Best Western Atlanta Cumberland/Galleria Hotel Reviews

The beds are more comfortable than the Marriott! We enjoyed our stay! The room was comfortable, the breakfast was great(fresh waffles, sausage, eggs, bagels, toast with butter and cream cheese, 24 hour coffee, tea and hot water), and the proprietors were helpful. It is close to Highway 285 North and South, and there are several businesses of all types close by. It may not be luxurious, but it was certainky worth the cost and provided great value. I would definitely stay again!

Clean and great

Service was great but my room had roaches and the bathroom was dirty.

Overall, it was not bad. The breakfast, compared to its sister hotel, was a little spartan, but there was plenty of it, and tasted fine! The access to wifi was fairly good, but the access to various television stations was so-so. Still recommend it for a few days stay!

If they can keep elevators clean this place will be a 10

Generally speaking, it is OK, because the price is relatively cheap in the area and there is free parking. It is convenient to go anywhere with a car. The breakfast is filling but not rich, the hygiene is OK, and the room is large enough for a family of three. The only downside is that the WiFi is very poor, don't expect to be able to connect during peak hours.
