"The hotel is clean and basic, offering good value for its price. Its location is excellent — surrounded by plenty of food options, cafés, and a nearby supermarket for convenience. The check-in staff were pleasant and helpful, making the arrival experience smooth. There’s no fridge in the room, but a shared fridge is available at the reception, which is manageable for short stays.
The only area for improvement would be to replace the towels and bedsheets, which are showing signs of wear. Otherwise, it’s a comfortable and practical stay for travelers looking for simplicity and convenience."
"We stayed on the fifth floor, and the room was facing the river. Overall, there is no issue in the room. Breakfast is moderate, and the same goes for staff services."

"I booked this hotel at the last minute. Upon arrival at the lobby, I discovered that presenting the 'Kenyalang Card' (a welfare card exclusively for Sarawak citizens aged 60 and above) would entitle me to a discount. However, this offer is only valid for direct bookings made at the front desk and does not apply to online reservations. My primary reason for choosing this hotel was the free parking. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and bakeries nearby, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. The front desk staff were very polite."
"We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable just what we needed for a relaxing trip. The environment is peaceful and the staff are helpful and friendly. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would love to come again!"
"Sibu is short of quality hotels, and this hotel whilst comfortable is nothing to write about. Reception staff are very friendly. My room 702 was extremely small - 17 sq meters. It had one arm chair so nowhere for a second person to sit, other than on the bed. Bed was comfortable but there were no electrical sockets near the bed itself.
Breakfast is basic, but fills a corner.
Fortunately just one night."
"Clean room, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance but very scary to go out at night because of dogs and scary people and the place is a little bit old too with my room's bathroom not having enough water pressure and flashing lights. But overall a good experience since it's amenities are mostly working and the bed is very comfortable to sleep in"
"Very clean, hygienic and comfortable. It is also very cheap. The location is very good. I recommend everyone to come to this hotel when traveling to Sibu. There is a bus terminal, gym room, food court, supermarket nearby. It is very worthwhile"

Very Good
HHeok GuanThe hotel has been undergoing progressive upgrades since March and some areas are already completed where the improvements can be felt.
The room facilities are well maintained. Water pressure is consistent and hot water supply is stable. Amenities are complete including toothbrush, lotion and even a razor. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the room is bright enough. The only minor shortfall is that there is no central bedside control for the lighting so you have to walk around to switch them off before bedtime, which I consider a bit of exercise.
Television channels are limited as the in room TV is connected to Njoi, offering mostly local channels. Location is a plus point as the hotel sits next to the Government Office and Parkson, and it is within about 10 minutes walking distance to both Sibu Central Market and the Night Market.
Breakfast has shown improvement but still does not have a coffee machine. The food variety is what you would expect from a three star standard with local dishes, sausages, baked beans, potato wedges, tofu, vegetables, fried noodles, fried rice, nasi lemak, a salad bar, white porridge, noodle soups, assorted bread with limited choice, and assorted fruits. However, the fruit presentation could be improved. They are pre portioned in small plates and wrapped which means if you want honeydew but not orange, you cannot choose freely.
Do avoid interconnecting rooms if you are not booking two rooms together as the sound proofing is very poor. If your neighbour is having discussions or parties it may disturb your rest. There are some rooms without interconnecting layouts which are better for a quiet stay.
SSeng Cheong Dui1. Front desk staff is not attentive and not proactive.
2. Breakfast spread is good but surprising no eggs section or fried/poached or any form of cooked eggs available. This is one of the basics provided by most hotels providing breakfast.
MM P LauExcellent room set up and comfort. Especially one of the importances — shower is strong and bed is excellent quality. Cleanings of room surely have beaten many other local hotels. Yours was our second stay, and definitely better and we will consider top priority whenever we return here.

GGuest UserReceptionist service need to be improve. We were asked to wait while check in, we stay and wait at the lobby for 1 hour but receptionist didn't inform us when the rooms were ready, until we asked again. Should 1st come 1st serve. Rooms were clean and hotel location good. Breakfast good with variety of food.
Nnraisyh.mnThe rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sibu!
GGuest UserGood :
Location is next to the bus station and Central market where there are many restaurants and hawker food.
Poor : No lift, stairs are narrow. Big problem if our bags are big. No shampoo for hair and body. I have booked a room with window but was given a windowless room.
Aircon sounded like a lawn mower. And there is a pub nearby. Very noisy till 2 or 3 am.
AAnonymous UserActually I wanna find a hotel that is very near to the hospital. And yes I found this hotel. The receptionist is so friendly and talk nicely to me. Need a deposit rm 50 to enter the hotel when we book using this app (idk when we book it walk in). Overall ok, just too small for the toilet & bathroom. The room is ok not quite big also but okay. affordable price. (The pic I’ve got from google. It’s similar of the room that I book, but didn’t have the oyo pillow. Hhehe. Has table, tv. That’s all
