"Came to the reception on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at around 14.30 WIB. When we arrived, the room was not ready, we were asked to wait while drinking iced tea as a welcome drink. After 15 minutes of waiting, the room was ready. Even though the check-in schedule starts at 14.00 WIB, so when we arrived the room should have been ready. This hotel is located in Pollux Mall, but the hotel does not have free parking facilities for guests staying overnight.
Breakfast starts at 07.00-10.00 WIB. We came for breakfast at a restaurant near the reception at around 07.45 WIB. After paying 150 thousand for an additional 1 child and 1 adult, we finally ate at the restaurant. There are several notes about breakfast:
1. There is no egg corner
2. There is no milk and coco crunch
3. There is no fruit
4. Side dishes are finished at 08.00
5. There is no chicken porridge.
Fortunately, the hotel staff are friendly.
Overall not very satisfying"

"I had nothing to do so i decided to book this hotel
. The location is awesome. Near mall and Mc Donalds. There is pool but i did not try at all. The toilet needs to be repaired in terms of drainage because it was flooding after taking a shower. The Tv was average ( no smart TV). The service is the best. There is also a dispenser where we can refill our provided or own bottle."

"This Grand Valore hotel/ service apartments is a well run operation with a staff that is professional and accommodating. I have stayed here many times during my back and forth itravels in Indonesia. The breakfast is ample and there is a neighboring Holiday Inn connected Next door if you want a change in menu. Two nice malls are 10-15 minutes away with money change establishments. ATMs are seconds away. The rates are extremely reasonable, the pool is great and the gym is adequate. From a business traveler who has stayed at a lot of hotels. This is a smart choice. One more thing the beds are comfortable and no rugs in the room makes it clean with no odors."

AAnonymous UserIt's the budget hotel of ascott so you can expect good standard in term of cleanliness and services. I got trouble when I check in as the electricity in the room was not working but the staff fix it quickly. Happy with the services.

GGuest UserLove Ayola Hotel Cikarang. The room is adequate for 2. Amenities are limited but enough for basic needs. We love the small gym, although some equipments need to be replace/fix. The AC in our room is cool and we are happy with it. We shall be back if we happen to be in the area.

GGuest UserStayed four nights in a standard room. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of variety, and they changed things up each day. Many international TV channels. The room was standard 24 square meters – no wardrobe, but they had some hangers. It wasn't downtown, but easy to get to by car.

The facilities and the size of the hotel are better value for money compared to Vietnam.
The breakfast buffet is also large, so it's not bad for a simple breakfast.
