"The hotel experience was quite poor. We checked in at around 4 o'clock that day. Even the front desk receptionist couldn't find the room we were given. After checking in, we found that the two double beds we booked were actually one double bed and two simple single beds. We went to the front desk to negotiate and were told that the rooms were full and there was a solution at the second level. We went to the front desk to negotiate again. The night manager said that he was only the restaurant manager and could only add a mattress first and solve it the next day. The next night, we went to the bar on the first floor to consume with the 5-pound voucher for not cleaning the room.
