Specifically, I would like to commend Oscar from the front desk for his outstanding professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine commitment to ensuring a memorable guest experience. Upon check-in, Oscar greeted me with warmth and efficiency, setting a positive tone for my stay. During check-out, he took the time to kindly ask about my experience and listened attentively to my feedback. When I mentioned a minor issue, he promptly addressed it with great care and resolution. Additionally, his thoughtful gesture of presenting a teddy bear as a gift truly touched me and significantly enhanced my overall impression of the hotel. While my stay was mostly pleasant, there were two minor incidents that could have impacted my experience. First, there was a misunderstanding with the concierge team regarding courier delivery services. Fortunately, the butler quickly stepped in, understood my needs, and made an exception to assist me. She also patiently explained the reasons behind the policy, doing so in such a polite and comforting manner that I truly appreciated. Secondly, there were no universal sockets compatible with UK plugs, my laptop ran out of battery but I had to reply an email via that laptop. I contacted the butler for a converter, after over 10 minutes, one was provided but no way to plug to the wall socket. I called the butler again, then it took nearly an hour for the housekeeping team to find a suitable power strip. I acknowledge that, as a guest, I should have been better prepared, and I understand that such situations can sometimes be beyond the hotel’s immediate control. Or maybe my expectation to the butler team is far over. Despite these small setbacks, Oscar’s efforts during check-out completely eased my frustrations and left a lasting positive impression. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable, and I believe he is a valuable asset to your team. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate channels and that Oscar receives the recognition he deserves. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay, and I look forward to returning to the St. Regis in the future.

GGuest UserThe development is unique for China. You can find similar resorts with accessible seaside and setup, only abroad. It would have been a fantastic experience but it was destroyed by the recent tropical storm hitting Guangdong. Despite the weather which is not related to the resort there are a number of issues to be addressed: 1- the place is a potential safety hazard. Very poor engineering when it was built without proper water management or drainage. Water flashed down from the surrounding slopes flooded the whole resort. Swimming pool and all common areas were full of mad. Restaurants operation was suspended or when finally operating we were literally walking inside a flooded room full of mad where staff was trying to push water away. Rather funny picture. 2- common spaces were not kept clean. It is totally understood that with this storm situation it is impossible to keep the place clean, however, even before the rainfall started , you could tell the place was not kept properly. The common areas and walk paths were not clean full of debris. Swimming pool was not clean. The changing rooms next to the beach were not clean and full of sand with showers blocked. The toilets next to the restaurant were not clean and very smelly. Expensive equipment with branded toiletries is not helping if the place cannot be properly managed. The lounge area next to the seaside was not clean and it was obvious that it is not managed by personnel. 3- the lifeguards supposing to be on duty were occupying the guests beach lounge area playing with their phones and smoking cigarettes while other staff and construction people from the site would have their “break” with them. This is an advertised private beach area and the management should be further involved to provide what the guests are paying for. Lifeguards should be on a different station. They were rather rude too pretending the are the authority! 4- Overall management and personnel. You can tell that there is no maturity or experience. During the storm admittedly they were trying hard to keep the place alive. The resort design otherwise, and rooms are exceptional. Amenities and equipment are top of the class. The western restaurant (before suspending operation) was excellent with great food and unique location overlooking the seaside. Such a pity for this unique resort - management needs to change Wish to see improvements in a future visit.

That said, I noticed signs of budget constraints in a few areas: The welcome fruit platter felt minimal for MO’s luxury standard. The MO Club experience surprised me: the food selection was limited (unlike other MO properties), and the lounge’s location lacked the usual exclusivity. Most strikingly, it was my first time at an MO Club where afternoon tea required self-service for cakes and breakfast wasn’t offered. However, the staff’s professionalism and warmth shone brightly—a reminder of MO’s core values. Special thanks to Bonnie and Fleta Fang for their attentive service. Wishing Fleta a fruitful internship and brilliant future ahead! While not the flawless MO experience I’d hoped for, the team’s dedication made it memorable.

The room was incredibly spacious, and we even found a fresh fruit platter waiting for us. This truly showcased the high service standards one would expect from a well-established hotel. The room itself was spotless. As for the breakfast, it definitely lived up to the rave reviews; it was easily one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I've ever experienced. It had a wonderful, authentic atmosphere, and the food was absolutely delicious. I was thoroughly impressed and extremely satisfied!

TThian FernGreat stay at Four Seasons Shenzhen with excellent service from the hotel staff. I visited Shenzhen with my family for a short getaway and birthday celebration. Upon arrival, the hotel duty manager Allison assisted us with early checkin at 12pm. She was also helpful to ask one of the bellboys to assist me with a courier postage which totally save me the hassle from going to the post office. Steven from concierge was very patient to understand our personal preferences to give some really good recommendations of activities, places to visit, and even recent special events in the city 👍 recommend to ask their hotel concierge for recommebdations if you have no travel plans in Shenzhen. The hotel concierge also provides service to store our online purchase parcels that were delivered to the hotel. As we were celebrating birthday during our hotel stay, they have prepared birthday cake and birthday pillows which was absolutely adorable. At the end of our stay, the duty manager Rachel presented us a small gift token which surprised us and make our stay memorable ❤️. The hotel room was more than spacious for 2 people to stay. The bathroom was large too and i really appreciate the duo wash basins and the tv screen on the mirror. The shower was abit difficult to use and the shower head tends to slip down from the stand. The bed was sooooo comfortable and they have a wide selection of pillow. This is definitely one of the best hotel beds we slept on. Other than the fact that other furnitures like the study table and sofa were a bit dated, overall the room was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the hotel spa services. The massage service was soooo good. Love their curation of essential oil. The masseur was skillful to hit the the sore spot with the right amount of strength💆🏻♀️. We had a very good sleep after the massage. We will definitely return to Four Seasons again and will recommend others to stay at this hotel.

AamieangelAlthough it's more of a business hotel, we stayed with our kids this time, primarily due to their excellent swimming facilities. The front desk staff, as often noted online, were indeed quite reserved and didn't smile much. Perhaps that's due to the hotel's business-centric focus? Being a Marriott member, I was granted a late check-out until 2 PM, which was a nice perk. The swimming pool was excellent, as expected. Despite the 1.35-meter depth, the lanes were long enough for a comfortable swim. The gym was also quite impressive, fully equipped with everything you'd need. The buffet dinner deserves a special mention; the ingredients were high quality, and they were generous with premium cuts and main dishes. The 5J ham was plentiful and free-flowing, the culinary team was highly professional, and the service was attentive and proactive. Overall, a huge thumbs up! The JW standard truly shines through.

WWickenMy first stay at Renaissance Shenzhen Bay was quite pleasant, and I would recommend it. The service, in particular, was excellent and truly deserves a five-star rating. Here's my breakdown: 1. The views from our room type were outstanding. 2. The hotel has its own parking lot with fairly clear directions. However, some parking spots are quite small, which might be inconvenient for longer vehicles. 3. The dining options were good. While the Chinese restaurant had a longer waiting time for food, the taste was genuinely delicious. I recommend the dim sum set. The food and service at the Executive Lounge on the 55th floor were also impressive. 4. Room cleanliness was excellent. The electronic privacy glass separating the bathroom was a modern and stylish touch, but the passage to the shower/toilet was narrow. This semi-open bathroom design is definitely more suitable for couples. 5. The bed was not overly soft, which I found comfortable. 6. There's a convenience store and a tea shop downstairs. The subway station is within walking distance, and a taxi to Shenzhen Bay MixC shopping mall costs around ten yuan, taking less than fifteen minutes – very convenient. 7. We were on a self-driving trip. After checking out and entering our license plate, we had to exit the parking lot within 15 minutes. This felt a bit rushed and could be troublesome if traveling with elderly people. Overall, it was a good experience!
