Best Shijiazhuang Hotels

Overall a great hotel, and we loved our room and the swimming pool (the changing rooms and showers are amazing!) but there were some issues. Our door cards constantly stopped working even though we told the staff every time we extended our booking. The gym was much too hot, almost too hot to work out in. The shower in the room was not hot enough and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Breakfast was very disappointing; the breakfast room so freezing that a lot of people had to wear their coats to breakfast and a lot of the food was cold even at 7.30am. The service at breakfast was poor and there was little good western food. Undeniably the view is absolutely stunning though. The worst thing was the internet, which even for Chinese websites was extremely slow, and that more than anything else spoiled our stay.

The hotel is newly opened, the facilities are very new, the room is clean and spacious, the floor height is very high, the smart toilet, the shower head is particularly large, the water output is sufficient, the bath is very comfortable, the facilities are perfect, the laundry room, the gym, the meeting room, the restaurant are all, the location is next to Yuhua Road and the East Second Ring Road, convenient transportation, robot service, Welcome fruit, the front desk Xiaohan and other people service is very good, warm and thoughtful, I have something to do not come back to check out in time, and also coordinate late check-out, in short, very satisfied.

The separation of wet and dry areas between the bathing and toilet is too thorough, they are completely two rooms, but it is too unfriendly to women. There was no place to put clothes or tissues in the shower room, and there was no trash can. I wasn't living alone, so I couldn't go in and out naked. The mattress in the king-size bed room didn't feel good. When the person on the other side turned over, the entire mattress shook violently. The air conditioner in the room was very loud, whirring all night long. The breakfast was average, but the noodles were delicious. The advantages are that the room comes with free drinks, a smart toilet, and an underground parking lot, and you can park for free if you register with the front desk.

The waiter probably doesn't know much about Western food. The tableware he prepared was chopsticks, and he only gave one after asking for it. If you only have a fork to complete it later, I personally recommend keeping only Chinese food or + French food (eating American food in a French-style building is very awkward). Breakfast does not need to be large, exquisiteness and quality are important. The overall feeling is very good. The environment and service are completely worthy of the price of this hotel. It is very affordable. Especially since I am completely familiar with the history of this city through this stay, it is worth recommending to friends from out of town.

Staying at the West American dollars Wuzhou on New Year's Eve, full of ritual, Miss Yao Junpan at the front desk upgraded the room for free, and also sent a New Year's Day gift box, the service was meticulous and perfect, the facilities at the door were more like the feeling of the New Year, very tall!
