"fantastic location ! woke up to a lovely harbour view , fresh air , directly opposite the ferry trrminal, where you can just hop on the ferry to cross opposite to cbd, downtown, chiantown etc in a mere 10 mins ride ! hotel is clean, new , come fully fitted with kitchenette, onsite carpark is available , also theres a free washing machine and dryer at level 2 and BBq pit which was awesome "

"Good location and nice view. Walking distance to nearby 24hrs supermarket, restaurants and jetty to take a ferry across to CBD. Apartment is abit old but c/w a mini kitchen whereby induction stove, microwave, fridge and utensils are readily available. Toilet is quite small and bedroom is without a door. Free parking but no guarantee will get a parking lot. Ample parking along the road outside with a small fee. A guest lounge that offers free chocolate, coffee and tea with mini entertainment. Overall, is a good stay."

"Checked in After 6pm and received email with code to able to draw room key from box. Large room for 3pax and bath room shower head water pressure is good. Only disappointed is unable to connect to WiFi although inform reception still not resolved also phone without cable so unable to call reception."

"I was a bit apprehensive booking due to the mixed reviews. I initially booked a standard room in the aspire wing but due to a strange noise I was upgraded without any stress (quick resolution and great service!) to a balcony room still in the aspire wing. It was a small balcony just enough for a chair but it was nice to have the door open for the fresh air on a sunny day. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay again."

"I got checked into a room which already had a guest in it. The desk clerk, all be a bit flustered, and sorted it out. After departure, my credit card was charged for another guests room service dinner. After having to prove that I didn’t stay in the room they thought I did, as well as prove that the signature, which didn’t look anything like mine, wasn’t mine and that I wasn’t even checked in at the hotel when the room service order was placed, I received the money back. Due to this, I doubt I will be back & I had stayed there plenty of times. The room is a bit tired, but was clean."

"We stayed in a villa with a loft. It was clean. Kitchen stocked with utility and bathrooms were cleaned The villa is a little bit dated, and it is located at top level, which meant we had to carry all our luggage up stairs. Only had one air conditioner in the entire villa, but it was a strong one, it was strong enough to cool down the loft, and the other two bedrooms. Didn’t have time to use the pool. It looked nice, with deepest 1.7m and shallow part for toddler to use, but it was pretty cold. Only the spa was heated."

"Cons: The TV doesn’t have Netflix or YouTube etc. There’s only one cartoon channel to keep the kids entertained. The bathtub area does not have shower head. Only a low-height tap so u need to walk over to the shower area to rinse the soap off. Pros: room is quiet even though we stay at level one. There r 2 washers and 2 dryers free for guests to use. The beds have wheels so I can easily roll one of the beds to be against the wall, since my toddler tends to fall off the bed when sleeping."

"This place is fabulous. The only reasons for slightly lower points on amenities are as yet there isn’t an afternoon or evening dining option and the location is at the far end of Adelaide terrace .. which isn’t bad .. just not a lot going on that end at the moment. However it is easy walking distance to east Perth which is good. Also fine for central city shopping .. around a 15 minute walk. I think as more is added in that location it will be even more fabulous. Rooms are very smart and well maintained."

"Upon arrival to the reception desk for checkin we were greeted warmly. The checkin process was expedient and we were handed warm cookies which was nice touch! Arriving at the room on the 5th floor, the room was clean, prepared and had a nice view across the Swan river and Bell Tower. Once settled in we ventured to the 18 Knots Bar and were kindly greeted for nice drink before heading out to an alternate location for dinner. The following morning we had breakfast in the Reel Kitchen on the 2nd floor where there was an abundance of food (hot & cold), again a table was provided with spectacular view of the river and surround foreshore. Hilton on Quay is highly recommended for a return stay as ideally located. Great experience. Overall the expereince was excellent and we would highly recommend the Hilton on Elizabeth Quay for future staycations."
