Resort style room There is a swimming pool in front of the room. Check-in was quick. The towels had stains like they had been turned inside out and reused. The towel has several patches. There is a key card deposit of 500 ฿.

Overall almost good. When I checked in, the staff had not cleaned the room yet. Plus, I was in a hurry so I forgot to refill the toiletries, so I had to waste time calling to ask for refills in the evening. Because I understood that there were toiletries already provided, I did not buy any more. Therefore, I would like to deduct points for this point.

Amazing

The price is quite affordable, and the service staff is quite friendly. The location is very quiet and not too noisy. There is a swimming pool at the door, but the water quality of the swimming pool needs to be improved. Each room has a small balcony, which is nice to sit on and eat at night. The main thing is that the hotel is a little far away from the center, and there are motorcycle taxis or songthaews.

The environment is very good, the price is moderate, there is no roar of motorcycles, and it is very quiet to sleep at night.

I’m going to have to be completely honest here by saying I will never come back to this hotel again, and my partner and family will agree… from a distance the hotel looks beautiful, the scenery, the flowers and the pool BUT it’s not as nice as you would think. I’m going to list a few things that did not work out for us at this hotel and I’m going to start with the main one (pictures included) 1. Pool is unsafe On the second day into my holiday I decided to go swimming in the pool not noticing all the tiles at the bottom of the pool are cracked… I unfortunately got my toe caught on one of these cracked tiles and it pretty much split the end of my toe. When my partner rushed to ask reception for first aid kit they were rude to him asking him why he needed it and then even told him to “bring it back quickly”. The staff didn’t even come to check on me after the incident nor did they clean up the blood all around the pool. Also there wasn’t any plasters in the first aid kit… we had to get a family member rush out to the nearest 7/11 (a ten minute walk away) to get me some plasters. The next day the same thing happened to 2 family members one of which who is only a child. This almost ruined my holiday as I was unable to go swimming for a few days after due to the pain and risk of infection. 2. Room smells Almost everyday when we entered our room it smelt like egg/ sewerage I’m guessing from drains not working properly or something along those lines… but I thought it would’ve gone away before the end of the week and it didn’t. 3. Shower When I first used the shower I thought it was going to fall off and hit me on the head, the shower was hanging out of the wall and on a tilt… even my partner said don’t touch it or it could fall off the wall. Also the shower curtain was broken, it was missing like 3 or 4 hoops but it didn’t make too much of a difference as anytime you use the shower the whole of the bathroom becomes flooded and a slipping hazard. 4. Tv This probably won’t be a problem for anyone else and it is easy to fix but was just really annoying for us. On the first night of being in Pattaya we were exhausted and ready for bed but we always watch the telly before going to sleep. We got back to the hotel pretty late and when we got in the room we got straight into bed and I turned to get the control and put the tv on and it was missing a single battery out of it. I know reception would give us one but it’s not the point it should’ve been checked before we booked the room as it was really inconvenient for us, the last thing you wanna do after being busy all day is go up and downstairs for a battery. 5. Balcony door One of our family members staying in a different room had a balcony door with no wheels so every time they opened it the door fell off… this wasn’t fixed for a few days. 6. Bedsheet One of our family members had to ask for a new bedsheet as soon as they went in the room as they immediately spotted a massive hole in their sheets
