Guixin Inn (Furong Town Scenic Area) Reviews

I really enjoyed staying here. Affordable price, great location and friendly, helpful service. The staff picked me up from the train station - he was waiting for me and communicates via wechat, he will help you buy your entry ticket to the scenic area on the way to the inn, he carried my 25kg suitcase up some stairs and wheeled it to my room. Room is as pictured / advertised but bonus that it has a western toilet too - very happy. The view is wonderful, feels like youre in the country village but less than 15min walk to the waterfall scenic area. I arrived at 12.30pm and explore Furong for about 4hrs including lunch and watched x3 10min performances then went back to the inn for shower and rest. Went out again around 7pm for quick dinner and x2 night shows. The 9pm show in the theatre is really good. Make sure you carry your paper ticket at all times as theres many checkpoints - staff scan qr code on ticket. You can enter/exit as many times as you like within 3 days. Do stay at a local homestay type place to support the residents here. Its a great experience and a nice change from hotels. Honest! Its also a great way to immerse yourself with the people when travelling through China.

We have a great time in the hotel, really nice place and clean. The bed was super! The room has the best view to the river, our host was awesome, he pick us up at the train station and leave us there when we left . I’ll always recommend to stay here

We enjoyed our stay here, the host arranged a personal pick up and drop off for us in advance. Very personal service and friendly. Our room is very clean and we pick a room with lake and Mountain View. Very happy with it.

Very friendly staff. Offered me a ride back and forth. And offered me help with the ticket and how it works in the ancient town. Showed me where the shows are and gave me a guide for that.

The hotel is in Furongzhen, only about 500 meters to waterfall. The hotel has pick-up and drop-off service to Furongzhen high-speed railway station.

The host was incredibly welcoming, proactively asking if we needed a pick-up from the station, and was quick to respond to our every need. The local stir-fried cured pork and sausage were delicious, and the sweet rice wine, in particular, left an unforgettable aftertaste. The view from our window was also quite beautiful. The owner was fantastic; they offered a complimentary pick-up from the high-speed train station to the guesthouse. The view from the balcony was lovely, and it's conveniently located not far from the main scenic area. Overall, a great guesthouse!

This hotel is a perfect base for exploring Furongzhen! Located just 200 meters from the scenic area (an easy walk!), my room offered stunning river views that made every moment feel peaceful. The service was exceptional—friendly staff went above and beyond, even providing free shuttle rides to/from the train station for added convenience. If you want a blend of convenience, beauty, and thoughtful hospitality, this spot is a must-book! Highly recommend for travelers who want to immerse themselves in Furongzhen’s charm.

Recommend staying at this inn, as it is located near scenic areas. Room is clean.

The room has excellent view of the river and quite near to east gate of the ancient town around 500m. The location is approximately 1km away from Furong waterfall. You can walk around 15 minutes to reach the site for viewing the waterfall. The hotel provides free pick-up service to and from the train station. If you prefer a peaceful surroundings while staying in Furong town you can choose to stay here because it's quite away from the Ancient town.
