"The hot water for bathing is very unstable, the hot and cold cannot be balanced, I am very annoyed with the hot water, there is more hot water than cold, so the water cannot be balanced"

"The food was excellent. They have diverse choices for breakfast and welcoming drinks that they change twice a day. The staff is professional and way too friendly, especially for me who don't really like to interact with people (it's not a problem for those love interactions, tho). One thing to improve is they need to make sure that the room is thoroughly clean and the bedding sets are changed once the guest is checking out. I found my pillow case smelled really bad (apparently they didn't change it). Despite their promptness to respond to my inquiries, this incident should not be repeated in the future. The management should ensure that their cleaning staff clean and change the amenities for the next guess."

"1st time in Solo, and luckily managed to find a hotel that’s next to a Mall and conveniently located. Room was nice and up the our expectations. Breakfast buffet spread is just nice, too. But can be better. Staffs were very friendly and helpful."

"Location was good, close to city center. Parking space is limited but you may park right across the hotel. Room was kinda small but enough for a short stay, bathroom may need some attention on the cleaning side and maybe renovation as it was old. Overall, it was ok for the price"

"Nice hotel. Check in is smooth. Accommodative staff. Toilet hv pipe. But the towels cleanliness can be improved because looks like “very used”. The hotel should change it. Don’t hv time to explore hotel surroundings because arrive late and also check out early the next day. Maybe next time.."

"This is the second time booking priority inn.. satisfied staying there because the location is strategic and the room is simple, spacious, comfortable, nice bathroom.. but maybe because it's no longer cooperating with the boss so I didn't get soap amenities etc, only provided towels and 2 small minerals.. yeah it's okay.. if you need it and don't bring it, there's a popular supermarket nearby.. the room is clean, but maybe if it's more detailed the bed sheets still have a few stains and its okay.. worth it the price.. maybe I'll be a regular because I break my fast in Solo once a year hehe.."

"We booked 2 rooms, quite clean and spacious, it's just that when we left, when we returned the doors were open (I did ask for both rooms to be cleaned) but the doors should have been closed again, the door of one room was locked, but when the card was inserted, it couldn't be opened, (red color) finally called the reception again, and it was updated, but when we entered the room, there was a puddle of water in the corner, I checked the next room, the same, was it leaking?? Because it had been raining heavily, the officer said it didn't leak, oh well. The next day we left again, but when we returned, both rooms couldn't be opened, updated again, the last receptionist was not very friendly, a bit grumpy (female) don't know her name"

"Good hotel and they share all the facilities with novotel hotel next to. But the reception a lil bit confusing about explaining where to go to the gym. Room are spacious, the exhaust fan in bathroom very well so no more wet floor. For food in room the noodle & crepes was good, but the tom yum a lil bit under expectation."
