A very good location and clean hotel. Right next to the Sea World and Mall. The staffs were really helpful, especially Johnny, who helped us A LOT throughout the stay. Great stay overall.

Very good hotel, great location, great service, the ladies in the housekeeping department are very responsive, they said that if they can't provide hardware, they must satisfy me in terms of software. The front office manager and her colleagues are also very warm and thoughtful. All in all, if I come again next time, I will still choose this hotel.

Very impressed with the hotel especially with the amenities. They have alcohol swabs, air fresheners, face and neck mask as freebies. Hotel is conveniently located.. A breeze walk of 100m to nearby restaurants.

The amenities are spread all over! the swimming pool and the spa are outside the hotel and not convenient at all! to go to the swimming pool you need to go to the lobby and get tickets which you can only use for one of the pools since it belongs to a community! the pool is nice by the way, but still inconvenient for travelers! the spa, however is outside the hotel, so you will have to walk out of the entrance and walk for 100 meters or so through the street to get there! not bad but also inconvenient!

Stayed here again and like the service . The whole facilities are brand new and the hotel opened just recently . I do advice the management to appoint someone who speaks English age the front desk. And change the breakfast menu to fit all travelers . I do recommend this hotel for business travelers specially if they do have work in baoan . Close to factories .

The room is modern. The view is good. Facing the sky and the road. The room is clean and tidy. The table is good for night snack.

The hotel was incredibly clean with a lovely, natural and green exterior surrounded by trees. This was carried through and into the hotel lobby which was decorated tastefully and the smell around the hotel was divine! The staff were so accommodating and helpful from check in to check out. They helped order taxis, upgraded our room, and gave us recommendations for things to see and do around SZ. They made our stay very welcoming. The room was excellent; so clean and comfortable that we forgot to wake up. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Thank you to everyone at Royce for such a lovely experience. Highly rated!!

The environment is good, the hardware is good, the room is equipped with bath shampoo lotion essence water, etc. are very good, the store brother service is also very good. Everything is good, can be worthy of the most expensive price of this small town's seaside front-line homestay. But I still complained to the store the next day. The side window of Room 01 faces the dining bar downstairs. There are resident singers singing before ten o'clock. It can be said that the characteristics of the store are extra points. After ten o'clock, it can be understood that it is vacation entertainment, but after the business is closed at one point, it also provides barbecue, tables and chairs for customers. Talking high, the tenants upstairs can't rest at all. Then the hotel's water pipe pumps made a sound regularly, one couldn't sleep at night, and got up at six o'clock to watch the sunrise. 😩 Fortunately, the store gave a late check-out and slept during the day. Next time I change the room, I will still choose here.

The window looks like a picture.  ♨️ You can lie in the sea view private soup at sunset, watch 👀 sunset sunset & sea view, soak in the hot spring with just the right temperature, listen to the alternate fluctuations of the waves, it can be said that you have enjoyed the triple of visual hearing and body 😍 🎬 You can turn on the projection at night, watch a movie accompanied by the stars and moon outside the window, the room has a variety of lighting modes to adjust, and the atmosphere is directly full! 😍 🍴 The restaurant is very popular, and the sofa in the middle has a sense of high-end! There are many varieties of breakfast afternoon tea! The taste is also very good, the caring housekeeper will take care of you very thoughtfully, the experience is very good 👍~
