"An absolutely wonderful experience! I've stayed here many times, and I always love the service. They're so generous with water bottles – they replenish them as fast as I drink them! The main thing is, I wanted something light to eat late at night, and they had exactly what I needed: millet porridge, meat porridge, steamed buns, pastries, 6 different side dishes, and delicious fruit. The fruit was clearly hand-picked; the oranges and cantaloupe were both incredibly sweet and fresh.
More importantly, my husband got sick with a cold during our stay. It was past midnight, and as a foreigner, I had no idea where to find a clinic. The front desk was incredibly thoughtful and provided me with a thermometer and a fever patch. However, his high fever was stubborn. So, I asked the front desk to help me get some medicine, and it was delivered to my room in less than 15 minutes! After taking the medicine and resting, he was completely recovered by the next day. I'm so grateful for the attentive front desk staff who helped me buy the medicine. I even went online to research which brand of fever medicine was definitely available in Shenzhen, and the front desk was so efficient in getting it. Thank you to all the staff; you guys are truly amazing! 🥰🥰"

GGuest UserEverything from the service, ambiance, to the quality of items truly deserves a five-star rating 👍. I forgot to take actual photos of the room, but it looks exactly like the official promotional pictures, and actually felt even more spacious. It seems some rooms have a coffee capsule machine and some don't; ours didn't, and we also didn't get any welcome fruit. Perhaps they were too busy preparing during the holiday season. We ordered takeout, and it was delivered by a robot. The second time, it was too slow, so I called to ask about its whereabouts. The third time, a staff member personally delivered it, which made me feel a bit embarrassed. But it really shows that all the hotel staff are great. The hotel breakfast is above average; the variety was less than I expected, but the quality was good, and they had most of what we wanted to eat. 🥰🥰 A very pleasant stay.

Vvvx2My first experience at St. Regis was absolutely delightful! The service was incredible, especially William Hu's butler service. As soon as I checked in, he meticulously explained all the room facilities and the range of butler services the hotel offers. He arranged drinks, welcome fruits, a bubble bath, and even ironing services, which was incredibly thoughtful. The experience was truly fantastic! The sound quality of the in-room speaker was also excellent, and the breakfast selection was very rich. I'll definitely be returning in the future!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to UpperHills and Bijia Mountain Park. The room size is decent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views. Breakfast variety is acceptable, with most essentials covered. Overall, the hotel service is quite good, but the breakfast restaurant service is very average. The biggest rip-off, though, is the hotel's spa. It's overpriced and the massage technique is terrible. I'd say it's the worst spa experience I've had at a five-star hotel! I felt like I was completely ripped off! A total waste of time, I hope everyone avoids it.

GGuest UserWe've stayed at hotels all the way from Sanya to Zhuhai, Macau, and Shenzhen, and this was our first time at a Ritz-Carlton property. Initially, I thought the service in Sanya was the best. Then we went to Macau, and it surpassed Sanya. But until we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for our final stop, I can confidently say it was the best service we've experienced on this trip. From the moment we got out of the car until we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so there was some noise, but we weren't in the room during the day as we were out exploring, so it didn't bother us. Finally, I have to give a full five-star review to Ms. Sun Jingyu from housekeeping. She noticed we had laundry and thoughtfully brought us hangers and even laundry detergent. My friend also left her makeup bag in the room, and 'Candy' from the hotel specifically called to let us know. Thank you to all these wonderful people who made our rainy trip so much warmer. Shenzhen is truly a beautiful city, and I'll definitely be back next time. Looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel rooms have a very modern design, especially the architecture by the pool, which is truly stunning. Each room has a private balcony where you can enjoy distant mountain views and nearby water views. In the evening, you can also sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea breeze, which is incredibly relaxing.
【Breakfast & Dinner】
The hotel's breakfast is really rich and delicious. Dinner is also very affordable; a cup of Americano is only 6 RMB, and a bottle of Coke is just 2.8 RMB! The owner is truly conscientious!
【Private Beach】
The hotel also has a private beach where you can swim, sunbathe, or take a walk. The seawater by the beach is also very clear. If you don't want to go into the water, you can also relax on the loungers by the beach, soak up the sun, and enjoy some rare tranquility.
Overall, this hotel is truly a treasure! Whether you want to escape the city's hustle and bustle or find a quiet place to relax, this is the perfect spot. Plus, it's not crowded, so you can have the entire beach and pool to yourself, which is amazing! You definitely have to give it a try!

GGrandoWe spent two exceptionally pleasant and comfortable nights at your hotel. The room was spacious and offered an excellent stay. We would like to highly commend the housekeeping staff; the room was immaculately clean, and they were incredibly attentive—not only providing us with extra bottled water but also neatly organizing our charging cables. This level of service deserves high recognition. Furthermore, equipping the room with an air purifier was a very thoughtful detail. The hotel is very well-maintained, and our room featured an open, bright layout with a pleasant partial sea view.
Regarding breakfast, we had noted other guests' positive feedback prior to our arrival, and the spread truly lived up to its reputation. There was a wide variety of selections, and as a vegetarian, I highly appreciated the extensive range of vegetarian options available. However, a minor point for improvement would be the temperature of the congee and oatmeal, which were only lukewarm. Additionally, the restaurant seemed a bit understaffed, resulting in a slower turnaround for clearing tables, as several tables remained uncleaned after guests departed. This is an area that might benefit from operational adjustments. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our experience and will certainly choose to stay with you again in the future. The staff there, namely, Alice Chen, Celine Wu, Kiki and Eddie Liu were all very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again in the very near future.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Renaissance Shenzhen Nanshan was truly a healing experience.
The moment I opened the door, the breathtaking Shenzhen Bay sea view from the floor-to-ceiling windows immediately captivated me. Whether it was gazing at the seamless blend of sky and sea during the day, or lounging by the window watching the sunset and twilight glow in the evening, the view was absolutely incredible. The room's decor was brand new and very modern, making the entire space feel open and bright.
Both the breakfast and the executive lounge deserve high praise! The Happy Hour offerings were exceptionally refined, with both hot dishes and desserts hitting the mark. Sipping a drink by the window, while enjoying the night view of Nanshan, created an amazing atmosphere. Breakfast was equally impressive, with excellent quality and a wide variety of choices – I ate too much! The high-altitude infinity pool was stunning and a definite must-try. The service was also outstanding. The only minor inconvenience was having to transfer elevators from the underground parking garage to the 57th-floor service lobby and then to the guest rooms; it was a bit disorienting if you weren't familiar with the layout. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

The hotel staff were very friendly and even upgraded my room for free, which offered a great view of the city's night skyline. Plus, the Chinese restaurant downstairs had a good variety of dishes, and the food was pretty tasty. Overall, it offered decent value for money.
