BBeebeebeelWhile it is a budget hotel, but the rooms are not as small as typical in that class, it includes a small table so possible to work or have a meal without sitting on the bed. Amenities are generous for this class, they provide toiletries and disposable slippers(!) all packed in one sealed pouch.
The rooms a re clean but showing a bit of it age, but the main grouche is the noise coming through the window which came from the indoor basketball court opposite.
High floor have a nice view overlooking Solo.

GGuest UserFIM by Zigna is a clean, comfy hotel in a very strategic spot in Solo. The rooms are well-kept, staff are friendly & helpful, and I felt very welcome. Breakfast has good variety, and there are nice facilities like a pool, spa, and a café. Location is excellent — close to local food, tourist spots, and everything you need. Highly recommend!

AAk RahmanThis is a beautiful property with clean well appointed rooms. The gym has good equipment and the pool is great. The only thing that I was not happy with is the hotel changed their policy about using the sauna and steam rooms. I have been visiting this hotel every year and this is the first time I was denied entry because I booked a superior room instead of a deluxe room. I believe this is a bad policy.

VverycoldbrewThe hotel is clean and comfortable. Oldstyle hotel, but well maintained... Guests amenities were complete and in good condition.
But the service from the front office seems too stiff and not flexible. I was just asking if possible to have late checkout at 12.30, but the answer was just ”CAN NOT!!! THE HOTEL IS FULL TODAY”, in an unfriendly voice. While it is Ramadan month, and i know the hotel is currently not busy at all.
Well, despite of the frontliner stiffness, the hotel is still very recommended...

GGuest UserRoom was below average and you could see stains on the bedsheets. Room odour wasn't the greatest. Shower head was filthy. And you could hear noise outside your room door when people walked or talking.
Check in staff wasn't professional as one would expect. They are just saying yes and ok to every things or request merely just to get rid of you. No follow up on things requested even though things that you have agreed upon checking in. Hopefully they would change for the better because they are serious competition in the city.

AAnonymous UserGood hotel and they share all the facilities with novotel hotel next to. But the reception a lil bit confusing about explaining where to go to the gym. Room are spacious, the exhaust fan in bathroom very well so no more wet floor. For food in room the noodle & crepes was good, but the tom yum a lil bit under expectation.

RRasyid Indra Muliawanthe location of the hotel in the city center although it is a bit into the alley,but the alley is big.the hotel became one with the cafe in the front area.the parking lot is quite large and is distinct between hotel guests and cafe guests.the alley exit is a little bit of food vendors. For the staff very very friendly and informative. There is a deposit that I forgot the amount (it seems 100k). Eco hotel concept without elevator. Each floor is provided with a water dispenser. for the room i booked it was a bit narrow and it was stuck between the tray and the table,so it had to be a bit jumping.but overall it was very comfortable,the mattress was soft,the tv signal was ok,the ac was quick to cool down,the water heater was ok,and the room was clean

PPancariastutiI choosed this hotel because was manage by dafam and that day all the hotel sorrounding that area has been fully booked and need to stay near that area coz my hubby has meeting in this area. A bit shocked while arrived at the hotel. For me its like a boarding house but again I can't except too much regards the room rate it's cheap.. the room it's ok, clean, the AC working good, not too small, but the pillows and especialy the bed sheet actually in my opinion, it is no longer suitable for use. A lot of stains on the bed sheet, maybe the laundry didn't wash it properly as I saw the sent out for washing..
Location of the hotel is near by with the Solo Oaragon Mall. Have coffee shop in the hotel with the nice taste coz we ordered coffee with brown sugar (forgot the name)..
