"First of all, the service is very good. The front desk is super welcoming. It is the most enthusiastic hotel I have stayed at in Italy in two years. Seeing that I am a foreigner and I always communicate very slowly in English, I said that I can speak Italian with me, and then the waiter hurriedly I am sorry, and then answered my question patiently. The public environment is very artistic and retro. There is a garden outside. It is comfortable to sit on the sofa in the garden at night. The room is comfortable and the facilities are complete. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast is not. It’s made now, it feels like it was bought in the supermarket and eaten directly, and there are fewer varieties, overall it’s not bad, after all, the house price is relatively low, it’s good value for money 😁"

GGuest UserThe hotel entrance is hard to find at night, not very obvious, I almost went to the next door hotel to check in. The front desk lady is very pretty, even if she is still working on Christmas Eve, she is still very enthusiastic. I like to use Ctrip instead of booking. I booked hotels in Portugal and Italy with Ctrip, and I haven't made any mistakes so far... And the cancellation policy of Ctrip and these hotels is excellent!!!

The decoration of the room is very nice and cozy. It is very close to all the sights, and you can visit the nearby sights as you walk.

GGuest UserThe hotel is near Siena Central Station (take the elevator from the mall opposite the train station), but it is very quiet and not far from the old city wall of Siena. Comfortable, safe, and the breakfast is also good. The room is a bit small, but it is normal compared to other hotel rooms in Italy. Even if you are staying alone, it is recommended to stay in a double room (more than 15 square meters). When you go out to play, the room is bigger and the mood is more open.

GGuest UserThere was a huge blunder by trip.com. Our reservation was not found. Nonetheless the gentleman at the front reception helped us out. It was stressful especially after driving up for so long into siena. Hotel location is abt 10-12 min walk into the main square. Parking within hotel is limited. There is a public parking just outside before entering the ZTL zone.

BBusranurThe location is not far from Piazza del Campo, it can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. I stayed for one night and it was clean and tidy. If you don't have dinner at the restaurant, there is a place nearby that makes very good pizza. It would only be better if there were slippers in the room.

Pros:
* The rooms are very spacious and have beautiful views
* Breakfast was good, plenty of options but till 10am on weekdays. And they really start taking away all the food at 10am.
* Right in the center of the city, you can walk anywhere
* They keep your suitcases after checkout. I asked them if I can come back for them later that day, and they were nice and kept them.
Cons
*No coffee machine in room. They do have a fridge though.
*No iron in room but they do have an ironing room
*No parking, but down the street there is free parking, a 8 min walk. I easily found a parking at 10.30pm

Aa****3Hotel is near the roundabout and you may park the car along the roadside. Room is spacious and airy. There is a common pantry with a common fridge where u can store your food and make hot beverage using the electric kettle. If you opt for breakfast, bread will be served in the pantry area as well. Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend this B&B.

WWelllingtonThe location is in the historical center exactly, and the service is really wonderful. Although the reception is not 24-hour open, you can still contact the staff through WhatsApp and they are very nice and always ready to help you.
