"The hotel room is quite large, with its own bathtub, quite comfortable, clean and tidy. The front desk staff is also very enthusiastic. There are also many small restaurants nearby. The only drawback is that parking is inconvenient. There are too few parking spaces in the hotel and it is not easy to park."

"Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay."

"Pros: The location is excellent, with a lively area right outside. There's a pedestrian street downstairs, and MixC City is just an 8-10 minute walk away, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping.
The building has an underground parking lot. While it can get busy, finding a parking spot is relatively easy. The hotel front desk is on the 31st floor, but a dedicated elevator makes access very convenient.
There's a laundry room and a gym; I used both and found them to be fully functional and well-maintained, not just for show.
The breakfast selection isn't huge, but the quality and taste are great, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meals.
The service staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly. Any issues were promptly addressed.
Cons: The hotel might be a bit older, and some facilities are showing their age. For example, the air conditioning wasn't very effective – it was hard to control and would inconsistently blow hot or cold.
Overall: I'm very satisfied. It offers good value for money and is highly recommended.
I forgot to take any photos, but the actual condition perfectly matches the pictures online, so I'll just use a few placeholders."

"The room equipment is indeed too old and has been eliminated by the times. The small bed is surprisingly narrow. It is especially inconvenient to take a shower in the rain. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. Half of the outside is glass, which is awkward and dangerous. This must be improved as soon as possible to eliminate hidden dangers. The curtains are the kind that can only be made up in ordinary small hotels.
The waiter is very good! Especially the little girl who answers the phone at the front desk switchboard is very cultured. Hearing her gentle voice and polite answers to questions on the other end makes people feel like home. The hardware here is seriously insufficient, and it is indeed compensated by software.
Thank you for the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the service staff. Thank you for letting the robot deliver our takeaways as soon as possible without any worries."

"So close and so beautiful, I went to Hebei on the weekend and stayed for two days. In general, the International Building is quite satisfactory in all aspects, meeting the standards of a four-star hotel. The location is very advantageous, 10 meters from the subway station 😂 and opposite the Hebei Museum and the Science and Technology Museum. It is very convenient to eat, the hotel has three restaurants and a bakery. On the second night, because a team stayed in, it was very noisy and I didn’t sleep well. I mentioned it when I checked out. I didn’t expect the front desk staff and the manager to attach great importance to it and gave small gifts. At least three people said sorry to me 🥹 It’s a pity that I didn’t remember the name because I was in a hurry with my children, so I couldn’t praise him by name. I only remember that the manager had a very festive dimple on his face 😄 Thank you to all the staff of Hebei International Building in International Village for their care and service in the past two days🥰🥰🥰"

2. There are two large and several small oil spots on the pillowcase. I don't know if it was not changed after the previous guest left or for some other reason.

MM896301****Great location, right in the pedestrian street. It's lively at night, but surprisingly, it's not noisy inside the room. However, because it's in the pedestrian street, you have to walk over a hundred meters to catch a taxi. It was a bit painful dragging luggage that far in the rain. There's free water and fruit tea available on the first floor, and the front desk staff are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, with a wide selection including wontons, steamed dumplings, salted shrimp, and fruits.

What I liked:
1. The minimalist decor was quite to my taste.
2. Disposable toiletries, such as toothbrushes and tissues, were good. However, razors needed to be requested from the front desk as they weren't provided in the room.
3. They offer a 10-yuan taxi reimbursement for rides from the train station, which typically covers the exact fare. I just forgot to claim it.
What could be improved:
1. The soundproofing was absolutely terrible. There was constant noise from upstairs during the day, and the room next door was incredibly loud at night.
2. I wasn't a fan of the reusable slippers. Every morning at breakfast, they made a strange, squeaky noise against the floor tiles, which was quite unpleasant.
3. The hot and cold water controls on the shower were reversed, and the labels were confusing. Even for a frequent business traveler like me, it took some effort to figure it out; it was far from intuitive.
4. Connecting to Wi-Fi required scanning a QR code and then copying the password. It felt a bit convoluted; simply providing the password directly would be much easier and less redundant.
5. The elevators lacked keycard access, and the fire escape doors had no security control, allowing anyone to freely access any floor via the stairs. This made me feel the security was quite low.
6. The central air conditioning could only be activated through a smart speaker; the wall panel buttons were completely non-functional.
7. The hotel's 1km distance from the train station was a bit awkward – too far to walk comfortably, but almost too short to justify a taxi ride.
8. The breakfast area was small, and the variety of food was limited. When I arrived at 8 AM, most of the dishes were already gone, and I didn't see any replenishment. I also couldn't see the kitchen area.
9. I couldn't get through to the front desk on the room phone. I wondered if the phone was broken, if there was a line issue, or if they were just busy. It was only after reaching out via the booking platform that I discovered the front desk extension was '6666'. This wasn't labeled on the phone itself, so naturally, I kept pressing the 'Operator' or 'Front Desk' buttons, which didn't work.

SSHASHWATGreat location, for a layover perfect place to stay, airport is 3 minutes and airport train station 10 mins, very convenient. Clean.
Pick up and drop service is very convenient.
Breakfast is mostly Chinese but they have bread and boiled eggs, and fruits so it’s pretty good for the price they are offering.
Always recommended this place if you have a layover in Shijiazhuang.

OOMGitsJassyRoom was on 6th floor, nobody helped us find it, towels and bedsheets were old and with holes 🥲 walls were visibly repaired some parts got teared apart wallpapers, some lights on the ceiling didn’t work so room was quite dark, bathroom sink was outside near the door, shower water became cold after 10 minutes of use and water was dripping from heater right on your head and all over the floor, there was no smell in the room, view was carpark between two taller buildings, mattress and pillows were surprisingly soft, we stayed two days nobody came to take out the trash or renew the toilet paper/water 😂 seems there is no cleaning at all. Only cozy corner was the armchairs in front of of the window, if you wanted slippers you should pay for it extra 20¥😂we were mostly outside so for one time bearable stay but i can’t recommend maybe only for affordable price and excellent location … oh yeah bed was too short and our feet stayed outside😆
