"環境位置方方面面都很好，住了5天，第4天晚上回到酒店準備睡覺發現遙控器找不到，然後我自己在酒店房間翻來覆去找了一個多小時，當天晚上行李箱都翻了好幾遍，第二天的飛機要從舒蘭到長春龍嘉機場，本來要早點睡的 但是因為一個遙控器沒能睡好，因為電視一直都是開着的（按鈕關不了電視，衹能遙控器） 本想聯繫前台來協調解決 但考慮到前台也很辛苦，不想麻煩別人，就把房卡拔了睡得，由於要趕去機場，起的也比較早，又在房間找了很久的遙控器，還是沒找到，退房後一小時左右 酒店前台就打了好幾個電話，我真是千不該萬不該怕影響別人休息而沒有去和前台説，前一天你家客房服務員打掃完房間遙控器不見了這件事，直到我第二天都飛到濟南了，前台還打電話要求我賠償遙控器？！我都沒要求你賠償耽誤我休息，結果還態度很不好的説要我賠償，真是666，這是第二次住在舒蘭這家維也納了，這服務態度真是逆天，嗷對了，酒店的衞生間感應燈也是逆天，大晚上當長明燈"
