Great location, full of shops & restaurants nearby. Easy access & check-in. Spacious room equipped with everything you needed. Lovely bathroom & shower. Neat & tidy. I’d definitively stay here again!

I didn’t realise that this is a residence hotel when I made my reservation in a hurry. I was disappointed that we can only get help from staff through WeChat, which is inconvenient until the hotel accepted us as a friend (and this took some time). However, once the communication channel is established, the response was prompt and the staff made the effort to give us what we requested for. So it was overall a pleasant stay 😊

Automated check in and out, heat is enough (adjustable), shower temperature has amazing range, bed is comfy, kitchen is good with freezer included, balcony has nice view, lounge area chair was comfortable!  Overall nice!

Nice apartments in the new building in city center. One minute from famous pedestrian street. Reception at 3rd floor near elevator. Clean new white sheets and towels. Average cleanliness of the room. Large balcony.

Very clean and easy to access, had great time

Only limited basement parkings available for SUV, mostly are parking for disabled person, park at your own risk if u insist to use that. There are more underground parkings available for compact cars only. It’s very difficult to find empty parking nearby the building. Only two lifts in the lobby, make sure u take the odd number accessible lift to 3rd floor for check in. This wasn’t really being advised in advance, I spent some time to find out where is the check in office. There are multiple managements managing the Airbnb in this building. The studio room is good and clean, location is nice, accessible to malls, restaurants, 20mins to airport, can take bus from the bus station located in front of Shilla hotel just 3mins walk from the hotel. Ocean can be seen from the balcony. Overall not bad despite the parking issue and also difficult to locate when you are first time here.
