As usual, this hotel did not disappoint. The reception staff were very helpful and managed the check-in quickly and friendly.

Happy with the big room for my booking type Superior Suite Room. I just add on extra bed for this room.

I like this hotel. Very cozy. And almost nearby to place I want to go. Front of waterfront. We have sea view room. We come back.brekfast so good

I was a little disappointed with this hotel. It ticks all of the boxes as far as an average hotel goes but it was lacking in certain efficiencies. Breakfast was organised buffet style but there was only 2 self operating coffee machines which literally takes 2 minutes to dispense one cup. The breakfast area can hold well over 150 people by my estimate & it was packed each morning. This hotel seems to cater to mainly Asian customers so the choice of western style breakfast food is limited. Finding a table for a single traveller such as myself was difficult. There was never any salt & pepper on any table & I had to request some each morning from the staff. The swimming pool is situated at the front & must be accessed from the 1st floor. Towels are issued by the concierge & the change rooms are above the lobby area. There were only 6 sun loungers & no shade. If it rains the pool is closed due to safety issues? Strangely I never noticed any fire escape nor was there an evacuation plan on the back of the door in the room to advise what should be done in an emergency. There is no bar in this hotel & those wishing to partake of an alcoholic beverage will be sadly disappointed! This may be temporary as there was some building work going on but I was unaware what was being constructed. The onsite dining facilities are limited to the Dynasty Chinese Restaurant but I did not eat there. The KK Waterfront is a mere 400 metres walk across a busy road & I found myself dining there on most evenings.

Stay for 2nights with complimentary breakfast.very good hotel located at kk downtown..room large with comfy bed.. high water pressure with amenities provided.. worth the price and surely will stay again

The location close to the city centre and the variety of breakfasts with fresh fruit exceeded my expectations, and I had a great time.

Good for price. Average breakfast spread and taste. Spacious room. Friendly and helpful front desk. Will come again. Less shower water pressure for normal room compared to deluxe room. Average TV channel (proposed upgrade to smart TV)

Located conveniently nearby waterfront, shops and entertainment. The appearance of the deco, finishings and corridor could do with some love as it seems a little outdated. The acoustics and ambience of the room did not balance well, as neighbours could be heard clearly and anybody that past in the corridor. Perhaps think of putting soft textures inside each room (rug/carpet, etc) rather than having hard surfaces so that it can absorb the noise and quieten the room. Nevertheless, to thank the housekeeping team, i wrote a small hand written note and left some tips. Unfortunately for me however, I accidentally left my air pods when i checked out. I contacted the hotel but no luck. I have evidence that it was in the hotel but seems like some cleaner picked it up but did not declare it as lost and found. Thus it was never returned to me. A sour ending to what wouldve been a pleasurable stay

One of the staff in reception was so rude. We came 2 hours earlier for early check in so later at 2pm we will just take the card. But at 2pm, another staff which is the rude one didnt said anything regarding the room either ready or not. She just busying herself with the phone. So we ask, why need to wait? She answered with a little bit high note, "tiada bilik ready skg. Sy tunggu housekeeping update bilik kosong." No appologies at all. We understand if no rooms available, but please inform guests & use your manners. Need to wait another 30 minutes to get a room. 🥲🥲

The hotel was a bit dated but the rooms were large and comfortable. There was an issue with water pressure during my stay, and they had made ample announcements around the hotel. The breakfast buffet was SO busy and most things were empty around 9am already, I ultimately decided to skip the included breakfast and get something to eat outside of the hotel. The location was fantastic and the sea view from the rooms are unbeatable. A great sunset view!
