"Facilities: The apartment-style room was well-equipped, complete with separate laundry and kitchen facilities.
Cleanliness: Very clean overall, though I found the Australian bedding style a bit unfamiliar.
Ambiance: The environment was pleasant, and high floors offered nice city views.
Service: It's essential to contact the front desk ahead of time. Arriving late might mean the front desk is closed, and you could face a significant wait to check in."
"I booked this hotel for a conference and had a great time. The staff were helpful in checking us in early (though we had to wait for a bit). The rooms were clean and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend it."
"The website photos accurately reflected the views. The location was convenient, cleanliness was satisfactory, and the front desk service was good. Overall, a really pleasant stay. I would definitely book again next time!"
"Welcome was very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & had everything in it you could want. Was close to walk to supermarket, sport stadium, entertainment, cafes, restaurants, Southbank & Queen st Mall."
"The environment is pleasant, and the facilities are comprehensive. We particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which makes it convenient to cook your own meals. You can email the apartment management to confirm what essentials to pack. They provide soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer, but you'll need to bring your own slippers and other personal toiletries."
"The location is good, just a short walk to city, to train station, to local store.
Staff are very nice, I have especially happy that they were trying their best to let us checking in early since our long flight arrived in the morning.
There were enough home appliances. We cooked quite a few times and it was great. Washing machine is fine. The roof top swimming pool looks good.
However, I think the place could be a little cleaner, especially the shower area. There are some mould on the wall and the shower head. Door handle is broken. On the other hand, there are quite some dust on the table, floor is a little bit sticky. The air conditioner is mouldy too, bed sheet has some stains, some of the pillow cases are a bit grey like the colour of dust.
So in general I think a lot could be improved, especially on hygiene."
"The hotel is between South Brisbane Station and South Bank Station, and within walking distance to the South Bank Parklands. There are a number of restaurants around but seems mostly for dinner and drinks. Other than that, there are no shopping malls or nearby supermarkets except at South Bank Station and two convenience stores selling mostly snacks. There was no early check-in, and upon check-in the bed was obviously slept in before and a call to guest services brought the housekeeper who kindly changed the bedsheets, blanket and pillow covers. However the body cleanser ran out within the day and was not topped up during the next day's housekeeping and hair was not really cleaned up. Hotel breakfast at the ground floor restaurant is on ordering basis and not buffet style."
"We had a brilliant stay at The Emporium. The position was perfect for going to the theatre. The staff were professional and quite friendly. The room was beautiful and we loved the hidden tv screen. The menu was fantastic and the facilities were incredible."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe room was very specious. The location was great with easy access to city buses and trains. I was able to check-in early and the staffs were really helpful. There's no hair dryer in the room which was a bit inconvenient but the rest of the stay was great.
GGuest UserGreat location, lovely apartment with all amenities. There was even an Opera Apartments Netflix account available to use which was a nice touch. Lovely sunset from the balcony.
张张The location is convenient, close to the South Bank Park. Fully equipped, it can be fully equipped for washing and drying. Wifi is very good, unlimited use. The shortcoming is that the apartment is located at the intersection, the glass is a single floor, noisy
AAllyBetter than expected
1️⃣The hotel is new, the room is comfortable, and the shower has a large amount of water
2️⃣It is convenient to walk around, near the Brisbane River Ferris Wheel, and both the pedestrian street and the art center are within walking distance
Minor disadvantages: The sound insulation is not good. The family next door started singing in the morning, and I could clearly hear it in the room
KKaYan MayThis hotel has a very convenient location, the rooms are very spacious and clean, with a view overlooking the lush green park, which is extremely comfortable.
GGuest UserOverall, Arena is a convenient place to stay. It is close to supermarkets. Public transportation is at your doorstep. Pool is amazing. Office can usually accommodate requests. Cleaning staff was not the friendliest but they did their job. I will usually leave a tip for housekeeping but I was told that tipping is not required in Australia.
GGuest UserThe place smelt bad, the bathrooms and kitchens are very outdated, we had a massive and loud evacuation alarm go off and we we’re told by a staff member to stay in our room but we looked out the balcony and realised everyone had been evacuated apart from us and a fire truck was there. no staff at the office ever. just overall a very weird place with weird vibes. bad parking too
LLIServiced apartment, you can cook your own breakfast, the set is 2 rooms, 1 living room, 2 sanitation can sleep 4 people, the location does not say, in the South Bank (attractions) is very convenient, there is parking! The only regret is that the dryer in our room is broken, everything else is good! Every time I come to Bucun, I look for an apartment. It feels like home and convenient.
SSujung_The location was really good
The traffic was so convenient and good because it was right in front of the museum
The unfortunate thing is that the room is not cleaned properly.
There was a food in the drawer that someone had eaten, so I told the counter, and nothing was done.
