing beautiful memories. The hotel's golf carts were incredibly convenient, chauffeuring us around whether we were heading for meals, hot spring baths, a show, or ticket collection. After enjoying 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' in the evening, we leisurely strolled back to our room, which felt like an efficient way to experience Huaqing Palace. We even managed to capture stunning reflections of the starry sky on the lake.
Upon arrival, I immediately went for my photoshoot makeup and styling session. My child was in excellent hands with the hotel staff (the 'big brothers and sisters'), and I didn't have to worry about a thing – from check-in to dropping off luggage in our room, or even the room upgrade. The entire process – an hour for styling and an hour for the shoot – was incredibly efficient, significantly saving us time from our exploration of the park. We booked the 'Imperial Hot Spring Twelve Hours' intangible cultural heritage experience. Within the beautifully landscaped Chinese gardens of the hotel, we got to try lacquer fan painting and Tang-style tea ceremony. Our child gained so much from this cultural immersion. The photographer was highly experienced, and the post-production work was stunning. The makeup and styling were natural, enhancing my features without being overly dramatic, resulting in truly beautiful photos.
The hotel's private hot spring baths, complimentary drinks from the bar, welcome fruit, tea cakes, and evening snacks all contributed to a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. My child absolutely loved them. When we went for a soak in the Jibao Spring hot spring in the evening, the water temperature was perfect. With the music from 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance echoing through the gardens, it was a truly multi-sensory feast for the eyes, ears, and touch. The noodles and Hulu Chicken at the hotel's Yu Shan Yuan restaurant were a big hit with my child. The restaurant's elegant decor and the opportunity to feed the koi fish in the pond at the entrance kept my child utterly captivated and wanting to linger.
During our one-day stay, we savored the hotel's beautiful day and night vistas, both inside and out. The complimentary intangible cultural heritage experiences offered by the hotel provided a deep sense of relaxation for me, and a wonderful introduction to cultural aesthetics for my child.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Sofitel People’s Legend in Xi’an. Our room was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable – the perfect place to relax after exploring the city’s rich history. Dining at Dolce Vita was a delight, with exquisite cuisine and a warm atmosphere.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the exceptional service we received. A heartfelt thank you to Ruizi, Themis, Fancy, and Tommy, who went above and beyond to make our Mother’s Day celebration so special. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel truly cherished.
If we could give more than five stars, this would be a solid 10. We will most certainly return!

TTerryXYanThis is one of the nicest stays foe me in Xi'an in recent memory. The hotel was at a great location and staff were extremely helpful. I had a request to print few pictures from my iPhone, the gentle man in the service desk on June 28 went above and beyond to help me download the pictures and reformat them and print out! He even went to office to photo copy another set of the picture for me. I really appreciate the help.
The food was great also, and enjoyed it very much.
I missed the bar at the 51st floor. I had good time there listening to music and live show many years ago before the COVID-19. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Xi'an. A job well done, thanks.

MMingyue²⁰²⁵This hotel is very grand, with a stately entrance and beautiful design. The rooms are very large, and the amenities are excellent. We bought a package with a hot spring bath, but the hot springs were a bit too hot. Try it in spring or autumn; it's supposed to be wonderful. My family commented that the buffet was a bit limited in variety. Since it was summer and we wanted to do our laundry in the hotel, there was no self-service laundry room, and laundry was charged at 30 yuan per piece. So we hand-washed one or two pieces and hung them to dry on the balcony.

DDapanghaierAt Angsana Hotel, the service was truly the highlight and exceptionally good. The pool was decent, and the staff were very attentive and responsible. However, some areas had exposed rocks, which posed a safety hazard; my child unfortunately scraped their ankle on one. The room design was excellent, featuring a large, comfortable bathtub. The only downsides were that some facilities definitely needed maintenance, such as a broken showerhead, and the absence of disposable nail clippers and bathtub liners. The balcony offered no view to speak of. The complimentary carousel ride and VR experience felt quite underwhelming. On a positive note, the self-service drinks at the front desk were delicious, and the snack box received upon check-in was tasty. Overall, I recommend staying one night in Lintong, as it allows you to visit the Terracotta Army at 5 PM, thus avoiding the peak crowds.

WWenlizheThe room decor is quite unique, definitely in keeping with the Marriott brand style, as it's one of their properties. The staff were very friendly. They knew we were tourists and thoughtfully placed four bottles of water in our room – a small gesture, but much appreciated. I had booked three rooms and specifically requested them to be together at the front desk. I was told they had been arranged as such. However, even though they were on the same floor, they were quite spread out, which was inconvenient for a family traveling together. Breakfast was quite extensive, with a good variety of food. My only minor gripe is that the main dishes rarely changed; only a few vegetable options were rotated. I'd suggest they offer more variety at the live noodle station. The hotel's executive lounge is excellent. You can enjoy afternoon tea or coffee there in the afternoon, which is a definite highlight. Another nice touch is that the front desk on the third floor has direct access to the trendy bookstore next door.

GGuest UserThe skyscraper is very large and beautiful. The rooms are nice and have all the amenities. We were given a free room upgrade. There's a beautiful pool and a gym available. Towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Breakfast was a buffet with all kinds of food, with chefs preparing typical Xi'an dishes on the spot. Above all, the staff was very kind, accommodating all our requests and offering us yogurt drinks, desserts, and soups for dinner or a snack completely free of charge. Some of the staff speak English, but with WeChat, you can communicate with a translation tool. I recommend it! Excellent value for money.

I told them twice that the sleep quality was not good and it was best not to arrange a room near the elevator, but the waiter arranged the room near the elevator. I had to run up and down with my suitcases to change to the second room. When I opened the door of the second room, there was no electricity in the room and there was a smell. I contacted the electrician to fix the room electricity. Although it was fixed, the whole room was out of electricity when the bedside lamp was turned off. I was speechless. I contacted the front desk to change the room. She said that the room was full and it was too late, so I had to make do with it. But in the morning, I asked the hotel cleaning staff and they said there were some empty rooms. I lived there for two days in a very uncomfortable way. I don’t know if the attitude towards Ctrip users is very bad.
